Complaint for the contractor repair store and appler customers service

Case description: I can't start my iphone last week. So I made a phone call from the APPLE(**********)in China to get a chace to check what happened.
And after the customer service check, they suggest me to go to the contractor store to repair which located in PUDONG, Shanghai as there is full of request for the apple store. I accept that and went to the contractor. The contractor say there is hardware issue and you should pay round RMB 2,000 to change a new one.
They don't accept the credit card and they only accept cash. I went back home as I haven't got enough cash on hand.
The second day, I apply for the request on website and fortunately I got the chance to get the apply store to check.
And I went to there, the apple guy from the genious bar check and say it's the software issue and can be fixed right now.
Now I could get into using the iphone 5. I take some phone calls to tell the Apple what had happened for myself,but they feedback me they can't tell you what's their action plan and when they could give me the answer about that. So poor answer!!! I have been worked for International company for more than ten years, this is the first time I heard from that the tough and poor answer. So I decide to tell everyone to note that.
You can't believe the apple contractor repair store and it's a bull **** answer from the apple customers service in China!
I want to complaint
1. The different feedback from the Appler store and Contractor Store when I took the same issue iphone 5 to them.
2. The customer service is very tough and they can't listen to the consumer complaint from heart. It seems they will not deal with the problem but aviod to that.
(Please note I made this phone call at 14:04 China time in Shanghai.)
I suggest that:
1. RE- Evaluation the certification of the contrator at TAO LIN Road, Pu Dong Shanghai
2. RE-Check each case this contrator deal with
3. Make sure the custom service would be apologize to me
4. Pay for the extra time and cost(1 Dollar) to me
(I have iphone 4S, iphone 5, ipad 2, ipad mini) Could I become the VIP guy? LOL!
5. The most important thing is that they should optimize the service procedure RIGHT NOW!
It's the real case happen from myself, please forward the information to the Apple top management officer if anyone from Apple.
I love Apple production,but too sad to have a bad experience for that. I'll consider about SAMSUMG if APPLE don't make any change.

    An iTunes account can only be used in one store at a time, and you need to be in that country with a valid billing address on your account for that country in order to use it there. An email address can only be linked to one account, so if you want two separate iTunes accounts then you will need two email addresses

    From the massage it appears that your Apple ID/iTunes account is associated with the USA. It is associated by the address and the payment method. For a credit card the billing address is what is used. Also, yo can only use a Gift Card in the country's store in which the card was purchased.. For example. A card purchased in the USA can't be used in the Canadian store.

    Also, when I go on to safari, another alert pops up that safari cannot verify the identity of the website, anything that I type in to as common as google.com. It gives me 3 options to either cancel, look at details, and continue. I've looked at the details of the website of Google and it is legitimate the site. Any help?

    iPads bought in the US are not locked to a carrier, but only the AT&amp;T version uses micro-sim cards - the Verizon model is CDMA based and doesn't use sim cards, so for that reason is effectively locked. With the AT&amp;T version you should be able to just swap in a local micro-sim - you don't have to activate a service with AT&amp;T

    You can change the settings in Security & Privacy to "Anywhere"...
    That should work... as to whether the printer driver will work, that's another question.

  • My Mid-2011 Macbook Air becomes extremely hot when installing apps from the Mac App Store and when deleting apps

    My Mid-2011 Macbook Air 13-inch (OSX 10.8.1 Mountain Lion) becomes hot to the touch when trying to delete large documents, watching videos after waking it from sleep-mode and when installing applications from the Mac App Store. This has also been happening with OSX Lion before I upgraded it to Mountain Lion.

    The Apple Support Communities are an international user to user technical support forum. As a man from Mexico my first language is Spanish. I do not speak English, however I do write in English with the aid of the Mac OS X spelling and grammar checks. I also live in a culture perhaps very very different from your own. When offering advice in the ASC, my comments are not meant to be anything more than helpful and certainly not to be taken as insults.
    What needed to be done the day that you set up the new Mac was go into the Mac App Store (MAS), sign into your iTunes/MAS Apple ID, go to the Purchases pane and Accept the iLife apps that would have been there in a special section. That would have sent you Mac's unique identifier code to Apple's servers and verified that this Mac was eligible for the bundled iLife suite and then registered these apps into your MAS account.
    You might try going to  ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore/adoption.plist, delete the adption plist, restart the Mac and then go to the Purchaes pane and see if you can Accept the apps into your account.

  • How can I file a formal complaint with the Apple Online Store Canada?

    I've spoken to two customer service representatives at this point about an order that I cancelled within a half an hour of placing it, as I was initially unaware that the product I purchased would not fit my sister's iPhone. As stated in the Cancelled Order portion of the following page: http://store.apple.com/ca/help/viewing_changing_orders#cancel, I should NOT have been billed for the order. I was billed last Friday and am still yet to receive the refund, despite the fact that the first rep I spoke to advised that my money would be refunded in one day. The statement on the link I provided is completely misleading, as well as the email I received stating that I would not be charged at all. Someone with Apple must amend this statement on the website and the automated emails, as it could be considered legally misleading. I will in no way be pursuing any legal action, as I don't have the time and I'm only out $90.00, but I can't imagine having purchased the MacBook that I wanted to purchase prior to this incident and going through an ordeal like this again. Can someone please advise who I should contact and where I can find their contact information please? I love the apple products that I own and would hate to discontinue my customer relationship with the company.

    Also, please remember that no refund from any store is instantaneous. They will process the refund, probably within 24 - 48 hours. After that, your bank/credit card company has to credit your account....... mine takes at least 3 business days to do so (the banks are very efficient in posting charges, but like to keep the money for a couple of days before giving it back to you - they've been doing that for years).
    Edit: I just checked their return/refunds policy and it includes this:
    Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancel request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
    If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
    Products purchased from the Apple Online Store using an Apple Store Gift Card will be refunded to you as an Apple Store Gift Card by email within 3 business days. If you purchased an item from the Apple Online Store and are returning it to an Apple Retail Store, you'll receive an Apple Store Gift Card by email within 3 business days.
    Note that it states it will be initiated immediately, but  will be sent within 5 business days.

    Try going into store then entring apple ID along the bottom...there's a tap for hidden downloads, slide finger across to unhidden then it should come bak into your library.  Hope it works it did for me .
