Compiling gets error 7 and all my strings revert

Hi, I am updating some inherited code. It contains references to paths that no longer exist (mainly drives on the network).
So i go through the program, and i exchange every faulty path (from the old M:\ or P:\ to the C:\ of my laptop).
When i run the program from labview, this works fine.
However, when i compile, the program reverts to the old paths and yields error 7 when i run the *.exe.
The paths are strings in textboxes (controls).
I have tried checking the "include files as library" option in the build specification.
Any ideas? Im using Labview 2012 and the original program is from an older version.

Hey,
did you set the values in the controls to default or just change the values?
If just changed, mark the new values as default with Right Click on the control -> Data Operations -> Make current value default

Step 1
Quit Calendar. Triple-click the line below to select it:
~/Library/Calendars/Calendar Cache
Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select
Services ▹ Reveal
from the contextual menu. A Finder window should open with a file named "Calendar Cache" selected.
Move the selected file to the Trash. There may be one or two other files in the same folder with names that begin in "Calendar Cache". If so, delete those files too.
Step 2
Empty the Trash if you haven't already done so. If you use iPhoto, empty its internal Trash as well:
iPhoto ▹ Empty Trash
Then reboot. That will temporarily free up some space.
According to Apple documentation, you need at least 9 GB of available space on the startup volume (as shown in the Finder Info window) for normal operation. You also need enough space left over to allow for growth of your data. There is little or no performance advantage to having more available space than the minimum Apple recommends. Available storage space that you'll never use is wasted space.
To locate large files, you can use Spotlight. That method may not find large folders that contain a lot of small files.
You can more effectively use a tool such as OmniDiskSweeper (ODS) to explore your volume and find out what's taking up the space. You can also delete files with it, but don't do that unless you're sure that you know what you're deleting and that all data is safely backed up. That means you have multiple backups, not just one.
Deleting files inside an iPhoto or Aperture library will corrupt the library. Any changes to a photo library must be made from within the application that created it. The same goes for Mail files.
Proceed further only if the problem isn't solved by the above steps.
ODS can't see the whole filesystem when you run it just by double-clicking; it only sees files that you have permission to read. To see everything, you have to run it as root.
Back up all data now.
Install ODS in the Applications folder as usual. Quit it if it's running.
Triple-click the line of text below to select it, then copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C):

Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
Paste into the Terminal window (command-V). You'll be prompted for your login password, which won't be displayed when you type it. You may get a one-time warning not to screw up. If you see a message that your username "is not in the sudoers file," then you're not logged in as an administrator.
The application window will open, eventually showing all files in all folders. It may take some minutes for ODS to list all the files.
I don't recommend that you make a habit of doing this. Don't delete anything while running ODS as root. If something needs to be deleted, make sure you know what it is and how it got there, and then delete it by other, safer, means. When in doubt, leave it alone or ask for guidance.
When you're done with ODS, quit it and also quit Terminal.

How to get errors and/or air.trace() from installed air app?

I'm trying to debug an installed air app that behaves
differently once installed than when run with adl. However, i can't
figure out any way to get errors or air.trace() information. I am
on OS X (10.5.6). Any tips?
I imagine this should be easy since debugging an installed
app is pretty much a necessity for development.

mm.cfg file. See

Note that ALL trace output will go to the log.
Other things you can do are:
1. Run the installed app with adl -- just pass the installed
app descriptor to adl on the command line
2. Supply a publisher id to adl. This removes one difference

behavior issue has to do with local connections or other matters
involving the publisher id.
3. Use the adl -nodebug flag. This removes another difference
between installed/uninstalled apps. You won't see uncaught
exceptions, but trace statements are still reported.

Sorry for the late reply.
It is problably a problem with the configname attribute of the ApplicationModule tag which is wrong.
Can you try to open the JSP file with the problem and look at the ApplicationModule tag setting.
If you create a new ApplicationModule tag under it using the Component Palette, it will give you a clue to what setting is espected for the configname. Make sure to keep the same value for the "id" property.

I have any thousands images to process. Sometines, there are images which can't be processed.
I want to continue with the next image when there is a problem but to get the error and to know which image has a problem.
How can I do that?

In your loop that you process the image files make the actual process a function. Try it and catch any unexpected error and ignore it. Maybe something like this might work

catch(e) { }
Just a guess... You could also log errors (e + ': on line ' + e.line + " processing ffile: " + fileList[i] ) in the catch and after the last files is processed if there were errors list all the files that failed with the associated error messages.

BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE - Getting error and can't find field

Hi, I'm trying to post MIRO documents via BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE, but getting an error that I cannot seem to figure out.
I'm getting an error for the following: "System cannot calculate cash discount base amount; enter it"
There is a field in the header called discount amount and I tried it, but doesn't work. It is specifically looking for discount "base" amount. For the life of me I cannot figure out what field it is or what workaround I have.

Hi. I'll try to give some detail.
When I run MIRO manually online, all I have to enter are the following fields:
Invoice Date
Amount
Document Type (which is "IS" for Intercompany STO)
Company Code
PO Number
(when I hit enter, I get the only line item where I just have to input Amount and Quantity, the rest is automatically generated)
Then I hit save and it posts a document.
I am doing the same thing in the BAPI, except that I was getting error messages stating that I had to enter Reference Number, Ref Doc Year, and Ref Doc Item. I added the code and now the only error message I get it the one in question.   "System cannot calculate cash discount base amount; enter it"
I really appreciate your help. This is frustrating.
