Compiled file is older than the Autosequence sourcefile

Our lab is converting it's computer operating systems from Windows 2K to Windows XP. I have installed XP on a test mule and am able to use Diadem under my own profile. The problem I'll detail below arises when another lab user logs in under another user ID when an autosequence is selected.
The error is:
The compiled file that has been created is older than the Autosequence sourcefile. Please check your computer clock!
There is nothing wrong with the computers clock.
Appreciate your assistance.
SW

Wait! For not a not
Hi SW
Ahhh.. I'm assuming you are using AUT and NOT VBS files. I'm also assuming that the AUT files are located on a different computer (server?). If that is the case, and the server clock is slightly ahead of your local computer clock DIAdem gets worried. The AUT get precompiled into an AUC file, DIAdem checks the data of the AUC file version the computer clock if it greater then the time/date on the local computer clock, you've exposed a singlarity in the universe!
To fix this delete the AUC files on the server and run the application again.
If this doesn't work let me know
Tom

I have a simple document that is 106kb. When I create an alias to the file, the alias is 133kb. Why would the alias file be larger than the orginal file when the alias file is simply a redirect to the original file?

  • Update Date is older than the Creation Date

    Hi Team,
In the Oracle Application 11i forms we are seeing the Update Date is older than the Creation Date?
But the creation date should be older then the updated date.
    Thanks,

What 11i release are you on?
Can you please elaborate more on the Creation/Update dates mentioned above? Are you referring to forms or tables or specific rows? Is this happening to all data/forms? Please provide an example for us to understand your issue.
    Thanks,

  • Windows drivers from retail Snow Leopard install DVD older than the computer

I'm trying to install Windows 7 64-bit on my mid-2010 Core i7 MBP (running 10.6.8) via Boot Camp. Since I am experiencing the "Windows support software is not available" bug when I try to download the drivers etc., it looks like I will have to install the drivers from an OS X install DVD, but I don't have access to the OEM disc that came with the computer.
I do have a retail Snow Leopard DVD that I got to upgrade my old Macbook right when Snow Leopard came out; will this disc (which predates the computer by about one year) have the drivers I need to get the hardware to work with Windows?  My concern is that since the disc is older than the computer, the disc may not have the drivers needed for the newer hardware.
Another issue/possible solution:  I had planned to upgrade to Lion as soon as this Boot Camp situation is straightened out; would there be a way to get around this issue by upgrading OS X first and then setting up Boot Camp?

Any OS X DVD from 10.6 or later is fine, as we never tire of saying....
Yes, sortof to upgrade OS X first, or leave as is and install Lion on an external drive (you can clone 10.6 only first with CCC to do that). Then clone back is one idea.

  • Drivers, BIOS, and software on Lenovo site older than the enclosed

How come the drivers/BIOS/software listed on consumersupport.lenovo.com (for my G560) is older than the one I received on its D partition? E.g. BIOS is 2.08, whereas my laptop has 2.10 installed. The laptop was allegedly made in November 2010.

i suggest you not to update any drivers/bios if it's not necessary.
for bios issue, we've heard similar issue with ideapad systems. nevermind if you don't have any issue.

  • Why is my "Combined PDF" file size smaller than the original files?

    Hello!
I am trying to combine two individual PDF files into a single PDF. Each file is 32mb, however when I use acrobat to combine them, the newly created "combined" file is only 19mb. I believe I've taken the necessary steps to ensure no degradation is happening (i.e. selecting Large File Size in the options panel), but I am still puzzled as to how two files can be put together as one and be smaller than the two separate files with out any compression. What am I missing?
    Thanks in advance!

When you combine a file it does a "Save As" operation.  This re-writes all of the PDF object in the single file and is supposed to clean up the file, whereas the single files may have had multiple saves which when you look at the internals of the PDF file simply add on to the end of the file.  In other words you get a more cleanly written and optimized file that is also saved for Fast Web View.

  • Why is the saved JPG file much bigger than the original JPG file??

I used Image Processor in Bridge CS5 to open a jpeg, apply sharpening action and save as  a jpeg.  The bit size, color space and pixel dimensions are identical. However, when I save at Quality 12 I get a Jpeg file that is nearly DOUBLE the size of the original jpeg  Only if I drop it to Quality 10 do I get a file that approximates, but doesn't equal, the original jpeg.
    1) Isn't 12 the same as saying 100% and as such the file size should be the about the same?
    2) why would it increase so much?  Example about 6 mb to about 12mb???
Does this sound right? I am sure I am doing the steps and setting the parameters correctly. The action simply applies unsharp mask:
I can set the quality to 10 and get an approximate equivalent file size...but I want the higher quality of a 100%/12 setting.
    WHAT AM I MISSING???
    Thanks  - Kevin

    WHAT AM I MISSING???
The simple fact that JPEG is always a fully re-compressing format. Your newly created files bear no relationship to the original ones - no binary data structures are retained; the compression algorithm is always applied fresh upon the fully decoded original image and if you use different settings, the result is different. Moreover, since the initial compression artifacts become "valid pixels" once decoded, the successive compression has no way of knowing that they actually are "bad pixels" and those fine disturbances agfain result in different compression patterns. That is, after alll, why consecutive saves to JPEG will always degrade quality even at the best settings...

  • Can an iPhone be updated with a backup file that is older than the newest available?

My husband has lost all of his iPhone information when he cleaned it off to start over, then saved a new backup that wiped out all his old info.  Is there any way to go back to a previous backup to retrieve all his lost contact information?

Yeah, each column in the CSV needs to have a descriptive header. Here's what I used to quickly test that example script I posted above:
    loginDetails.csv:
    Server,User,Date
    Server1,user1,8/12/2014 16:18
    Server1,user2,3/21/2014 12:33
    Server1,Admin,6/13/2013 15:34
    Server2,user3,8/14/2014 7:34

    Server2,user4,8/12/2013 8:03

    Server4,user2,6/12/2013 7:30
    Server4,user3,2/12/2013 8:03
    Output of example from above:
    Under 3 Months - Server1 user1 8/12/2014 16:18
    Over 3 Months - Server1 user2 3/21/2014 12:33

  • The system time is val seconds older than the queue space time

We did a time change on our system to future time and getting the above error after we are trying to reboot the application with current time.
    Please help !

The Tuxedo queueing subsystem access to an accurate system time in order to
implement message expiration times and other time-related features. If the
system time is reset to an earlier value, time related queueing features can
    work incorrectly. For this reason,
Q_CAT:2238 is logged if such a situation is encountered. Timestamps can be
stored within individual /Q messages as well as in the queuespace
    superblock.
If the time change into the future was of short duration, the easiest way to
resolve this problem is simply to wait until the real time reaches the
previously set future time. Once this happens, the queuespace will once
    again be usable.
If the queuespace is used on a test system and the data on it is not
valuable, another option is to recreate the queue space from scratch.
Another option is to reset the system time back to the previous future time
in order to use the queuespace.
If this is a production system and you are a BEA support customer, you can
file a support case about this situation. It may be possible for support to
write a utility program to modify the timestamps within the queue to earlier
values or to give you a version of /Q compiled to accept an environment
variable that can be used to modify /Q's idea of the system time.

  • Is it possible to view ".mp3" files in Mavericks "Tags" windows by file name (rather than the info in the "name" field of it's ID3 tag)?

    Short version:
When viewing ".mp3" files in a "Tags" window, the information in the "name" column next to the file defaults to the information in the "song" field in the file's ID3 tag.
Is it possible to change have the "name" column display the actual FILE NAME instead?
I did some research and found nothing.
    Long version
    Let's say I have a ".mp3" file named "Todd Rundgren - Hello It's Me.mp3"
When I open the folder this ".mp3" is in and find the file, the "name" column will read "Todd Rundgren - Hello It's Me.mp3" (of course)
Now, I tag the file "jams"
Now I go to my "jams" tag view everything tagged "jams", the "name" column in that window DOES NOT say
"Todd Rundgren - Hello It's Me.mp3" , but instead just "Hello It's Me"
The finder seems to be pulling this information from the "name" field of the ".mp3" ID3 tag metadata (aka, the information that would be written in the "name" column when viewing the file in iTunes.)
Ok, that's fine Mavericks, but I want to see the ACTUAL FILE NAME of my ".mp3", (which "tags" windows seems to do for most other things [documents, folders])
Q: Is it possible to display the filename of a ".mp3" file when viewing a "tag window?"
Tags are super useful, but this inconsistency makes it inefficient, distracting, and confusing to move freely between the window for a given "tag", and a normal "finder" window.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I think you have to avoid editing inside the tags list with the 'metadata names'. Instead right click an item, select 'Open enclosing folder'.
In 'real folders' you can enable the 'Title' in column via the 'Veiw Menu > show columns', that way you can see the file name & ID3/ EXIF titles.
'Fake folders' (smart searches & the recent tags list) don't feel finished yet IMO.

  • Folder date modified is older than the folders containted inside?

I have back up folders which date from 2012. I thought they were old until I opened it up and inside the folders have dates that precede it.
    See attached photo.
So does this mean if the folders inside don't change names, it would mean the date is kept as is in the main folder?
Why is this the case? It is so hard to see from the dates which are my latest folders to back up to.
Is this a mistake? I am so confused.

  • File was Skipped because it is older than "store data

i have a mail flow central install 1.4 for a customer. when i see in the status, it show success but remark written "file was skipped because it is older than "store data for" the date". After a while, it stop pulling the logs from ironport. any idea what is going on?

This message is created in the cmt logs and sent to the customer when the log file that MFC is importing from the Ironport is older than the value set in the MFC System Administration > Configuration > 'Store Data For:' field.
Concerning why it stopped pulling logs, what is the last date of logs pulled back? When you look at that host, does it say failed or success? If it says failed, maybe the password has changed. Let me know what you see.
Also, fyi, there is a new feature that was introduced in AsyncOS 6.0 release, where it kind of brings MFC on-board the IronPort appliance.
    New Feature: On-Box Message Tracking
AsyncOS 6.0 for Email includes an on-box message tracking interface that allows you to track messages that traverse your IronPort C-Series or X-Series Email Security appliance.
The message tracking feature makes it easy to find the status of messages that the Email Security appliance processes. Email administrators can quickly resolve help desk calls by determining the exact location of a message. With on-box message tracking, an administrator can determine if a particular message was delivered, found to contain a virus, or placed in a spam quarantine — or if it is located somewhere else in the mail stream.
Instead of having to search through log files using “grep” or similar tools, you can use the flexible tracking interface of the Email Security appliance to locate messages. To track messages, you create a message tracking query. You can use a variety of search parameters in combination, and you can refine tracking queries to narrow the result set.

Ca. I restore my iPhone from a backup that is older than the most recent one?

    Hey Geigerfam4,
The following info covers restoring from earlier backups:
You can choose from up to three of the most recent backups associated with your iCloud account. Each backup shows the date and time the backup was created, as well as the name of the device that created the backup. Unless you want to restore an older backup, choose the most recent backup of the device you want to restore.
