Compilation albums show up as multiple of the same album, how do I remedy this

I have a compilation album that i recently redownloaded from iTunes. Rather than all the songs by the different artist being in album they are split into about 20 differenet albums each has the 1 or 2 songs that each artist has on it and nothing else. I've gone through and removed the album artist from each song and differnt album and made sure that they are marked as a compilation album but they are still split up. The other compilation albums I have on iTunes are working fine its just this one. Am I missing a step? Any help will be greatly apprciated

Generally setting a common Album title and Album Artist will fix things.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar at the top of the screen. Click the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. Then take one of the actions that you're having trouble with. Select any messages that appear in the Console window. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.

If it's an AppleTV 1 (silver) it has HDMI and component.
Black AppleTVs only have HDMI.
The copy protection lobby insist that AppleTV uses HDCP copy protection for protected media and you are unlikely to find a legitimate consumer device that can convert video from HDMI to an analogue format to distribute to other TVs, VCRs, DVD recorders etc.

The custom style mapping option text still maintains the word formatting or it shows a style override in the InDesign style - how do I correct this?

When I tell the custom style mapping option to format a Word style (from an rtf document) with the InDesign style, the text still maintains the word formatting or it shows a style override in the InDesign style. I have a large document that needs to import the styles correctly and I've followed the tutorials exactly however the placed text is still hanging onto the word RTF styles. I want the rtf text to convert to my InDesign styles completely without overrides.

I actually need the cell styles. That's what sets my font, spacing, and GREP styles.
I did find the solution today. In the table style or table setup, I needed to set the "Stroke Drawing Order" to "Column Strokes in Front". Even though it was previously set to "Best Joins" and I had no strokes for rows or for the table borders, it just wasn't giving priority to my dotted columns.

For someone with a username like yours I would have expected better. I guess you are not a "tech guy" at all. After a while Apple improves the hardware, and updates iOS to take advantage of the features and speed of the newer hardware. Older devices are simply incapable of taking advantage of the newer features, because the hardware doesn't support it. There's a lot of advice posted in the forum from people who warn that you shouldn't upgrade an iPhone 4S to iOS 8, because it kills the performance. If that's true, imagine how iOS 8 must perform on an iPhone 4.
By your reasoning I should be able to run Windows 10 on a 1985 IBM PC. The only reason you can't is because Microsoft had a deal with hardware manufacturers to force people to get new computers.
Or are you arguing that Apple should never improve hardware, because it will leave users of older phones in the lurch?

Have your wife log in to her user account on the laptop. Launch iTunes, then connect her phone to the computer with the USB cable. Sync. That should put back all apps and media. Since you already upgraded her to iOS 5 she'll have to manually enter all her settings and preferences, and organize her home screens.

Reboot as usual (not in safe mode) if you haven't already done so. Launch the Terminal application, copy or drag -- do not type -- the line of text below into the window, and press return:

Post the lines of output (if any) that appear below what you just entered (the text, please, not a screenshot.)
Next, do the same thing with this line:

Sent folder is full, i have deleted the mesages and still get the same error, HOW DO I FIX THIS?

I have read mozillas help question and have not been able to fix my problem, I am having the same problem with the trash folder.

If you want to keep those messages but reduce the file size:
Archive your Sent folder.
How to set up Archive options - if not already set.

Archive by month and year and choose to 'keep exisitng folder structure of archived messages'
Then select the 'Sent' folder to see emails.
click on first email to get focus.
Press 'Ctrl' key and 'A' key to select all emails.
They will be shown as 'conversations in the Message Pane'.
click on the 'Archive' button.
This should empty the Sent folder and place all sent emails in 'Archives' under the respective year, month and Sent folder.

I used to be able to search a subject and have the "results" show up with a new tab, but now it opens the result in the same tab, how do I fix this?

When right clicking apps such as Pages, it shows 10 recent documents in the menu. How do I turn this off?

If you are Safari - look at your preferences -
When that dialogue box appears on your screen it has several headres
General, Appearance, Bookmarks, Tabs, RSS, Autofill, Security and Advanced
Go to AutoFill - and click off other forms -

I think you are converting a scanned PDF to word.
You might need to run OCR first to make the text recognizable and then convert it to word.
