Complaint BAD customer service experience in Hong Kong

I would like to complaint a Apple staff called “Andrew” who worked in Festival Walk Apple retail store in Hong Kong resulting in my wife cannot buy the iPhone reserved within the timeslot provided.
My wife successfully reserved two iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Gold with timeslot 12pm to 1pm (Lunch time period) on 13 Oct 2014 at Festival Walk Apple retail Store in Hong Kong. She queue and waits for assistance. Bearing in mind two different members of staff approached her and said there was a 20/25 min wait. It is fine to wait for 20-25min. But after 20 min later, she asked the Apple staff again to confirm how long she needs to wait for and ask if she whether took the iPhone few hours earlier and later. This is because the she needs back to work.
She asked the apple staff called “Andrew”, he raised his voice and told her that she need to wait now and cannot take the  two iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Gold earlier and  later.  He also said if she would like to take the iPhone earlier, she needed to ask everyone in the queue to confirm if she allows taking the iPhone first.  How come the staff response to her like that. My wife needed back to work finally and cannot buy the iPhone reserved!
At first, time management is very bad in Festival Walk Apple Retail Store in Hong Kong is very worst. Why my wife cannot buy the iPhone within the timeslot provided.
Secondly, Apple Staff attitude is very ridiculous. My wife just enquired the staff politely. But how come the staff replied her like that. How come Apple hired a rude staff likes “Andrew” in Festival Walk Apple Retail Store in Hong Kong.  He was very rude, impolite to her. What’s going on. The staffs never polite and I can tell you if we treated our customers like that where I worked we would have been fired immediately!!
Does Apple Company provide any training to the staff? My wife and I doubt that any training provided to the staff.  Apple customer service is terrible, he really don't care about helping you with a problem.
Apple is a big company over the world. Apple staff is the most arrogant group of people we will ever meet. They provide such worst customer service experience. It is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. Great service offers a unique opportunity for businesses that are willing to invest in a memorable customer experience – they can ot-support the competition. But I cannot find any great customer experience in this Apple Retail Store. Please note that Bad customer service is totally affect company reputation. I did complaint those staff “Andrew” on the same day. But there is no any feedback and response from the Festival Walk Shop Manager or Apple representative. It's an absolute disgrace and I wonder why apple don't have a complaint department!

You get to the store ~30 minutes before closing time, your card is declined for insufficient funds, you are told there isn't enough time to go to your bank in order to deposit more funds and return in time to finish the transaction and are surprised when they don't agree to finish the transaction when you return AT closing time?
Glad you finally got your phone, but I too see no reason for an apology from Verizon. Maybe checking to make sure you have the funds to cover the expenditure next time would be wise. You have a smartphone, possibly adding an app to make the funds transfer electronically would have even kept you in the store while you made the additional deposit/transfer. Better planning on your part would have prevented ALL of this.

  • Filing an Official Complaint-Bad Customer Service during Disconnection Request

I moved to an apartment complex that does not have Fios services.  I called Verizon Customer Service where the Rep was rude and the manager I spoke with was even worse.  I am now charged with a $92 Termination Fee, even though I did not have the option to transfer service due to the Apartments not able to allow Fios.  The Manager stated that this is common practice and that they charge the Termination fee even if you move out of the country.  Really? That is horrible!
I also had a contract with Direct Tv, however they cancelled the contract, no questions asked with no termination fees, since they were not able to provide satellite services to where my apartment was located.  So this is not common practice.
Verizon rather charge this fee regardless of the circumstances and risk never having this customer again on service, as well as begin a horrible word of mouth path.  Why would I recommend any of Verizon's services, after this negative experience?
Please tell me where I can file a formal complaint.

  • Verizon Wireless Network Extender and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Customer Service experience

It was a dark and stormy night...
For the past eight years, I had been happy with Verizon wireless service. Great coverage and rarely a dropped call. However, all of that changed when I moved into a lovely mid-century modern condominium. The solid concrete walls and ceilings were blocking my attempts to communicate with the outside world (i.e. order pizza).
Enter the Verizon Wireless Network Extender! My own personal cell tower! Alas, the VWNE was $250, which was a lot of money. So, being the resourceful recycling advocate that I am, I procured a refurbished one and hooked it up to my network. Then I called Verizon to begin what would soon become one of the Bottom 10 Least Enjoyable Experiences in customer service history (note: obvious foreshadowing).
The first technician I spoke with was Benjamin, who was actually quite helpful. He noted the VWNE's MAC address and other information before attempting to allow me to access my unit. But he could not. Why? Apparently the unit was still registered to another Verizon customer. He told me the matter would be forwarded to "Verizon Correspondence Support" who would contact the registered owner and get their approval to reassign the unit.
A week later, I called in to ask about the status of my request, but was told by Darryl (another tech from the VWNE department) that the "Verizon Correspondence Support" department did not exist. Did. Not. Exist? Fine, I explained the situation again, and Darryl eventually told me he would submit a special access form which may resolve the problem. He apologized for the mixup, thanked me for my patience, and told me to wait 24-48 hours for his return call with the results.
120 hours later, I called to ask about the status of the change access form because I had not received a callback. Michelle, another representative of VWNE support, told me there was no record of this form having been submitted. No. Record...? After which, she made no effort to help me after reading through my transcript. In fact, quite the opposite. To paraphrase...
"I'm sorry we wasted two weeks of your time leading you to believe we had a solution. Actually, there is no Verizon Correspondence Department, there is no special access form, and no tech will be calling you back. Furthermore, I will not allow you to use our unit because the previous owner hasn't filled out Release Form 27B stroke 6. For all I know it might have been stolen. Perhaps by you? I guess we'll never know for sure, because I won't contact the owner for any reason. In fact, there is nothing I can do to help you whatsoever. But if you like, feel free to throw our network adapter in a landfill. Thank you and have a nice day."
OK Michelle, here's the deal. I don't even WANT this doohickey. You see, all I want is for my phone to work. That's why I am calling you. To get THIS piece of your equipment working, at my expense, so that I can continue to be a Verizon customer. Seems like I'm doing my part. Why is this so difficult?
    "Sorry"
Lesson of the story? DON'T BE A MICHELLE. If a customer is in trouble and you can't solve his/her problem, contact a supervisor and work out an alternative. In my example, perhaps Verizon could have provided me with an "official" VWNE? At a discount? Or have a technician sent out to examine the signal? Really, *anything* is better than being brushed off. After being brushed off.
    After being brushed off.

Follow up: I acquired another VWNE from a local seller, just in case he had to be contacted for the Nuclear Priority Phone Release Code (geez). Ironically, it wasn't necessary, because said fellow had already left Verizon after too many negative customer service issues. Oops.
The good news is that Verizon was able to properly activate the second unit. I was connected to a VWNE tech named Bertha who was VERY helpful and treated me like a human being. Which made all the difference and restored my faith in humanity. I requested that my story be relayed to upper management so that the hordes of secondhand VWNE buyers wouldn't also get burned by Verizon's "hands off and look elsewhere" policy. Bingo. Finally. Done.
Epilogue: Until Verizon eases up on their needlessly stringent policy, beware the unchecked VWNE! Be sure to get the MAC code and check it with a local store/tech support before buying it.

  • Bad Customer Service - no solution for Trial Version for CC install

    Hi,
I'm having problems to install my CC apps, since I`m having the issue on the apps keep asking for a serial number.
I already tried all the solutions that I found on  the foruns: delete cache, install using English International as my preferences on Adobe Manager App, etc etc
That is only happening on my PC with Windows 7. On My Macbook Pro everything is working fine.
Well, today I tried the Chat option from  Adobe Customer service, and after I spend a long time with them, they just dropped the connections when they doint have
    anyother solution for me.
It waa bad experience from Adobe.
At least I still have some time to cancell my CC signature If I dont get this solved on the next days.

If you don't get any help at this link then I have to agree that it is a bad Customer Service:
    <http://forums.adobe.com/community/creative_cloud>
There's nothing you can do because Adobe in their wisdom decided to have these forums so that unpaid volunteers can help customers in exchange for worthless title called MVP.
They also have a call Center in India where the staff are paid huge amounts (thousands of rupees per month) to help you.

  • Pandora Doesn't Work on Droid X2-Bad Customer Service from Verizon

This probably isn't news for most Droid X2 users, but my husband can't get Pandora to work on his newly purchased Droid X2. What's really frustrating is that we went to our local Verizon store to pick out a phone for my husband because he wanted to listen to Pandora at work & neither one of us was at all familiar with android phones. We told the salesman that we were newbies & asked his advice on which phone to get. This guy(Fred) assured us that he was a pro & he listened to Pandora all the time on his Verizon phone. He specifically recommended that we get the Droid X2 for listening to Pandora. Unfortunately we did as he suggested & signed on. It took my husband way more than the allotted 14 days to familiarize himself with using the Droid, let alone Pandora. By the time he felt comfortable using Pandora on his phone at home (using the WiFi), it was past the 14 day trial period. That was when he discovered that Pandora wasn't working right on his phone without the WiFi. Naturally he assumed he was doing something wrong. Then we checked into the problem online & discovered that the Droid X2 was infamous for not working with Pandora.
We went back to our salesman,Fred, & asked him for help in getting Pandora to work. This went on for a few weeks and eventually he admitted that in fact Pandora doesn't work on the phone he recommended to us for just that use. We assumed that he would help us in upgrading to a phone that would work since he was the one led us astray. That was when he went into standard Verizon mode & told us that our 14 days were up & there was nothing he could - or would- do to help us. So we contacted Verizon directly & were told the same thing.
Is this kind of bad customer service typical of Verizon? I don't understand what the big deal was about not helping us to fix our salesman's mistake. If we'd made this mistake on our own, I could see Verizon telling us that we were stuck. But we told them we were newbies & asked for their help.
I'm really disappointed because I bought this phone for my husband so he could enjoy Pandora at work. And now he's stuck with 2 years of making do with other services & hoping that maybe Pandora will help him out. Does anybody have any suggestions as to anything we can do to make this sorry situation work? Thanks.

  • Very bad customer service!

I am a photographer and in June 2013 I decided to join the newly launched Creative Cloud single application subscription program for Photoshop CC.
At the same time I purchased a Lightroom standard license (Lightroom was not available on the Creative Cloud at that time).
The monthly price for Photoshop CC with a one year commitment was 24,59 Eur for Europe (I live in Czech Republic). I didn’t quite understand how that translates from the 19,99 USD of the US subscription, but fair enough Adobe is not a charity and they have the right to decide to charge what they want for their products. Plus the subscription prices were clearly showed on their website, so I decided to join anyway.
Honestly I was very happy both with Photoshop and Lightroom and I think they are two fantastic pieces of software so I didn’t mind the price I paid for them.
Then a few months after I get a call from my bank saying that my card has been blocked because it might have been compromised following some online payments I made. And after a little research I find out that (citing the Adobe website) “Very recently, Adobe’s security team discovered sophisticated attacks on our network, involving the illegal access of customer information as well as source code for numerous Adobe products. We believe these attacks may be related.
Our investigation currently indicates that the attackers accessed Adobe customer IDs and encrypted passwords on our systems. We also believe the attackers removed from our systems certain information relating to 2.9 million Adobe customers, including customer names, encrypted credit or debit card numbers, expiration dates, and other information relating to customer orders.
Great, now I am for two weeks without card while my bank gets me a new one (they are not that fast in Czech Republic).
Fortunately I also read online that (citing the Adobe website) ”Adobe is also offering customers, whose credit or debit card information was involved, the option of enrolling in a one-year complimentary credit monitoring membership where available.”.
Honestly I misunderstood that as a one year complimentary Creative Cloud membership and I thought that was very nice of Adobe, they didn’t have to do it, and to me it showed an effort to say “we are sorry” and to try to retain their customers’ trust.
Some time passes and I am obviously still getting charged monthly for my subscription.
So I contact Adobe through the online chat…..turns out that I am not eligible for the one year complimentary subscription (none of the agents actually explained to me that I had misunderstood the offer) but after a bit of complaining and waiting online I get offered a one month complimentary subscription!?!?!.
You can make up your own mind on how to interpret that but to me that meant that Adobe recognized their responsibility but tried everything possible to get rid of me with the minimum possible.
The guy on the chat however said that if I am not satisfied I can ask him to escalate.
I do so and he tells me that I will be contacted within 2-3 business days.
A week after I have not been contacted yet, so I call the support again and I am told that they are very sorry for not getting back to me and I will be (again) contacted within 2-3 business days.
TWO weeks after that chat I finally get a mail from Adobe, which is now offering me 2 months complimentary subscription.
I realize I better take what they give me so I reluctantly accept.
Not even a week after that, I realized that Adobe launched a new Photoshop Photography program where they give the Photoshop CC license + Lightroom 5 for 9.99 USD or 12.29 Eur with a yearly commitment. This is half what I pay now, not even considering the one off Lightroom 5 license that I already paid (129.15 Eur). The special offer expires on the 2nd December (less than a week from now at the time of writing this).
The good news is that existing CC subscribers can ask to transfer to this program for free.
So I contact the Adobe support again and they happily confirm that I can switch to the new program.
BUT I would lose the 2 free months as they cannot be transferred to the new program because it is already discounted.
I spend a good deal of effort explaining that the 2 free months are not a discount but are a compensation for me being without card for 2 weeks so I should be able to retain them, but the support person on the other side of the chat just politely dismisses every argument.
I understand that Adobe did not have to allow existing subscriptions to transfer to the new offer for free, I purchased a service and then a few months after the price went down, fair enough this happens.
If the price went up on the other end I would have still kept my original price.
However what infuriates me is that since any existing subscriber can join the cheaper offer, Adobe has actually penalized me in front of all the other customers and the reason why they have penalized me is that my data have been compromised on their servers.
You draw your own conclusions but to me this is very bad customer service.

This is the transcript of the conversation I had with your colleague over the support chat, then unfortunately my connection dropped and I lost him:
    Saka: Hi Francesco.
    Francesco: Hello
Saka: I have received your initial question. I'll be glad to check and help you with this.
    Francesco: thank you
Saka: Sorry for the wait. Please do stay online.
    Francesco: ok
Saka: Francesco, I have checked and see that we have issued 2 months free for the subscription Nov 21, 2013. Your next billing date is on 27.2.2014.
Francesco: but I have already been billed on 02.12
Saka: I'll be right with you.
Saka: Are you referring to Clenství ve službe Creative Cloud s jednou aplikací pro Photoshop (rocní) or Program na úpravu fotografií Photoshop (Pro vlastníky licence k produktu CS3 a novejší)?
Francesco: the first one should have been canceled, the second one has been activated
Francesco: with the 2 months free of charge added to it
Saka: Yes, the first subscription has been cancelled.
Francesco: I have been bulled only 12.29 Eur so it is for the second subscription
Francesco: the first one was 24.99 Eur I think
Saka: Yes, you have been charged  € 12,29  for the new order Program na úpravu fotografií Photoshop (Pro vlastníky licence k produktu CS3 a novejší).
Saka: You can continue using the subscription without any issues.
Francesco: so where are the 2 months free of charge?
Saka: We have provided 2 months for your Clenství ve službe Creative Cloud s jednou aplikací pro Photoshop (rocní).
Francesco: those have been transferred on the Program na úpravu fotografií Photoshop (Pro vlastníky licence k produktu CS3 a novejší)
Francesco: as confirmed by your colleague and by the mail I received
Francesco: This is the mail confirmation
Francesco: Užívejte si našich služeb o něco déle      Bezplatně jsme prodloužili vaše předplatné produktu Program na úpravu fotografií Photoshop (Pro vlastníky licence k produktu CS3 a novější) o několik dalších dnů (62).      Nové datum pro obnovu předplatného je nyní 26-únor-2014 (PT).      Děkujeme, že jste si předplatili náš produkt! Tým služby Creative Cloud
Francesco: Which confirms that the next billing date for Program na úpravu fotografií Photoshop (Pro vlastníky licence k produktu CS3 a novější) is 26/2/2014
Saka: Francesco, we have provided 2 months free only if you are willing to continue subscription till the commitment date. The order gets cancelled since you have purchased for Program na úpravu fotografií Photoshop (Pro vlastníky licence k produktu CS3 a novejší) at lower rate.

  • I am sick of the bad customer service

I called to set up new service.  I had to use my grandson's phone (personal cell phone) who happens to work for AT&T, and these people refused to help me.  He was in the other rooom doing school work while I was on the phone with the company to try and set up service.  They are not very helpful when it comes to trying to set up a new account.  You try to bring your number from another carrier, they transfer you, and you get transferred to another department after you give them your SSN and then it makes you feel as if your information has been stolen.

If I have to keep putting up with bad service with phone service, then I will not stay with who I am with, and I will not try using AT&T service.  It seems as if when I have to use my grandson's my personal phone I could get him in trouble when I have to get ugly with these people for not listening to me, and then they decide to talk over you when you are talking, and I am not happy because it is bad customer service.  Someone needs to do something about the employees.  My grandson has told me that if I have to start writing down employee names and ID numbers and start reporting them, because it seems like this company does not take the concerns of the customers to the caring level, and when you are a new customer, they don't want to help you.

  • DISGUSTED, HORRIFIED, ANGRY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD at Verizon Wireless.

DISGUSTED, HORRIFIED, ANGRY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD at Verizon Wireless. I have been trying to return my Iphone 5S for the past week.  I’ve been to 3 different Verizon Wireless stores in 2 states and have spent countless hours trying to get the return processed.  The Verizon Wireless IT system is literally INCAPABLE of processing my return. I purchased an Iphone 5S under the Edge plan.  I traded in my old Iphone 4S and was given a gift card.  This gift card went towards the payment of the first month of the Edge plan, the tax on the 5S, and a screen protector.  When I tried to return the device after 1 week the system literally could not process the return in multiple stores.  A call was put into the operations department on my behalf 5 days ago and I haven’t heard anything back.  I am not looking for a handout or a freebie I just want to return my phone as I am allowed to do under Verizon Wireless’ terms and conditions.  Today is the last day of the 2 week return period although I was assured by a store manager that this will not apply to me due to my situation but I am skeptical given the situation.  I would like to get this resolved ASAP.  I am incredibly frustrated and disgusted and if/when I am able to return this device I would strongly consider leaving Verizon.  I would think the largest carrier in the country would be able to process a simple return.  This is totally unacceptable.

    Hello cmc29,
I would like to truly apologize for the state of affairs you’ve found yourself in, as it’s never fun to be without a washer (or dryer) for any length of time. For me, laundry just seems to appear overnight, and I can only imagine how daunting of a task washing all of it would be after watching it pile up for a few weeks.  I’m sure it only complicated things when our appointments continuously fell through for various reasons, and I’m sorry for the aggravation this added to already frustrating situation.
When your delivery day arrives, you should receive a call from us to narrow down the time frame to a 2 hour window.  This is done because our delivery agent’s schedule isn’t fully determined until the day of service as our customer’s needs may change prior to the delivery date. These routes are then best optimized to fit the appointments scheduled for the day.  After looking through your delivery date for your dryer, I see that your slot was from 5:30 to 7:30. Something was clearly miscommunicated if you thought otherwise though, and it’s even worse to hear that it arrived in less than pristine condition.  Please know that I’m looking into this to see what options we may have to fix this.
Upon review of your order, I see that your washer is awaiting transit from one of our warehouses to one near you. Please know that I’m currently collaborating with both of them to make sure they are aware of your impending delivery date of 8/4, and I’ll update you as soon as more information becomes available.
I greatly appreciate your patience, and I’ll be in touch very soon.

  • My Customer Service Experience (Store #55)

I went to this Best Buy store because of a laptop that I found for sale in their Open Box section online. The laptop was listed online and at the store for $839.99. When I arrived at the store, a gentlemen assisted me is picking the laptop up and I was ready for check out, this was where my customer service experience with Best Buy got worse. I had given the checkout associate a 10% coupon that I had received, he was unable to add the coupon the to cart so he called a manager, Chad (removed per forum guidelines).
Mr. (removed per forum guidelines) then tried to add the coupon to the order but ultimately said that I could not use the coupon for this order, because it was Open Box item with a discount already presented. However, my coupon's terms and conditions stated nothing about being able to use this coupon on Open Box items. I asked Mr. (removed per forum guidelines) to contact a manager that I could speak with, he called Josh (removed per forum guidelines).
Mr. (removed per forum guidelines) then came to me and stated that the coupon could also not be used, but only be used on the original price. However, I once again stated that NO WHERE on the coupon did it state that this coupon could not be used on Open Box items. I then asked Mr. (removed per forum guidelines) to tell me that he would not honor the coupon and he stated verbatim, "I will not honor the 10% coupon". I also asked him to write this down for me to document however he declined to do so. I wonder why that was..maybe he knew he was wrong and didn't want it documented.
The problem that I am facing here is that no where on the coupon did it state that the coupon could not be used, however, Mr. (removed per forum guidelines) and Mr. (removed per forum guidelines) both did not honor my coupon. This was my worst experience at Best Buy and I am truly frustrated with the customer service I received. I shop at Best Buy often, I am an Elite Plus RewardZone customer.
I did end up buying the laptop or $839.99 + $69.30 tax with a total of $909.29. However, I did not receive my 10% discount which I believe is unacceptable on Best Buy's part. I am not impressed with Best Buy's service and experience at all.
An apology would be a start, but what I really want is my 10% discount or a good reason of why I couldn't get one.

    Hello arsalann24,
Buying a new computer has always been very fun and exciting for me, and I assume that it is so for everyone else as well. The process should not become complex or frustrating at any point, and I regret that this seems to be the case with your recent computer shopping experience.
Many coupons contain exclusions to how they may be used. For example, some may not be used on certain categories of products, or on specific brands. Not all can be used on products that have already been reduced in price. Some may not be used on prior purchases. That being said, I have a few questions for you:
At what store did you make your purchase?
Did you make your purchase as an online order for store pickup?
From what source did you acquire the coupon, i.e., Movers coupon, College Student Deals, etc.
I'm grateful that you took the time to write to us with your concerns and I look forward to hearing from you.
    Sincerely,

  • BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN NEWNAN

We had very bad customer service at the NEWNAN, GA BEST BUY. I purchased a notebook with a defective part. Returned the netbook back to the store. Geek Squad looked at it and said the hard drive was defective. They would not do anything except after arguing with us finally offered to send it off for repair. We declined becuase my in laws sent a laptop off to be repaired and ended up paying just as much for the repair and they paid for the computer. This was after they were told they would not pay for anything. Also, were only told they had to pay once the computer was sent off and could not get it back until they paid. $300 LATER THE COMPUTER WAS STILL BROKEN! We were lied to and pused around by everyone we talked to. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Terrible Transfer Experience - 10+ hours with bad customer service

I've been a Verizon Fios customer for 3 years. For the most part service has been good, though there were a few instances where I've lost internet and cable for no apparent reason for a few days here and there. However, my experience with Verizon Fios over the past few days has been a nightmare. I called Verizon a few weeks ago to tell them that I was moving from an apartment on the 5th floor of my building to an apartment on the 7th floor in the same building. Additonally, I wanted to sign a 2-year contract for phone, tv, and internet. This process went smoothily and my service to my old apartment was to be cut off on 8/10/2012 while the same day my new apartment went get the Triple-play deal on the same day (8/10/2012).
The day finally arrives and Verizon goes 1 for 2 by shutting off my old apartment service (at 6am no less) while not activating my new service. I was told that a servicemen was to be sent between 1pm-5pm. At 4:00pm I call Tech support to check on the status of my order, and they tell me that there are "engineering problems" in my building and there are not enough "ports" for my service, but that a technician is on his way; he's just running late. 6:30pm rolls in and still no contact from a technician or anyone. I call again, 45 minute wait, talk to another support person who tells me the techician is still coming; just running late. It's now 10pm and I call Tech support again. I get tossed around from department to department (Tech Support, Sales, Fiber-Optic installation) and finally I'm told that the "engineering problem" will be resolved in the morning 8/12/2012.
The next morning, 8/12/2012, 11am, no contact at all so I call Tech Support again, 35 minute wait. They now tell me that no technician will be coming out because there's a "serious engineering problem" and they try to schedule me for 8/16/2012. I say that's unacceptable, and that I need a technician out that day (8/12/2012). My customer support puts me on hold for 20 minutes, comes back on the phone, only to hang up on me. I stop trying to call Tech support, and head out of my building around 4pm and right in front of my building is a Fios technician. He says that he's there for another apartment! I ask him about the "serious engineering problems" they're having in my building. He has no idea what I'm talking about and when asked if he'd take a look at our apartments connection, he declines. So at this point, I know I've previously been lied to about my techinical issues and that they couldn't send out a technician until 8/16/2012.
Extremely frustrated, I call customer service tech support again, 45 minute wait, and I talk to Michele who tells me that my order is still pending (yea I figured that) but that it's in the system as only phone and TV, no internet! So it just keeps getting better! She fixes the order to reflect tv, phone, internet and and then connects me to Fios "elite" customer service, to reschedule my technician appointment, and to talk about compensation (first mention of this). I talk to Carolyn{edited for privacy} (SP?) at Elite customer service and she says she is talking to dispatch to get a technician out that day 8/12/2012. I get put on hold for 40 minutes and then Carolyn comes back on the phone to say that she'll give me a call back when a technician has been dispatched. I give her my cell number and say goodbye. Hours go by and no call back. I call back customer service, immediately ask for "elite" customer service. I get put in touch with Ms. C{edited for privacy}. I ask to be put in touch with Carolyn, but Ms. C{edited for privacy} has no idea who I'm talking about.  I tell Ms. C{edited for privacy} my story (pretty angrily at this point). I request that she tell me the employee numbers of the people that have worked on my account the past couple of days so that I can make a formal complaint. Ms. C{edited for privacy} tells me my account has only been notated once (the 10pm call I made on 8/10/2012). Ms. C{edited for privacy} offers to reschedule my technican but offers first again 8/16/2012. I say no way, and then she offers me 8/12/2012. I accept reluctantly.  I also inquire about the compensation Carolyn mentioned, and Ms. C{edited for privacy} says that she can't discuss that until installation is complete. Ms. C{edited for privacy} says she'll call me Monday (8/13/2012) to make sure installation went accordingly I ask Ms. C{edited for privacy} for a direct line of contact so I can call her. She gives me the number 443-436-3954. I ask her "Are you sure this is a direct line and I won't be on hold for 45 mintues". She says of course. Turns out this number is a voice mailbox number and doesn't put me in touch with anyone.
Sunday 8/13/2012 rolls around. Our techinican shows up on time (hallelujah!!). Lloyd, our technician, is the first Verizon Fios representative who's on top of his stuff. He quickly deduces that the "serious engineering problem" was simply that the people that lived in the apartment before us did not cancel their subscription. Therefore, they were taking up the "port" we needed for service. Lloyd does his job, and in under 2.5 hours. We have TV and internet, but no phone because Lloyd's technical support needs to do some things on their end.
So the tally at the end of this awful expereience:
    1) 10+ hours of calling customer service, tech support, fiber optic installation, sales, and "elite" customer service.
    2) Over 5 hours of wait time.
    3) Spoke with 12-15 representatives with 3-4 different stories for my problem.
    4) Complete failure of communication from Fios.
    5) TV and internet installed 2 days late
    6) Phone still uninstalled
    7) Too many lies to count
I am debating if I should just switch at this point, but I'm not sure if Verizon will penalize me (like they haven't done enough already!) . Anyone know if there's a grace period at which to cancel without penalty? Also Moderators, can you please have someone from your "super duper elite" customer service call me cause this issue is still not resolves and I still need to file a formal complaint either with your corporate office or my state business bureau.
    Exhausted,
    Mike

  • Complaint - Poor Customer Service in Store and Inconsistent Communication

I am writing on this discussion board in hopes that my complaint will be reviewed and communicated to those in a position to make a change so that other Verizon customers will not have to experience what I did yesterday. On June 24, 2013, I had an exceptionally bad experience with Verizon. My iPhone 4S completely shut itself off while I was reading an email on my way into work. It had a full charge and I wasn't doing anything differently with it, simply scrolling through emails before it shut down. When I got into work, I attempted to connect it to my charger to see if it would recognize it, which it did not.
On my lunch break, I went to the closest Verizon store to my office, located at 209 S LaSalle St., Chicago, IL 60604 (312.658.3900) to speak with them about my options. They looked at the device and informed me that thye couldn't read anything from it. They also noted that there was no water damage and the device was intact - no cracks or anything of that nature. Knowing that my upgrade date was a mere 22 days away, I asked if there was any way they could please bump it up so that I could upgrade to the iPhone 5 and have a working phone. John-Paul, the individual who I spoke with, informed me that I could go to the Apple store and see if they could help revive the phone, and if not, I could call Customer Service (800.922.0204) and ask if they could bump up my upgrade date because, "Customer Service are the only ones who can do that."
In order to be proactive, and knowing that I might not have a working phone to call Customer Service with later last night, I went back to my office and called  Customer Service to see what my options were. I spoke with an individual named Gabby at around 12:30 PM - 1 PM CT who was very helpful. She was baffled that the store hadn't helped me since there was a Corporate offer (Eligible Device Offer Upgrade) taking place throughout all of Verizon which offered customers the opportunity to upgrade for the discounted price of the phone, so long as they were upgrading from a 3G to 4G device, which I had been trying to do when I went in the store (since my phone is a 3G and the iPhone 5 is 4G by default). She asked for the store's contact information that I had just been in and put me on hold while she called them and told them that I was eligible for an upgrade and could receive the iPhone 5 at the upgrade price. She informed me that she had spoken to John and that he had located the promotion code, and suggested I go back to the store before he left for the day since he was the individual she had spoken with about my particular situation.
I immediately walked back to the store and found the John she spoke with << Full name removed >> and he was very helpful. I confirmed that I could upgrade to the iPhone 5 at the upgrade price, knowing there was an additional standard $30 upgrade fee, in addition to taxes and insurance. When he went to get me the phone, however, he informed me he had just sold the last black one of the GB size I needed. He informed me that another store in Chicago had 9 iPhone 5 devices in black in the GB size I was looking for.
I left work at 5:45 pm CT and walked to the Verizon store located at 36 S State St., Chicago, IL 60603(312.726-8277) to purchase my  upgrade. However, upon entering the store, I was immediately told they couldn't promise me anything and that they might not be able to upgrade me for the price I was quoted, but instead, only shave off $50 from the phone. I asked to call and speak with a Customer Service rep while in the store since I had been told earlier in the day, by a Verizon Customer Service rep, that there was an Eligible Device Offer Upgrade promotion currently taking place that I could take advantage of that would allow me to purchase the iPhone 5 at the upgrade price. I was troubled to hear that the Customer Service rep on the phone was now telling me something differently - in fact, there was no promotion, and the only promotion I could take advantage of was the one in which $50 would be shaved off the phone's full price. I asked the individual who was assisting me at the store to call the LaSalle Street store to see if they still had the iPhone in the size I needed in white (at this point, I didn't care about the color, so long as I had a working phone) while I continued to speak with Customer Service. I was told by the CSR on the phone that it is each store's manager's individual choice to decide if they can override the upgrade date, which I told her I had been told the EXACT opposite in the LaSalle St. store earlier in the day by John-Paul. She explained that individuals in Customer Service have much more extensive training than those in the store, implying John-Paul might have misunderstood the policy. However, I asked her if they received such excellent training (and I would have to assume the same training), then why was I being told something completely different than what I had been told by a Customer Service Rep earlier in the day. I was obviously frustrated at this point as I'd been given the ring-around all day and still had no working phone, which again, was NOT my fault - the device simply died.
I hung up with Customer Service and was informed that the LaSalle St. store had now told the State St. store they didn't remember telling me they would be able to upgrade me at the promotional price, and had only said they would give me $50 off the phone. I was more than upset at this point as I had clarified three different times the total cost of the phone while I was at the LaSalle St. store earlier in the day, and they had confirmed it would be the promotional price. A manager at the State Street store informed me I had three choices: buy the iPhone 5 at the full price and they would only shave off $50; go to the Apple store and see if they could fix the phone; or buy the iPhone 5 with a music bundle. Know that the price of option one was out of the question, I asked how much my third option was, and after looking over my outfit, the handbag on my wrist, and the jewelry I was wearing, he asked me, "How much did you bring to spend?" I was appalled that he had the gall to even ask this and told him that I had brought in enough to cover the price of the phone at the promotional price that was quoted to me by a CSR, as well as an individual in the LaSalle St. store. He told me he couldn't help me and suggested I go to the Apple store to see what they could. When I brought to his attention that the phone had simply died and not due to anything I had done, and my upgrade date was only 22 days away, and the most recent CSR rep I had spoken to said that it was up to the individual manager's discretion to override the upgrade date, the manager tried to tell me the exception to that rule was the iPhone. I was utterly flabbergasted since every conversation I'd had was either in person (where an individual could see me with my current iPhone 4) or on the phone where I stressed I had the iPhone 4S and wanted to upgrade to the iPhone 5.
I left the store feeling frustrated and disrespected. At the end of the day, I had been strung along by Verizon, being told different things by different people, and quite frankly, was lied to and manipulated by their representatives. I would suggest that respect, communication and customer service be re-evaluated and stressed to those that work for Verizon, no matter the level.

Apple does not allow?? If you or I walked into an Apple Store and plunked down full price they will assist you to no end.  I pay full price for my devices, however when I visit the Apple Store near me the purchase price is something like 16 GB for $199, 32 GB for $299 and 64 GB for $399.   Strange since I don't purchase on contract and pay the $700 out right. Me thinks Verizon is trying to get my Unlimited Data and lock me into a contract. However that is not going to happen. So sorry Verizon   I have been looking at T-Mobile as of late. Was thinking of putting my emergency phone on their network just to try it out.

  • Telstra's bad customer service

I've had some bad experiences with Telstra's disastrous customer service over the years, but this one takes the cake. Let this be a warning to anyone who chooses to do business with this dysfunctional company... I decided to install a landline with bundled internet at my country studio. My studio is rented and is one of two properties on the block, the other belongng to my landlord. I placed the order with Telstra by phone and was notified that a technician would visit to make the line connection. All fine and dandy. As usual I was given a four hour window for the technician's visit, which meant I had to wait at home. This was the first (but normal-for-Telstra) inconvenience. The technician arrived and tested an old landline that was already in my studio and told me it needed repair. He was unable to do the repair himself as this was the responsibilty of a different department within Telstra, he explained. Next contact from Telstra came in the form of a phone call from another technician who turned up without notice while I was away interstate. I explained that I wasn't given any notice of his visit and he replied 'niether was I'. So he met with my landlord in the other house, checked the line and said that Telstra wouldn't repair the fault because it ran from one house to the other and not directly from the terminal in the street. Aparently the first technician had a different opinion, or he could have told me the same thing. Incidentally the house to house line was originally installed by Telstra. Then a few days later Telstra's Indian call centre rang me and explained that the phone line had been repaired and that another technician would attend to make the actual phone connection. I explained what I'd been told about Telstra not being able to do the repair, but I was assured it had been done. I was given a new four hour block of time during which I had to wait for another technician to turn up. This day and time came and went without any sign of Telstra. I rang their call centre and was told that the date I'd been given was wrong. Two days later I'm at home wasting another four hours of my time and hoping that Telstra has their act together at last. The four hour block comes and goes with no sign of Telstra. Then my landlord knocks at my door with a slip of paper. The technician had indeed visited but hadn't bothered to talk to me. He instead was quite rude to my landlord and said that Telstra would not repair the line (same story as the second technician gave). Apparently these technicians from the line repair department don't talk to the call cantre. By this time almost a month had passed since I placed the order with Telstra and I'm at the end of my tether. I expect terrible custoer service from Telstra (based on past experience) but this has been the worst yet.  The day after the third technician had visited and spoken to my landlord (not me), the Indian call centre rang and asked if I was happy with my new phone connection. I explained that the phone was not connected at all, that I was fed up with Telstra's dysfunctional service and I wanted to cancel my order. The operator explaned that the third technician had actually connected the service as it was ringing. I checked my landline phone (again) and explained that I had no dial tone at my end due to the faulty line. I demanded the cancellation of my order and was advised that the call centre could not cancel orders and that I'd need to talk to a different department. I refused to be placed in a phone queue and demanded that the call centre arrange with the other department to have my order cancelled. After some discussion the operator said he would connect me directly and I was placed in a queue. I waited 10 minutes then hung up (all the calls were made to/from my mobile phone). The next day I receved an email from Telstra congratulaing me on my new phone and internet connection and providing log in details etc. I was not happy. Again I rang the Indian call centre and complained. This time they offered to call me back when they had someone from Telstra's complaints department on the line. I was eventually connnected to someone in Australia who said that they were unable to help but who'd put me through to a different department, the service disconnection department. I refused to be put in a phone queue and the operator promised that someone would call me back within three business days.  A couple of days later someone else rang me from Telstra and again they didn't know the full story so, as with every phone call, I had to explain my situation again. This person seemed to have the power to arrange the cancellation of my order. I made it clear that I would not be paying Telstra anything as they had not provided me with a service. The operator said that someone from another Telstra department would call me and confirm the disconnection and the waiving of all charges. Finally, the next day I received a call from yet another Telstra department who tried to steer me into some other solution. I impressed on him that I wanted to cancel my order and he agreed to do so. He explained that I would be billed but that I should ignore the bill as all related charges would be waived.  The outcome? Many hours of wasted time on my part. Three visits by Telstra technicians for no result. No service provided. I have never dealt with a more dysfunctional company than Telstra. Their internal organisation and communications are disasterous. I came to understand that one or more of the technicians who visited my home were not Telstra employees but contractors. Between Telstra's Indian call centre, their Australia-based employees, local technicians and local contractors the company has designed a bureacratic debacle. I'll bet the shareholders have been sold a story about efficient cost-cutting strategies. I wonder how much my cancelled order cost the company? How often does that happen Telstra? If only they had more competition....!!!

MORE quality telstra customer service. On wednesday i finally signed onto get cable broadband, although they cant get anyone out to me (in a CBD location) until jan 6th. But thats ok, i work from home and my connection now just about works for me.  Anyway after an hour or so on the fone messing around sorting this out i received assurances that my adsl2+ connection would stay on until cable was indeed put in my premises on the 6th.  Lo and behold, 930 the following morning, whilst working of course, my internet dropped out. and wouldnt come back on, so i let work know and rang telstra... And im informed after about 30 mins that my connection is off because .... you guessed it..  some moron had processed it without reading the notes they said had been definitely placed on my account... and shut down adsl2+ in preparation... now i know i dont expect too much comon sense but you would think someone might ask themselves.. "do these ppl really want to be without internet for 2.5 weeks over chrismtas/new year"? Anyway for another hour i was cursing and moaning on the phone to every dept and being told that they couldnt do anything for me for 4-5 business days as it would be like a new account. FINALLY someone helped me. and it was back on within 24 hours.  Although he did have to re-sign me up for a 24 month contract to do so, so god knows what kind of bill i will get in january. Prob triple payments or something stupid.  These clowns have no idea, regardless of what the moderators say on here and telstra apologists.. these clowns could have cost me my job. and all you get from somebody in india or the phillipines who doesnt deserve the abuse is a sorry, we cant help you.  I have worked in a a few countries and i have never ever dealt with such poor customer service at telstra..  I implore any and everyone who signs onto these ppl for anything to check with them over and over, ask to be put through to somoene in australia (its not racist just prudent to want to talk to someone who can fully understand you) and make sure they know exactly what you want. Probably wont make a spot of difference.

  • BT most frustrating customer service experience in...

I thought I would register for this site - only so I could share my experience of BT broadband customer support. It will come as no surprise to many of the customers of BT that my experience is a poor one.. but by posting I hope to clear some of the frustration that I am feeling and get on with the rest of my day.
The context is that I fequently have poor connection speeds or no service at all. most of the time I do not bother to call support as I know the experience is horrible. Today though I did call as I am really considering switching to another provider and thought I would give BT a chance to assist me.  Here are a list of my complaints as sent to BT today.  You might find the transcript of my conversation with the support rep of interest:
    1) Frequently have issues with intermittent service and poor connection speeds.
    2) Automated Phone system VERY frustrating when trying to contact BT customer services. Today have worked out the quickest way of getting through to support team involves TEN different options having to be chosen
A real example from today follows:
    1 - enter your number
    2 - select 4 for fault
    3 - select 2 for broadband
    4 - Listen to advice
    5 - please hold
6 - if you have a problem with broadband press 1
7 - press 2 if your phone is working
8 - listen to advice to use online help
9 - press 2 if you don't want to use online help
10 - if you are experiencing slow speed press 3
11- listen to message "we randomly select people to provide feedback please press 1"
12 - please hold to be connected.
    3) Once you DO get through to a human you are frequently told you need to be transferred to another department or get cut off - having to call through again. I had to make 7 separate calls today and still have not had my issue resolved.
Today I was told today after 7 separate calls to the Customer Service team for Broadband problems that I would be called back by a specialist team between 12 and 2Pm today. I was not called back and then called back myself to ask what the promised update was progressing. Here are some notes from that call - I have tried to quote verbatim where possible (its not exact .. but hopefully allow you to get the gist of it):
Me: explain that I have called in several times - the latest at 9:am this morning was when I went through a series of tests, and was advised that my problem would be referred to the Network support team who would call me back between 12 and 2pm - as it was now 2:15 and no call I was ringing to see what the update was.
BT: whenever any cases are raised to the network faults team. It goes to anyone of them randomly. So the person to whom this fault is assigned may not be there in their shift.
    Me: Can you please check?
BT: (after wait) He is not on the shift.
Me: Ok so what is the update please?
BT: So I will be running a few tests. So that I can find out how your internet works over the past few.
Me: Yes but would you be able to look up the update that I have been waiting for please? you ran these tests several times this morning.
BT Yes I will need some few minutes.
Me: thats fine I have been waiting since 9am this morning and this is my seventh call to BT customer service. I have been waiting for just under 8 minutes on this call so far. Happy to wait.
BT: are you using a laptop or desktop?
    Me: Ipad
BT: And do you see the lights on the router changing when the service drops out.
Me: I have already answered these exact questions this morning at 9:am
BT: OK sire (?) - the line will go quiet now then.
    (after about 5 minutes)
BT: Please allow me one more minute
BT: The test shows no fault in BT network.
Me: May I ask why I have been waiting for an update then?
BT: The work has been done.We generally ask the customer to wait for update. Its a very good constant speed - you are getting a speed of over 8MB. There has been no issue for the last 18 days.
ME: right ok. So - when did this come back on? - because I was told this morning at 9am that there was a known issue in this area which had been resolved but when they ran a test this morning on my line they said there were still some problems and that this would referred to the network support team.
BT: Let me tell you what this means - whenever the level 1 team runs any test - they try to .. if there is any fault they find it and go ahead and make it very simple to test the network in your property. I have made distinction and everything is working very good in BT network. A good consistent stable broadband.
ME: So why was I told there was a problem this morning
BT: That is right -  something is affecting your internet internally. There has been no issue for the last 18 days.
ME: if it internal to me.. why when I call the main number BT and type my phone number in, does it say there has been a major network issue in my area
BT: No this is not correct.
Me: but when I call BT I get a recorded message saying that has been a major outage in my area which has now been corrected but you are saying that there is no issue.
BT: we must do some troubleshooting - I promise I will help in the quickest way I can.
ME how will you do your troubleshooting? because I cannot connect my ipad via ethernet. - which is what I know from experience you will ask me to do.
    BT: (incoherent)
ME: I am sorry but I don't understand what you are saying - would you mind repeating the exact practical steps that you want me to perform?
BT: ONCE YOU ARRANGE ANY WIRELESS DEVICE LIKE LAPTOP. WE IMPROVE YOUR WIRELESSLY CONNECTIVITY. THEN AT THE SAME MOMENT OF TIME WE CAN CHECK THE WIRELESS CONNECTION.
ME: PLEASE TELL ME THE ACTUAL PRACTICAL STEPS.
BT: STEP 1: ARRANGE FROM YOUR FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS AND THEN I CAN HELP YOU. TO GET YOUR WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY IMPROVED.
YOU NEED TO ARRANGE ANY LAPTOP SO THAT WE CAN CHECK AND GET YOUR WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY IMPROVED.
ME: ----> BORROW A LAPTOP?.... descends into a furious rage.....dials off..
    4) I am paying £26.80 per month for slow broadband and £14.45 for line rental - despite the fact that I do not have a landline. I am fairly sure that this was not the deal I signed up to when I first started my BT service and do not understand how you can be charging me such an uncompetitive deal.
    5) I also have BT vision but am charged on a separate bill and cannot speak to a single person about my entire account as Vision is dealt with by a different team. As stated previously I would rather boil my head than have to call through the automated telephone system so rarely ring to speak to two teams.
I am awaiting a response from BT. - Lets see.
.... breath out ... and relax...

  • Complaint about customer service and business practices

I am creating this post to make public a complaint i have about unethical practices and poor customer service with Verizon.
    Here is the story:
A few months back our landline stopped working. Called Verizon and followed all of the troubleshooting steps to try and fix the problem. No dice. I called again- they said they could send a tech out to fix the phone line- and was told specifically that if the problem was INSIDE the house and involved the tech coming INSIDE then there would be a $91 service charge. If the problem was OUTSIDE the house, no charge. So cautious that the problem might be inside, I replaced the phone jack and tried multiple phones etc to make sure it was not an inside issue. Called back and scheduled an appt. The tech came out- was extremely friendly and immediately located and fixed the problem- IN THE BOX OUTSIDE. Said there was a short in one of the lines at the box. It took him less than 5 min. I said- that was easy! He said- yup- and will save you money too (by not having to go inside). That was that. The next month we got our statement (we're on autopay)- and there it was- $91 charge. I called customer service- and after some passing around and review of the tech's notes by the rep- that stated he did NOT enter the house, they agreed to credit us back the $91 on our next bill. That was last month. Statement arrives today- NO CREDIT. I call back. After more passing around I am finally told that it was not credited because our "request" was denied. What? I said? The request was reviewed and denied based on the "notes" showing that i was "informed of the charges at the time of service"? Um, what? No i wasnt. I was informed MULTIPLE times PRIOR to the appt that i COULD incurr charges if the tech came in the house. He did not- his tech notes even state that. So now i get passed to a supervisor. He tells me that the tech notes state that i was told of the charges at the time of service. Funny- the month prior to that when i first called the notes did not state that at all- they simple said that he did not enter the house. Somehow after my "request" was filed the tech notes were modified. The supervisor was very curt and short and said the case was already reviewed and denied- no credit. He then goes on to say that the reason for the charge was because the tech did work on a line that LED into the house? What? Don't all the phone lines LEAD into the house? And regardless- it was explained several times to me that the ONLY charges would be if he came in the house. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for years- but i was shocked and quite frankly **bleep** off. NEVER was i told about any charges during the service. In fact i was told the exact opposite- that there would be NO charges since he never entered the house. This is a horribly deceptive practice- and i am NOT HAPPY. I told the "supervisor" so- who didnt seem to care at all- and told him that i would consider canceling my service because of this- at which he happily said "would you like me to transfer you to cancelations?" wow. Unfortunately I am still locked into my 2 year agreement- however i will unquestionably be looking to switch to brighthouse after its up and will be recommending likewise to my friends and family. You simply cannot tell a customer one thing and then charge them for another. Dont they record all the phone calls for "quality assurance"? Well if so, then they need to listen to the calls i made prior to the appt to ensure that i would NOT be charged if the tech did not enter the house. I triple confirmed this. Verizon has completely lost any credibility in my opinion. NOT HAPPY.

so yesterday i posted the below complaint about my experience getting charged for service on my landline. After some "private chatting" with various verizon people i got the response that follows. unbelievable. i will without a doubt be canceling my verizon service as soon as my contract is up and will definately be recommending the same to friends and family.
here is my original post from yesterday:
This post was followed by an online chat with a verizon person last night- who, after reviewing my acct and the notes on the acct said the following:
    {edited for privacy}
WHAT? First off I WAS NEVER INFORMED THAT THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE OF WHERE THE WIRE WAS OUTSIDE MY HOUSE. I was simply told if the work/wires were ANYWHERE ON THE OUTSIDE of the house, which they were, then no charge.  "Internal side of the NID leading into your home"- THIS WAS STILL ALL OUTSIDE! NO ONE EVER SAID IF THE WIRE WAS ON A PARTICULAR SIDE OF THE NID BOX I WOULD BE CHARGED! ONLY IF THE WORK WAS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOUSE! THIS IS CRAZY! AND ARE YOU SERIOUS ABOUT AN INSIDE WIRE MAINTENANCE PLAN? WHO THE HELL HAS THIS? OR HAS EVEN HEARD OF IT?
I AM SIMPLY AMAZED THAT A HUGE COMPANY LIKE VERIZON FEELS THE NEED TO BULLY AROUND AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE LIKE ME. SHAME ON YOU VERIZON. CLEARLY I HAVE LITTLE RECOURSE HERE, HOWEVER AS MENTIONED BEFORE I WILL BE CANCELING MY SERVICE AS SOON AS MY CONTRACT IS UP (TO AVOID ANY RIDICULOUS EARLY TERMINATION CHARGES0 AND WILL BE RECOMMENDING THE SAME TO OTHERS. I WILL OF COURSE BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AND ANY OTHER CONSUMER ADVOCATE GROUPS THAT I CAN - NOT THAT I EXPECT ANYTHING TO COME OF IT- BUT TO SIMPLY LET THIS GO ON RECORD. SHAME ON YOU. YOU CANNOT TELL A CUSTOMER ONE THING AND THEN DO ANOTHER. LISTEN TO THE PHONE RECORDS FOR WHEN I CALLED TO MAKE THE APPT- ALL I WAS TOLD IS THAT THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE FOR WORK DONE OUTSIDE THE HOUSE...ONLY CHARGE WOULD BE IF WORK WAS DONE INSIDE. WOW. SIMPLY AMAZING.
