Complain/feedback about subscription for Skype To ...

Dear Skype,
I think that you should allow your customers to buy as many subscriptions of any type, as many times they like, not limiting the purchase of one type of subscription to only one time per month/three month/a year period.
The other day I recognised that I run out of minutes from my monthly subscription after about 12 days from its renewal and decided to buy another one identical (120min). I bought it - I was charged for it - my purchase was delivered, but the minutes did not show up on my account. It took me hours of search into the community to understand that I cannot buy two identical subscriptions. That made me furious. And I felt even more upset to learn that the money I spent will, effectively, be used only to renew my useless subscription at the end of the billing month. I have asked for a refund.
So, these are my suggestions:
If you charge me now I should have the subscription minutes now, right? If you go to a coffee shop and pay for a coffee, you want it immediately, not in 2 weeks time. If you cannot provide me what you sell immediately, do not sell it. While I was buying the subscription you could have told me that I was not going to be able to access the minutes until the end of my current monthly subscription, or you could have just forbidden me from purchase it.
Instead, I have bought a subscription, and I have asked a refund. That's inefficient useless bureaucracy you can avoid easily! I could have saved my time too.
If I want to have two identical subscriptions, let me do it! The smaller subscription packages we buy, the higher the call/minute price will be. So it is even more convenient for Skype if we buy multiple subscriptions of the same type per month.

You should see a warning when you are about to purchase another subscription to a country you already own. This should be shown before you finalize the purchase. It should also include that if you continue with the purchase the minute duration wil be added at the end of the current subscriptions. Here's some example screenshots of what it should look like:

    I subscribed to skype credit before and then after one of the patches awhile back it shows me that I have no subscription but when I go to skype options it says I have auto recharge enabled. However, it doesn't recharge automatically when it falls under the credit threshold it set up; I have to do it manually. I've tried disabling then re-enabling auto recharge but it still shows "No subscription" on my skype window. Also, my CC is up to date and works when I manually recharge it
    Any advice on this?

    Subscriptions and auto-recharge are different things. Auto-recharge tops up your Skype Credit balance, subscriptions are prepaid packages that renew monthly, quarterly or annually.

    I would like to get a skype number and get a yearly subscription for unlimited calling to america.   I understand that there is a discount for doing them together though I cant seem to find what it is and how much it will cost me monthly for such a plan.
    Also am I correct that I can use the above plan with my smart phone?

    You can get a discount when you purchase a Skype Number depending on which subscription duration you prefer. However, this may only happen if you have an active calling subscription during your purchase.
    What you can do is to buy the calling subscription first to the country of your choice. Specific details including the price can be viewed here:

    Just type the country you prefer on the search box and press Enter.
    After a successful purchase, you may then buy a Skype Number next. You may get a 33% discount for a 3 month subscription and up to 50% discount for a 12 month subscription.

    SkypePro was the forerunner of Subscriptions and was discontinued except for existing subscribers of which you were one so you were receiving the service.
    Effectively SkypePro provided free calls to a number of countries but was restrictive compared to the present range of more flexible Subscriptions.

    Over a year ago, if not longer, I cancaled a subscription with skype and havent really used skype since. Now that I decited to use Skype again I added some money to my Skype account and the first thing Skype does is add a subscription without my permistion. I want a refund for something I didnt signup for as well as an apology for wasting my time. No wonder fewer people use Skype.

    They're usually pretty lenient in the case of inadvertent purchases by children. No guarantees, though, just as if your child was in a store and ate a bunch of food (in other words, something that can't just be returned).

    The Creative Cloud subscription is not OS specific as it's licensed via your Adobe ID.
    You can purchase a single subscription and use it on 2 machines irrespective of it being Windows or Mac.

    I've had occasional issues with skype telling me I need skype credit for a number I don't need credit for and then sometimes it works and sometimes not (this is my parent's phone number I call all the time, so it's not an issue of location). I just upgraded to new version of skype so maybe the new mac software has a glitch I need to figure out? Please tell me how to call out with subscription so it will stop asking for skype credit. I get automatically billed monthly, I barely make any calls, there's no reason it shouldn't be working, I've had this subscription for years. Thank you!

    I'm a little confused and want to purchase a monthly subscription through Skype, but when my credit was under a dollar, it wouldn't allow me to purchase it.  So, I recharged my credit.  Now, when I go to sign up for a subscription, it wants to charge my credit card again.  Why can't I use the credit that it just made me sign up for?  Can I purchase the monthly subscription and get a refund on my $14?

    That your home internet service provider is charging you for phone service (a telephone number and presumably a rate plan associated with it) is not duplicate charging by Skype for a rate plan or outgoing call subscription on Skype.  That you have duplicate telephony services, by two service providers, which many people do, seems to be the misunderstanding?

    I have purchased a subscription for one specific country which I call the most. For other countries, I simply purchased some Skype credit.
    How can I make sure that my credit will not run out when I am calling that specific country that I have the subscroption for?

But look here my problem is why this is happening, the subscription name itself India calling then Skype should be able to tieup or catch up with the local Indian carrier, isn't it? How do I know that the local carrier is supporting or not? I need a solution not the reason, yeah it is good to know the reason but what I will do with the reason here; it is beyond my doing. If this is the genuince reason for the failure then Skype is making false statement and fooling around the customers saying you can call Indian Mobile and land lines by this subscription, which is clearly not happening.
