Complaint dose not appear in search in CRM-Interaction center

Hi Expert,
After creating a compliant for the account "X" ,I searched for the compliant in compliant search area but the search result is 0. The only way I talk to reach this compliant is to open the account "X" and get to it through the Interaction History assignment block. What do you think i should do to fix this issue ?

The real big problem is the new properties that I created don't get indexed. I am not sure if I'm right but when I go to
System admin
> system config
    > Knowledge Management
      > Index Admin
        > TREX Monitor
          > Display Index Details
I don't see my new properties in the document properties table.
In the config of my new properties, I have the indexable box checked. Am I missing something that needs to be config to activate this? I thought the new properties would automatically be taken into account for the search according to this help page http://help.sap.com/saphelp_ep60sp2/helpdata/en/75/e000861cb8ad4b8e4f19dd6416346d/frameset.htm

Actually I have migrated search services from one server to another server in that server I have created new custom user profile property but it is not appearing in search service crawled property any one please help me out in this.

I got the same problem and i fixed it.
If you take a look on all User Profile properties(cutsom or standard) you will note that they are all mapped to the property "ContentsHidden"(in addition of its property).
I concluded that you have to map all user profile properties to "ContentsHidden"

My aunt's Skype account does not appear in search ...

My aunt created a Skype account for herself so that we could all do Skype calls with her when she is away. I tried to add her to my Skype contact list today and her username does not appear in search results, when it used to, before. I logged onto my dad's Skype account, which I created for him and she shows up as having him added to her contact list. I then asked a friend to search for her on Skype and the username did not show up on her end either. Could my aunt have possibly gotten rid of her Skype account? Or is Skype having problems again?

App not appearing in search result in Windows Phone Store

Hi everyone,
Our app has been published to Windows Phone Store. We can find the app by following the direct link to the app (http://bit.ly/Te6itF), but cannot find it by searching on Windows Phone Store. The app is published to Public
Store and is not hidden.
What can we do to solve this?

Same for me. I released my application almost 10 days ago. It was normal. It was appearing in search result. But
4 days ago I've uploaded a new update for it. Now this is not appearing in search result. I also tried it by

Call transaction in new session not working inside CRM Interaction Center

Hi Experts,
I have developed a report which contains a screen with push button. When user clicks on button a transaction (FPL9) is being called and opened in new session or window. But when the report is being called in CRM Interaction Center using transaction launcher and button is clicked no new session or new window is being opened. Our requirement is FPL9 transaction will be opened in new session / window inside Interaction Center also.
Please help me how to open a new session or window in interaction center on push botton click.

Declined call, does not appear as missed call in Notification center

When I receive a call in Lock screen in iOS7, with two quick clicks of the Sleep button declines the call, but does not appear as missed call in Notification center. It's a "new feature" or it's a bug?

Accessing CRM Interaction center outside network

Hi,
I have a basic question for better understanding.
We have CRM ISA and CRM Interaction center.
Our customers are able to log in to the Online Ordering website through Internet.
But the URL for CRM Interaction center is not working, if I try to log through Internet (It works only if Iam in client network or VPN)
To me both are channels in CRM and in that case why it is behaving diffrently.

The biggest change you must face is related to Java. If you had CRM4.0 Java configuration, you must change your settings to the non-java configuration CRM5.0 has. Most of those changes are performed by the upgrade program, but you must activate services in transaction SCIF.
Your other concerns:
- Software: Most of the Genesys releases are compatible with both java and non java configurations. Anyway, I am sure Genesys has compatibility instructions.
- Hardware: No changes to my knowledge

Website not appearing on search engines

I have published my website, it works when I go to it directly www.change2xero.com.au however when I search on google it is not appearing. Any ideas on what maybe causing this?

Did you just publish the site?
It does not happen instantly, you have to wait for google to find the site and index it. That or you set up google webmaster tools and tell google about the site's existence.
You also need to know your talking about xero which is a big search term.

Flashing marker does not appear in search box when starting Firefox

Systems not appearing/Cannot search for systems

I have defined two systems that call BAPI's (via RFC) on an instance of SAP that we utilize for testing. Using Visual Composer 7.0, we were able to use the "Find Data" option to search our portal instance for systems, but this feature does not seem to be present in the CE 7.1 version of VC.
We were initially trying to migrate the Visual Composer iViews that we created from our 7.0 portal to our CE 7.1 portal. We defined these two systems in the portal and assigned the correct permissions and connection strings before performing the migration. The migration wizard in VC asked us to define the new system names, but the dropdown box that is supposed to contain the defined systems was empty.
My questions are...
1. Even though we've defined the systems in CE 7.1, why are they not appearing during the migration process as options?
2. In VC 7.1, the search function does lot list systems as an option. I have tried searching all of Portal Content, but no systems appear in the results. How do I search for systems defined in the portal so that I can define a data source?

Hi Michael,
first of all the connection to an ABAP system via portal system object as you have used it in VC7.0 should also work in VC7.1. Maybe there is an issue with your configuration. There is also another option to setup the connection via RFC connection in the SAP NetWeaver Administrator. Anyway I suggest that you try to establish a connection via RFC, which is described in the [Wiki|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/wiki?path=/display/vc71/rfc+destination]. If this connection will work then you should investigate why the connection via system portal system object is not working.
Please let me know if you have success with the RFC connection.
