Completion date for manually created maintenance notification

Hi All,
When closing maintenance notification created manually by t-code- IW21,there is no field to enter completion date & time. System is proposing the current date as completion date by default. However , as I have flagged u201Ccompletion datau201D in maintenance plan category for notification ,system is asking/proposing completion date/time during NOCO of preventive maintenance.
Where I can do settings in configuration so that system will ask/propose to enter completion date/time during NOCO of manually created notification by t-code IW21?

In notification type views you have option to set Reference date & time- if you set it to A- Malfunction start date & time will
be proposed, if you set it to B- Notification receipt date & time will be proposed, if you set it to C- Malfunction end time will
be proposed, & in case of D - current date & time of completion of notification will be proposed while completing notification.
Better set it to B & make the field malfunction start date & time mandatory so that your history will be with reference to malfunction start. Or you can set it to A, C or D as per your requirement

Uploading data for Tcode IW21

Hi,
I want to upload data for the Tcode IW21,I tried to make BDC but i was giving only 1 problem that it is not able to capture the screen for Long Text as it is used as script handling.i am able to find a BAPI but i dont know how to use it,i tried to do work through LSMW but there is no information. Pleas provide me guidelines how to solve this problem.. I am providing the link to the code which i had developed(BDC) for the tcode IW21 .

Completion Date for SLA

Hi All,
Iam working on SLA. I have configured the SLA to my knowledge.
The problem now it the comopletion date is not getting calculated for the tickets that is created.
Where exactly is the configuration that i have to for the compeltion date and time calculation.
It will be useful if any documentation is available for SLA configuration other than additional information.
Kindly forward any documents related to SLA or where can do the configuration for the completion date calculation.

I am mentioning the points reg SLA or individual steps needed to use and monitor SLAs:
· If necessary, define a new availability schema and reaction schema (Menu: Master data
Product   Edit availability and reaction schema (transaction: COMMPR01 u2013 Edit
Products).
· Product "Supportu201C may contain default values for availability schema and reaction
schema (however, this is not mandatory.)
· Contract determination for the transaction type of the Support Desk notification (SLFN)
must be allowed. (SAP-Customizing CRM   Transactions   Basic settings   Define
transaction type)
· Depending on the item type for the product Support (SOL4), assign the action profile
SERVICE_ORDER_ITEM_SLA (SAP Customizing CRM   Transactions   Basic
settings   Define item type).
· Use the Action Monitor (CRMC_ACTION_JOB) to create variant (SMSD0001 is shipped
with the Support Desk).
· Create a background job (transaction SM36) using program RSPPFPROCESS and
variant SMSD0001, and schedule it.
· Create a contract and release it using transaction CRMD_ORDER.
· Create and process Support notifications (the contract must be determined correctly).
· If the times in the Support Desk notification are exceeded, actions in the action profile
will be triggered by the background job, and appropriate users will be notified by e-mail.

Problem in fetching data for Tcode QA03

Hi,
I am working on a report in which i have to pick up the dates for a material i.e. when it is MIGO is done and when it is moved to unrestricted stock.
Till now i am fetching up the data from MSEG nad MKPF where i am getting the data w.r.t. movement types(101,321).
Now the problem is ,i had checked that when i execute Tcode QA03 there is a option of checking the log of it where i found that is shows the value that the purticular value has been moved to unretricted stcok..
The problem is it is storing the value in table RSTXT and field name TXLINE. How can i pick up the value for it and moreover it doesnot have the movt.type mentioned in it? Should i pick the value from MSEG n MKPF or make my logic through QALS and
RSTXT.
Please provide me some information about it...

I had developed a code for it now,but the problem is i am facing right now is when try to have difference between dates and time of both mvt.types 101 and 321,there comes a problem that it is not able to calculate the diiference as the data of both present in the seperate lines of the itab. Is there anyway that it can be calculated.

RFC WHICH CAN USE DYNAMIC SQL AS INPUT AND SHOW COMPLETE DATA FOR TABLE

I am trying to create a FM like RFC_READ_TABLE. In this table we put table name and the field name for which we write a query and option for query we get the out put only for that field in this case.
My requirement is very similar to this. But here i want to enter any table name and in option i want to write dynamic sql query for any filed of table then i want data based on this so that it will display the entire table entries.
Like TABNAMELIKE     EKKO
OTHERCON     bukrs_k = 3000.
Based on this selection it has to show the entire table fields.
To make this easy to understand i made a custom FM which are getting data from table or view and i select any field and put query it will show the result.

I tried to make sample using that link you provide to me. How can i declare Global Interface in FM and in import parameter references like "REFERENCE(I_INTERFACE_CHECK) DEFAULT SPACE".
Also it uses a function-pool.
Let me tell you about my exact requirement about FM.
I want in import parameter input as any SAP Table name like
TABNAME TYPE EKKO
OPTIONS TYPE CHAR80
I want my output to be stored in TABLES attributes as per the table name entered in import parameter. In import parameter Table name can be any one of SAP tables and Option based on that particular table. Like if i go with table EKKO and put OPTIONS as
ebelp = 4 then TABLES attributes Tab contains all the relevant data for input.
Is there any way with the help of that i can put my data into internal tables. I tried to put in TABLES as VALUE LIKE ANY but it shows that generic are not allowed. Can you provide some sample on this.
I also getting exceptions like CX_SY_DYNAMIC_OSQL_SEMANTICS, SAPSQL_INVALID_FIELDNAME.

Upload data for Tcode LT06(Transfer order creation) using BDC -very urgent

hi experts,
I got stucked up in writing a BDC for the Tcode LT06(Transfer order creation using wearhouse number) in MM module,
the problem is like this, when i go to the tcode LT06 , it will ask for material doucument,mat. docu. year and wearhouse number, iam entering the inputs and then press enter, as soon as i press enter it takes me to the second screen where i will be selecting the item and then click on the button called 'Generate TO item'
here the problem arises, as soon as i click the button iam getting a standard SAP error message(No Destination Storage Bin found in storage type 'IMP'). Due to this errror iam not able populate the batch input data on the screen, suggest me a proper solution. rewards will given if solution found useful.

Problem when recording the data using BDC for Tcode CJ02.

Dear Experts,
When i am trying to record the data for TCODE : CJ02 i need to enter the project Definition and enter the WBS element it takes me to the screen then i should select the WBS element and attach a file for that selected WBS element . The option for me to attach the attachment of file will be available on the application area(Services for the Object).
Now the problem when i try to do recording in SHDB this option like create attachement is not visible in the recodring . Kindly suggest me what can i do such that i attach the file for the particular project def and WBS element.
Either suggest any function module or other procedure .......

in BDC each and every action is recording. If your press enter in same screen that also recorded once aging may be this is your case repeating field values will appear. we can solve the problem for repeat fields like below.
suppose in your excel having repeated field X1 X2 X3 the X2 contains repeated field X3 means delete the X3 field.
Now In your itab having X1 and X2 fields. While in the LOOP the ITAB pass the X2 field to repeated the fields.
LOOP at ITAB to WA.
CLEAR bdcdata_wa.
bdcdata_wa-fnam = 'BDC_CURSOR'.
bdcdata_wa-fval = 'RM08M-EBELN'.
APPEND bdcdata_wa TO bdcdata_tab.
CLEAR bdcdata_wa.

Complete data not getting returned when running IIS (v7.5) commands remotely.

What I have been able to figure out is that it returns complete data for the Default Website and then throws the error. Tried the same command on another server running 2 websites (both in started state) and same results :(
Question 2: When the same command "Get-Website" is run locally on the server then only 5 columns show by default; Name, ID, State, Physical Path & Bindings. Why then the command when run remotely returns slightly
more data?
PS: I have Win7 x64 on my desktop. Tried the commands from x86 as well as x64 shells and same results.

When I use Enter-PSSession, it works in the same manner as if the command is run locally. Hence the same output as local.
I am not sure of the exact way to use [Reflection.Assembly]::LoadFile('C:\Windows\System32\inetsrv\Microsoft.Web.Administration.dll')
I tried this and get an error:

After replying as above, I spent some time to search for solutions, to convey to you.
Without detailing much I'll convey my observations so far.
System message in this area (IM) I could not have a control. (Configuration)
Even I tried via User-Exit too, here also things could not work, with several other observations.
So i thought I should update you. In case any outcome I'll update.
Secondly, I'll give how my system has it presently.
In Notification I am unable to Save in future date (24hrs after current time) throwing IM464 error.
But in Order it is successfully TECOed.
Strange thing is both field names (Reference Date) are same (RIW01-BEZDT).
So at present I consider this area is not properly lined-up.
Few SAP notes are also available on message no. IM464.

Default Call Completion Date

When we TECO a PM work order created from a maintenance plan we specify the TECO date for the order and the call completion date for the plan. We've configured the default order TECO date to be the basic finish date on the order. The call completion date is defaulted to the plan date for that call. We'd like to specify a default call completion date other than the plan date but we're not sure the default call completion date is configurable and if it is, where to change it?

If you are using ECC6, then you may be able to use the Enhancement Framework options to develop a solution - ask your ABAP team.

Discrete job completion date on Sunday

Hi All,
I wanted to know how the discrete jobs completion date can be on Sunday when the manufacturing calendar days showing the Sunday as non-working days.
When calculating the completion date for those discrete jobs, it actually considering the item/part lead times.
As for example, an item # ABC has processing lead time as 2 days and the discrete job start time is on 29-JAN-2015 18:34:00 and has the completion date as 01-FEB-2015 19:35:00 (Sunday).

We also had the same issue, the Workorder completion date and start date were including Non-working days.

The above metalink note might help you. All the resource on the assembly must be "Available 24 hrs" and make sure you have not inculded Saturdays and Sundays as a working day in you Manufacturing calendar (Assigned at org parameter).

Note 1573200 - How to restructure the statistic data of the sales information system (SIS)
But before trying to carry out the process as detailed in the above note, first check with other SIS reports like MCTA etc., and no reports are showing correctly, then you can proceed. Otherwise, you need to raise an OSS message with SAP.
