Compensation Wagetype settings

Hi Experts,
i am new to compensation management but i have worked on other modules or HR.
here we are implementing the Compensation management
we do not have the payroll implemented here but basic settings are done.
now we have 6 different wagetypes in INFTY 0008
simmilarly same wagetypes are there in compensation as well
now when we are making our planned compensation for employee to active version
all the wagetype addition is getting saved in INFTY 0008 in basic pay wage type.
but my requirement is we need to save amount in different according to wagetype wise.
Basically we need to map the wagetypes of compensation to wagetypes of INFTY 0008.
is it possible?
if yes please give some hints
we are on ECC 6.0
Regards
Umesh Chaudhari.

Hi Raghavendra Chowdary,
i will explain the scenario with example
we have 6 wagetypes
Z001, Z002 .....till Z006
now here Z001 is a basic wagetype
same wagetype we are using in compensation
now we go to TCODE HRCMP001C and for one particular Employee for some period we do the adjustments say
Z001 is increased by 1000 INR
Z002 is increased by   500 INR
once we make this adjustment active the Ruppes 1500 is getting saved in INFTY 0008 for wage type Z001.
what we want is in case of INFTY 0008
Z001 should get update by 1000 INR and
Z002 should get update by   500 INR so on..
if u need more clarification please ask
Regards,
Umesh Chaudhari.

  • Recording songs from Vinyl

Hi, Have recorded tracks from vinyl on my iMac using garageband but only get sound through one speaker on playback.  Connection is from amplifier to iMac via headphone jack socket and "audio-in".  Vinyl player produces sound in left and right speakers so no prblem with sound source.  What am I doing wrong?
    thanks

Yes, headphones work ok.  Could it be anything to do with setting up Garageband settings for recording?  I noticed that recording level for right channel was slightly lower than left channel for all recordings and compensating with settings on amplifier had no effect.

  • Adjusting Exposure Compensation Settings Of 808 To...

Apart from the inaccurate white balance of the Pureview 808 in low light which appears to be a permanent feature of the phone(still waiting for confirmation from Nokia whether there will be a software update to correct this), it seems that the exposure of the Pureview 808 can be manipulated or adjusted in Creative mode with the "Exposure Compensation" feature found on the left side of the screen. Since the image of the 808 is always over-exposed in low light, I guess this feature may come in handy. Has anybody used this "Exposure Compensation" feature when taking pictures in low light? Are there any guidelines on the usage of this feature? I have fiddled around with the settlings yesterday and found that in very low light situations where a brightly lit object is in a completely dark background, the Exposure Compensation needs to be at -0.7 or -1.0 for a satisfactory image to appear. At 0 or -0.3, the image will become too bright and blurry. The ISO plays a part as well in these low light conditions as a minimum ISO400 is required for these low light shots.
I would appreciate some information or guidelines on the usage of the "Exposure Compensation" settings of the Pureview 808 in low light. At least the exposure can still be adjusted manually for a more usable image, unlike the white balance issue which seems to be a fixed or inherent thing in the 808(hopefully not perenially).
    Thanks.

Try checking this and see if this helps you in any way: Nokia 808 PureView Tips, Tricks and Photography.
Another thing, one of our friends here posted a thread that there's a new update available for the said device so you may also want to check if the update is already available for your precious one. See here. Please take note though that update availability depends on the existing firmware version, operator and variant.
Checking Discussions Guidelines once in a while will not hurt.
Thanks for the information. Much appreciated. The latest update that I have on my 808 is software version 113.010.1507. The latest update (113.010.1508) is still not available yet at where I live.
THanks for the link on the Pureview tips and tricks. Will check on it in a while.
    Cheers.

  • Can't read or write some files, internet is failing, youtube won't load, software I tried to install was in Slovenian, not dutch or english like in my systempreferences settings, pictures and files won't preview with spacebar, etc. Malware?

    Specs:
    iMac 10.8.5
    3,4 GHz Intel Core i7
    32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Can't read or write some files, internet is failing, youtube won't load, security software I tried to install was in Slovenian, not dutch or english like in my systempreferences settings, pictures and files won't preview with spacebar and are randomly corrupted, when I entered something in the Youtube searchbar (when it was still working) it send me to a site with sexadds.
I tried restart my iMac and when I was logged back in, my dock preferences were reset.
Also tried to download some security software to check my Mac for malware, but when I did, I tried several, I got a notification that said something like 'dumpfiles (don't know if this is the right translation...) damaged'.
I'm taking screenshots from all the weird notifications I get and even three quarters off the screenshots I took in the last three hours are already unreadable.
It started this morning when I tried opening a Premiere Pro file on which I worked the night before.
When I tried opening it, it said the file was damaged and could not be openend.
I tried opening it with AE or importing the file in a new project but nothing helped.
When I tried looking for autosaves, this is the really weird part, there were none.
Even though there are autosaves from my other projects, this one was completely gone.
It looked like the day before never happened on my computer.
Also when I openend Premiere all the recent projects had been wiped.
So at first I thought it was a Premiere Pro failure.
But than, later on the day, I tried loading some RAW files from my compact flash card.
This is where I would get an error (error -36) which said some data cannot be read or written.
I tried importing the files with a view different technics, from dragging to importing via Lightroom and I succeeded with Image Browser.
But when I tried moving the files to an other folder the same error occurred.
While dealing with this issue I wanted to put on some soothing music on youtube.
This is when the next weird thing occurred: youtube wasn't completely loading in Chrome. I refreshed a view times, checked the internet connection and still no difference.
When I tried in Safari it did work but when I clicked enter on the searchbar in Youtube, a page with sexadds appeared (I didn't install AdBlock in Safari...).
I read about this 'phishing' where you are redirected to a site were a possible malware installment can take place...
I don't know if it's connected to any of the problems I've been having but I just never experienced this on a mac, I have been a Mac user for 10 years now.
On top of it all, internet started working worse and worse and now it's not even working at all. I had to fill in the password over and over, normally it remembers.
Just like my system preferences, all the preferences I had with Chrome where also reset.
Also somewhere in between I got this notification: Mac OS X must restore library to run programs. Type your password to allow.
To me this is all very weird and suspicious. I have clearly no idea what's going on. Could this be another sort of trojan horse or malware?
Some background info which could be helpful for solving this mystery:
two months ago the one year old Fusion Drive in my iMac just broke out of nowhere.
I got it replaced by a qualified apple repair store.
When I got my computer back, all the files where gone.
I got on the internet without AdBlock installed yet.
A game or whatever it was, can't clearly remember, got installed by accident.
    I deleted it immediately.
Only two weeks later, I couldn't log in to my account. It didn't recognize my password and username.
So I brought my mac back to the store.
Here the repair guy said it was a minor thing and he just needed to reconnect my account. He also mentioned he found a downloaded game name Sparta and it probably had something to do with the error.
I asked him; could it be a virus? He replied no way.
I don't know why I couldn't be a virus, just because it's a mac doesn't mean it cannot be done.
So today I tried installing anti virus software (such as avast- was in a weird language looked like slovenian, clamxav - was in slovenian) but I couldn't install them.
PLEASE help me! I don't know what to do anymore, I work fulltime and I need my computer, I have no time to bring it in for repair, are there other perhaps easier ways?
Could this be the work of a virus or a malware? Or is it a disk permissions issue?

It sounds like you may have multiple problems, but none of them are likely to be caused by malware.
First, the internet-related issues may be related to adware or a network compromise. I tend to lean more towards the latter, based on your description of the problem. See:
    http://www.adwaremedic.com/kb/baddns.php
    http://www.adwaremedic.com/kb/hackedrouter.php
If investigation shows that this is not a network-specific issue, then it's probably adware. See my Adware Removal Guide for help finding and removing it. Note that you mention AdBlock as if it should have prevented this, but it's important to understand that ad blockers do not protect you against adware in any way. Neither would any kind of anti-virus software, which often doesn't detect adware.
As for the other issues, it sounds like you've got some serious corruption. I would be inclined to say it sounds like a failing drive, except it sounds like you just got it replaced. How did you get all your files back after the new drive was installed?

  • Speedlight setup for 7d and other settings

So I'm very new to "action photography" specific to radio controlled cars. I have a canon 7D. I have learned how to set the c1-c3 to custom settings. For now I use the green "square" setting for group photo's and still "shop" photo's. I'm perfectly happy for now with the results my 7d produces in respect to those photo's. I just got the YONGNUO speedlite today. Here are the constants of my shooting:
    1. Warehouse type lighting(not good especially when setting the apeture speed to about 1000) dark photo's.
    2. the next few months (until spring) will be same setting
I want to set c1-c3 to cover action shots within a range of these poorly lighted facilitys
so any suggestions on what I shoudl set them too and what the best settings I should set my speedlight to???
thanks again, this is one of the best forums I have ever been to for ANY subject
    Www.rc-ops.com

I don't have a Yongnuo flash. I use a bunch of Canon 550EX and 580EX II flashes and am most familiar with them. So the following may or may not be exactly what you can do with your flash... But it's what I'd do with my flashes.
A flash can be used in a warehouse lighting situation, so long as you are just trying to illuminate a specific item and not the entire warehouse. I suspect you won't be able to bounce the flash off ceiling or walls, so will probably need to direct it right at your subject. That may or may not give you the results you want. But, what the heck, give it a try and see if the results are what you wanted...
If you are using a longer telephoto lens, you might also need a flash extender to concentrate the light farther away. Most flashes are designed for up to about 100 or 135mm. Using 200mm or 300mm lens with them might be unsatisfactory without an extender (link is to the only one I found quickly that's specifically for Yongnuo flashes, you might shop around... I use a different type for my Canon flashes). A flash extender can bump lighting strength by 2 or 3 stops at a typical telephoto distances.
    Now try this...
Set your camera to 1/250 shutter speed, manual mode (M), and put the flash in ETTL. You control the reach (distance) of the flash with the lens aperture... the larger aperture, the farther the flash will reach. Use a smaller aperture for closer distances, to prevent blowing out images. Turn off Auto ISO. Set your camera's ISO a bit below what it would need to record the ambient light with the shutter speed and aperture combo you're using. At the same time, be aware that the higher the ISO you use also increases the flash's effective reach at any given aperture. You have to strike a balance, where you get the reach you need but keep the ISO low enough to make the flash the primary or main (or only) light source.
Using M makes the flash the main light source, as far as the camera is concerned. ETTL will still provide auto exposure, even though the camera is set to M with Auto ISO turned off. Using flash as the primary light source (overpowering the ambient lighting), will eliminate most or all problems with the color of mixed lighting. Use the "Flash" white balance setting on your camera (it might do it automatically if left in Auto White Balance, once the camera senses a flash is being used).
You can still use Flash Exposure Compensation to increase or decrease the exposures you're getting.
The main reason to set up this way is that the flash will act like a relatively fast shutter speed, around 1/720 is typical with most flashes. That will freeze relatively fast action. You could even slow the camera's shutter down to 1/200, 1/160, 1/125, 1/60... It would matter because the camera's shutter speed doesn't really determine the exposure, so long as it's not so slow that ambient light starts to be recorded. In other words, the flash is acting like a shutter, instead of the camera's shutter.
If some ambient light is still being recorded, you can see some odd (or interesting) ghosting effects. You have a choice... set the flash to rear curtain sync so that the ghosting "trails" the subject and looks more realistic.... or you can  decrease your ISO, so that less ambient light is being recorded at your chosen aperture and shutter speed.  (Note: You cannot use rear curtain sync and HSS at the same time, see below.)
If the flash itself isn't fast enough to freeze the action, you will have no choice but to use High Speed Sync (HSS). That's usually set on the flash itself and it seriously limits the distance your flash can reach, but allows you to bump up your shutter speed to better freeze action... to be able to get enough reach, use the lowest shutter speed you can.... try around 1/800 or 1/1000, 1/1250... the faster your shutter speed, the less reach of the flash.
Unless you shoot in the same location frequently, the lighting there is very consistent and you want the same sort of results all the time, you may or may not be able to use one of the presets (C1, C2, C3) the way you're trying to do.
Be sure to turn off Auto ISO. And do not use any of the camera's auto exposure modes (Av, Tv, P). Those will force the flash to FILL mode, and try to expose based on the ambient light as the main source. You'll get too slow shutter speeds, or too shallow depth of field due to too large an aperture, or too high an ISO

  • Need suggestion on Color Profile settings for printing image

I am trying to print the image below on a Xerox Docucolor 242.  Im trying to get a better understanding of profiles and all that, which I THINK I do now.
Under Color Settings in Indesign, I have under Working Spaces, RGB is set to my monitor brand and type and CMYK is set to my exact printer.  I have both of the Color Management Policies set to Off.
When I print the RGB version of this image, everything looks ok except for a very faded look.  Probably noticed mostly because of all the black background that is used.  When I print the CMYK version of it, it seems to print nice and dark but there is a strong white halo effect showing around both the flames which doesnt show on the screen or the RGB printout.
Anyone know what settings are causing the faded look in the RGB printout and the halo effects in the CMYK printout?

As others have said, this is a complex process, but one that is solvable.
I agree with others the RGB profile should NOT be the monitor but the profile of the original image. For most midrange cameras this will be sRGB or Adobe RGB depending on the settings in the Camera when the images was captured. It is NOT arbitary and choosing the wrong profile will have a large affect on the image.
The CMYK profile for the printer is more complex. There are two steps in calibrating and profiling a Xerox printer. First the calibration, or linearisation, sets the printer to a known state that can be repeated. This is best done with a spectrophotometer and not the CalorCal software provided by Xerox which uses a known colour chart scanned from the glass of the copier. The glass method of calibration does not calibrate correctly at the black end of the curve actually turns over reducing the available black, and is due to reflections from the glass. Calibration is normally done daily.
When the calibration has been completed a full ICC profile is created by printing a profile chart of some 2000 colours and reading this with the spectrophotometer. This is only valid for a calibrated printer and for the type of paper used. Different papers will require different profiles. It is a once only operation.
Another thing to watch out for is how your RGB images are being converted to CMYK. There is a setting both in the Creative suite and in the printer to set the black compensation. What you want to achieve is the same black as in the original image. In the CMYK case this will be printed as a combination of black toner pus a mixture of CMY to incread the density. The profile takes care of this for you.
Your description of weak blacks suggests that the black me be being printed as pure black toner.

  • Print Settings Don't Work

Update: This turned out to not be a Photoshop problem. I reverted to an earlier Restore Point in Windows and all is now well. Thanks!
When I click Print Settings under Printer Setup and choose my paper type, resolution, size, orientation, and color management settings, they do not take effect after I click Okay.  Despite what I set, if I go back through Print Settings, the default settings are still there (Plain page, Normal-360dpi, default color mangement). If I print, dreadful color results.
PS CC 64-bit Setup: In the main Photoshop Print Settings dialog box, I am using Photoshop Manages Colors, my specific printer profile, Normal Printing, Relative Colorimetric, and Black Point Compensation. In the Printer Setup section, my color printer is selected (Epson 2200). PC: Win 7 (64-bit), i7 3.40 GHz, RAM 16 GB. PS and Windows are on the SSD, with data on the HD.
The same problem occurred with CS6 before I went to CC.
Needless to say, I can't print. I'll appreciate your help--haven't seen anything like this and can't find anything about it on the Web.

Timmy, since Microsoft no longer supports WMP 9 for Mac, you should just use Flip4Mac or VLC or other third party Windows Media player.
I don't know how migrating from a PPC iMac system to an Intel-based iMac works, but you probably have a lot of non-Universal files on board your Intel-based iMac and that could be a problem.

  • Latency compensation doesn't work on I/O plugin?

So, I thought this was supposed to work...
I tried to set up some parallel compression by sending my drum bus to another Aux which had the I/O plug inserted. The I/O plug sent the drum signals to my hardware compressor (and back). But the problem is, even with delay compensation set to "all", I still get an audible delay between the original untreated bus and the I/O bus.
Using Expert Sleepers' free plug "Latency Fixer", and a gain plug with the phase reverse, I was able to get it pretty close at 1400 samples. This number didn't seem to change with buffers set at 64, 128, or 256. And changing the 'record delay' didn't appear to affect anything either.
What up? I thought delay compensation was supposed to account for converter latency when using the I/O plug. No?
This makes using external hardware very problematic with Logic, and sure makes me wish they had a 'ping' feature like (ahem) the competition.

    John Alcock wrote:
I use a lot of outboard processing too, and my experience is the same as yours.
I've sent feedback in the past to Apple asking for a roundtrip 'ping' feature - add yours!
As you suggest, LatencyFixer helps, as does the Latency bundle here:
    http://www.artificialaudio.com/pluginmenu/1
With hardware reverbs it's not an issue as it works like pre-delay, so it can be compensated for by reducing the pre-delay settings, but for my EQ and compressors I sometimes reroute hardware outputs back in (rather than use I/O), and nudge the resulting processed file in place using click headers - still a p.i.t.a, but works ok for me. As I mostly use the same interfaces and external hardware I have a note listing round trip timings which I can quickly apply.
Thanks for the confirmation. I do the same workaround as you, recording the processed files and manually aligning them after the fact. But this really is a big p.i.t.a for what should honestly be a basic functionality in a "Pro" DAW.
I got curious about this issue after reading a post on another forum. The poster suggested that while inserting an I/O plug on an Aux bus was not correctly compensated by logic, the situation improved if you added a DUMMY (ie. bypassed) I/O plug on any channel strip, as long as it's sending to the same outboard destination. Why this works is a complete mystery, but it does seem to point to a bug in L8's implementation of PDC.
However, when I use the 'dummy I/O' workaround, the timing is tighter but not perfect. Still get phasing issues if things aren't nudged a few samples forward...
It would be so cool if this actually worked the way it does in Protools or Cubase/Nuendo and other "Pro" DAW's. I've sent notes to Apple Feedback as well. And as always, the response has been several months/years of deafening silence. Oh yes, I'm assured by many loyal followers that they ARE listening. Which is all well and good, but if they don't actually DO anything, how does it help my daily problem with integrating outboard compressors?
Anyway, I'm gonna do more testing to see what I can find out.

  • Working space settings for Grayscale?

(Preliminary remark: I'm using the German version of PS, so some items may be called differently in the English version.)
In the colour settings of PS CS4 I can define a working space for gray scale pictures. What does this setting actually do?
I know that there is no ICC colour management for grayscale pictures, so what do the dot gain settings do? Do they just darken the display or is there more? What do the gamma settings do? What does "Black&White mean? What does sGray mean? Does Photoshop somehow add ICC profiles to grayscale pictures? If yes, which and what does it do?
So far I decided to just set "no adjustment". The reasoning is that this should display the true greyscale values on the screen. I then can add dot gain as needed manually as a final step. Does this make sense or am I misunderstanding something?
Bonus question: What about the spot colour settings? Are they applied to multichannel pictures?

    p_d_f wrote:
Yes, there really are Grayscale ICC profiles...
Thank you. After contemplating a bit, I think I've finally understood where my confusion originated. But the more I understand, the more new questions arise.
So far I've understood that if a picture is to be displayed on an internet site or used in an office application, then I best work with the gamma 2.2 profile. If the target computer honours ICC profiles, then it desn't matter anyway which profile I use, but if the target computer ignores ICC profiles, then most computers out there will display the picture with a gamma of 2.2 (more or less) because this tends to be the default setting on most computers.
But when it comes to pictures for print, some questions remain.
To begin with, I could continue to work as I did without colour management. I would first "convert" the picture to the profile "no corrections". This would mean that "the numbers" in the picture are the same as the gray values the final user should see. And then I would account for dot gain by either applying a gradation curve or by saving as EPS with a transfer curve.
However if I want to use colour management, then I "convert" the picture to the the printer's ICC profile. Without a specialized program, I cannot create such a profile myself, even if I know the transfer curve. So either I find a suitable profile somewhere or the print shop must provide me that profile.
So far I think I understand. But now the questions.
Concerning missing profiles: Can I just take the gray channel of a suitable CMYK profile (e.g. ISO Coated v2) or would this contain some sort of black generation information which would spoil a grayscale picture?
I assume that it's possible to embed the black and white point into the profile, so that I don't have to worry about them anymore but can assign the full range of gray values from 0% to 100%. With the colour sync tool, I looked into the grayscale profiles that come with Photoshop, and as far as I can tell, none of them does set the black and white point. So I assume that despite using colour management, I have to do this by hand in the picture itself by assigning appropriate grayscale values?
If I find a profile which does set the black and white point, then I assume that this is done lossless when I set the intent to "photographic", but when I set the intent to "colorimetrc", then the shadows and lights are just clipped (which jeopardizes the idea)?
I see that the profiles contain a intent. I assume that this embedded intent will be overridden by the colour setting in photoshop?
What does the option "blackpoint compensation" (or similiar, I use the German photoshop) do with grayscale images? Does it alter the black point, so I should turn the potion off off when I set it by hand? Is there some documentation what this option *exactly* does?
The colour settings in Photoshop offers "dot gain xx%" settings, but I didn't find such profiles. Do I assume correctly that those are "internal" profiles of photohop? Are they documented somewhere?
    Thanks.

  • Advice on Dolby speech compression settings seeked

I'm outputting talking head clips to DVD (mixed at -12dB and EQ'd in FCP with average level at - 6 and peaks approaching 0). I've used standard dolby settings and the sound is significantly lower in volume than an average TV show which might be a problem for people switching between the two. I think it's because I haven't properly tweaked all the variables in dolby inspector. Could someone advise me as to what what would be the best settings? Specifically:
    Audio Coding Mode
    Bit Stream Mode
    Dialog Normalization
plus whatever is under Bitstream tab and under Preprocessing tab.
I know I should just experiment but I have a deadline, tons of other stuff to do and there are too many variables to play with.

So, in essence, it is the generated JPG from the RAW file that looks like crap when the tone compensation, sharpening, saturation, etc are all set to none in the D200??? I notice a big difference with the thumbnail view, I wasn't sure if it effected the actual RAW file. It seems to me though that I have noticed from time to time that some of my images do not need sharpening (since my camera settings are on 2+ sharpening), however, when I increase the sharpening in Lightroom I begin to see the halo effect due to the increase sharpening. With that being said, I set my camera sharpening back to normal and I will have to try it and see what I get (I have not shot the camera since the change).

  • Advice on Nikon D200 Camera Settings

I have a Nikon D200 and I was wondering what camera settings would be more beneficial for me with working in Lightroom with RAW (DNG) files? The settings I am referring to are: Sharpening, Tone Compensation, Saturation, etc. Is it better to adjust these in the camera or in the post processing of the images in Lightroom.
Also, a DNG question: I will be converting all of my NEF files to DNG, should I just leave RAW compression off in the camera or turn it on???
    Thank you in advance.

  • 1099-MISC nonemployee compensation amount always zero in lower part

    Hi,
When I m trying to execute withholding tax report S_P9C_18000158 ( for 1099-MISC ) for multiple vendor account, the form is not printing Nonemployee compensation for vendor who are getting printed in lower half of form. The same is getting printed for all vendor in upper half.
Rest all data are getting printed properly in both half.
The nonemployee compensation amount always shows zero in lower half.
I doubt if we need some notes or any settings? any inputs would be appreciable
    Thanks
    Pankaj

    Hi Praveen,
Thanks a lot for the input.
Yes I tried downloading the file and the amount shows correctly for both upper and lower part.
Infact I have already checked sapscript form and found in std program the amount in lower form is assigned to bset-fwbase field and sapscript forms prints the value
in field *bset-fwbase. so its only changing the assignment in td prg.
But before doing the repair ...I just wanted to know if there is some notes provided for this so that we dont have to touch std code..
let me know if u r aware of any...
    Thanks

  • Retro issue Infotype 14 wagetypes

    Hi Experts,
Changes in Infotype 0008 wagetype is working fine and is appearing in /551 .
Similar thing is not happening for IT0014 wagetypes. I've changed them from past date but the /551 doesn't get affected.
Already checked the retro settings in tables V_51P6_C & V_51P6_B
Appreciate your comments in this regard.

    Could not able to understand,
The issue is some of the wage types in IT0014 which are changed from a past date aren't getting recalculated and arrears getting processed.
What is aren't getting recalculated- (no calculation no arrears)
Arrears getting processed - (calculation then only arrears comes into picture).

  • How to keep Track of the wagetype Changes

    Hi Experts,
How to keep Track of the Changes after changing the wagetype values. If any body has made changes to the existing wagetype, how do we keep a track of what changes has done, is there any standard Tcode through  which we can get the information.
    Thanks in advance,
    Regards,
    Magesh.S

    Hi,
Access the table through SM30. It comes blank as standard. Click "New Entries" and make entries for changes to be tracked. For example, whenever an org. unit changes 002 and 003 relationship, you will make entries like:
    01 O 1001 B002 Activate box checked
    01 O 1001 B003 Activate box checked
Here, 01 is your active plan version, O is org. unit, 1001 is infotype and B002 and B003 are the subtypes. You can also use * for infotype and subtype which means every change will be logged.
If you then run the report RHCDOC_DISPLAY through SA38, it will pick up all the changes pertaining to B002 and B003 relationship for org. units (in the above example).
Similarly, you can set up this table for other object types.
For more information, follow SPRO>Personnel Management>OM>Basic Settings>Activate change documents and go through the documentation for that node. Also, read up the documentation for the report.
    Hope this helps.

  • Save custom drum settings for Drummer track?

Hi guys.  Wondering if there is a way to save the Drummer region settings from one project and use them in another project without manually setting things like complex, loud, fills, etc.  THanks.

"Save Drummer Presets" is a feature that is only available in Logic but not in GarageBand.  Here is screenshot with both GarageBand and Logic open. You can see that the Action Menu (the one with the gear icon) is not available in GarageBand.
The good news is (in case you use Logic and GarageBand), all the Drummer Prests you save in Logic are also available in the Presets Menu in GarageBand. They are stored in the the following directory:
    ~/Music/Audio Music Apps/Drummer/Presets/"Name of the Drummer"/.... .dpst
The presets are stored as XML files with the file extension .dpst.
If you have a Logic friend who can saved cool presets, you can copy his files into your Drummer folder and GarageBand can see them. If you more interested in a "science project", you can duplicate a dpst file, open it in BBEdit and edit your Preset numerically.
A lot of details and more information (from basic to more advanced) about GarageBand are found in my new manual "GarageBand X - How it Works", the only comprehensive manual available for GarageBand.
    Hope that helps
