Complete data not displayed in Report

Hi forum,
I have a cube based on data source 0FI_AR_4,which is updated via an ODS.I have created a query for ageging analysis.The query uses Referrence number ( invoice number) to display the receivables of various customers and number of days from due date.
To my surprise many invoice numbers are not being displayed in the query, but when i restrict the query to the invoice numbers which are not being displayed the report generated is able to display all the doccuments.
I have checked the data in the cube and all the invoice numbers are flowing well fro R/3.
My only way of saying thanks to the people who solve the issue or provide helpful answers is by assigining points.

This is simple problem
The result the query fetches is not able to display in the number of cells provided in the excel sheet
So when you restrict the data, the query is able to show all the data fetched by accomadating in the columns available in the excel.
Here in your case , there are not enough columns in the excel sheet to display all data

Hi Folks,
When i am executing the query and web reports for the date 27/11/2007 & 28/11/2007 am not getting the data its saying "No applicable data found"
But i can see the data in the ODS for those dates.
Report is working fine till 26/11/2007.
But when the user is trying to check the reports for the above mentioned dates its not displaying.
Even in checked it the RSRT as well but the same case over there the data is not displaying.
Its bit urgent as its month end user wants to see the reports.
Any help or any clue will be great helpfull and appreciated.

Yes we are using variables entires like PO Date & PO number we usually check the reports giving the date in PO Date variable,

Text data is not displaying at Report level for an Infoobject Item name

Hi All,
Texts data is maintained at Info object level but text information is not displaying at Report level for an object. I have set the property at query level as "Text", but at report level it is displaying key values of the object, not displaying texts information. This problem occured in QA(Quality) system but not replicated in Production system. I have checked all properties at backend and query level and compared the same between QA and Production system didn't find any difference.
Please suggest what might be the cause: at report level it is displaying key values instead of the textual information even text data is mainintained at backend. In production it is displaying textal data for the IO.

Thanks for your valuable information. I have changed the setting under Advanced tab as "Master data" for Access type for results values, but didn't solved the problem still it showing key information for the IO.
In Production system the report displaying texts information for the IO, but in QA its displaying key information. The problem exits only in QA, its working fine in DEv and Production.
As per my understanding might be the issue with Patches will be checking with Basis team on the same.
Please suggest if you have any alternatives to fix the issue.

AFTER LOADING THE DATA INTO THE INFOCUBE IT SHOULD NOT DISPLAY IN REPORTING

I have the data in infocube. When i selected the cube in reporting it should not display i.e; the data should not display in reporting.

Bit strange requirement. But if you have data in Cube and automatically its will be available for Reporting. unlike ODS, we do not have option of "Automatic request activation".
However on repoeting side, you can restrict the values to # and exclude everything from slection. But not good solution as such.

Font not displaying on Reports Output (RHEL 5) for 10g

Hi, I know I've posted a question in the past about a font not displaying on Report Output for my Arial, Arial Narrow, and Courier New fonts. I worked with Oracle Support and found that Metalink Note#261879.1 fixed my problem with those 3 fonts. I ran the scripts and now that part works great.
However, I have one font "ARIALUNI.TTF" that will not work. This is out specific barcode font we use. I've pushed it on Linux from my Windows by pushing it as a binary file to the ORACLE_HOME/guicommon/tk/admin/TTF directory. I even put it in the directory for TTF on Metalink Notoe 261829.1 and let it create the files, but it still doesn't find it when I ran a report that uses this font.
I tried using font subsetting via the uiprint.ali and make a reference but it still doesn't seem to work.
Is there something I'm missing that would cause any of these not to work. I thought maybe some files had to be created under the guicommon/tk/admin/AFM file directory but I'm not sure.
I just want to have my 2 or 3 reports that use this barcode to work. Once I get them, I'm done and all my font issues are resolved. Any help is appreciated.

They are probably a very old Type 1 font. Try checking the dates on the font files. Your best bet would be to get the OpenType versions of those fonts and install them.

Formula not displaying in report

Hi ,
I have used the NODIM data function in my formula and now the report is not displaying the formula column in report in first screen. I have to select the filter value from structure.
I have already made the formula as Always show , still its not displaying.
I have tried creating the CKF and that too is not displaying in report in first screen. I always have to select it from filter.
What could be the reason..? Are there any query setting I am missing..?
When I use the KF , it is displaying properly.

AS YOU SAID U R CREATING FORMULA USING NODIM FUNCTION IF U R CREATING AT INFOPROVIDER LEVEL THAT IS CALULATED KEY FIGURE , AFTER CREATING CKF U JUST DRAG CREATED CKF TO COLUMNS AREA AND SAVE AND EXECUTE, ITS DISPLAYS THE KEYFIGURES. U ARE JUST CREATING FORMULA FOR KEYFIGURE NOT CHARACTERISTIC SO NOT THOUGHT OF FILTERS.

Time dependent Hirerachy data not display at query level

Hi all,
I have loaded a time dependent hirerachy from flatfile,it showing same data as in flat file at RSMO,where as if I am executing query ,report displaying in hirerachy structure format,but DATE-TO and DATE-FROM are not displaying .
Ex:On ZEMPLYOE i have created ZMANAGER as hirerachy,report giving ZMANAGER&ZEMPLOYEE details correctly in hirerachical format,but Date-to and Date-from are not displaying at report level,where as entair data is loaded to ZEMPLOYE without any error.
If any one has come across the same situation,what are additional steps need to have take.

Yes, date-from and date-to are not meant to be displayed in the report.
Let me take an example to tell the purpose.
Suppose your hierarchy displays employees managerwise.
If you create hierarchy telling
from 01-01-2009 to 31-03-2009, employee E1 will report to Manager M1
from 01-04-2009 to 31-05-2009 , E1 will report to M2.
then, until March, E1 will be displayed under M1 node in the report, and in April and May, he will be displayed under M2 node.
So, we create hierarchy only once, but they change in the report depending on the month.

Text File Data not Displaying completely

Hi All,
Have one issue. The program correctly extracts the data & export to Excel. All column /field data's are dispalying.However while saving this data in a text file in Aplications server file path, though all column/ field data are extracting bit it is not displaying complete column/field data's i.e last 3 or 4 column data's are not displaying after 257 character space (but actually it extracts data.It is just not dispalying while i am checking text file via AL11).
What could be the reason of not dipslaying the all column/filed values in text file wherea as while exporting to excel it is displaying? is there any character length constraint for text file?

There is no restriction on the file size which you can upload on the app server. AL11 is nothing but a report program & there is a limitation on the max number of characters displayed on the page.

Crystal Report 2013 - Data not displayed

Dear All
I created one report connecting to SAP Tables directly.
a) I made a new connection - connecting to SAP tables directly.
b) It is connected successuly. It shows all related tables correctly.
c) I selected a table MARA
d) I selected the fields MATNR, ERNAM   (for example)
Completed the report.
But on executing, the data is not displayed.. It idspayes 0 records selcted.. ( no errors also )
Can someone help me... Why the dta is is not fetched...

    Reports based off an SAP Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), ECC, ERP... or ABAP functions returns no data in Crystal Reports.

Reproducing the Issue
    Verify from the SAP Customer Relationship Management System that the table or function to which Crystal Report will connect to has data.
    In Crystal Report, create a new report using the connection: SAP Table, Cluster, or Function.
    The new connection will use the Open SQL driver to connect to the table of SAP System.
    Add database fields to the Details section of the report.
    Refresh the report.
    The report returns no data.
Cause
    This is an SAP Netweaver Gateway issue that prevents Crystal Reports from retrieving data.
    When looking at the Crystal Reports logs, you will notice the SAP Gateway Connection to the SAP Netweaver System fails with the error:

CRVS2010 beta - Date field from database does not display in report

Hi there - can someone please help?!
I am getting a problem where a date field from the database does not display in the report viewer (It displays on my dev machine, but not on the client machines...details given below)
I upgraded to VS 2010
I am using the CRVS2010 Beta
My development machine is Windows 7 - and so is my fellow developer's
We are using Microsoft SQL Server 2000
We run the queries within VS and then we send the data table to VS using .SetDataSource
We have a few reports which display the date on our dev machines (whether we run the EXE or from within Visual Studio)
When we roll out to the client machines (running Windows XP SP3) then everything works, except that the date does not display (on quite a few reports)
This is the only real issue I have had - a show stopper for me
The rest works well - any input will be greatly appreciated

After much testing I have it all working now using CRDB_adoplus.dll as a data source ( XML )
Alter your Config file to look like this:

WBS dates not update in report

Dear All
I have created Project through Sales Order. Delivery date in sales order is end date of project
All activities are link (established relationship) one network and assigned to WBSEs in project.
I have also mentioned the normal duration for each activity in network.
I am doing scheduling of these activities with following specific requirements -
1) Backward scheduling is to be done...start date for network can be either today's date or it can also be in the past...end date for completion of network is fix.
2) Scheduling is to be done on entire project, the dates should be determined by the system for activities and should be transfered to the respective WBS elements (i.e. network determined dates)
I have maintained following config settings -
Scheduling Parameters -
Adjust date - 2 (do not adjust)
Scheduling type - 2 (Backward)
Automatic scheduling - Ticked
Reduction strategies - All opern in the order
Parameters of Scheduling -
Backward, network det date, adjust basic dates (tick), Automatic scheduling (Tick)
when I run scheduling for entire project its gives result properly but in report CNS41 my dates for ErlStrt(B) F and LtStrt (B) for WBS seen ##.##.#### .
Do I need to change anything in the config???

The issue was same with all reports. The date was display properly in WBS under dates tab or even I able to view report from CJ20N through Project Planning board (gantt chart) by selection of dates field. I only get problem under to column ie ErlStrt(B) and LtStrt (B) where dates was reflected ##.##.#### only for WBS but activities under same WBS dates shown properly.

GL Data not available on report

Hi All,
I have a report which has been working fine. The report was based on cost for controlling cube which is based of WBS elements(cost).
Now the report has been added with a column which gets its data from GL cube. I have added the 2 cubes in a multiprovider but cannot see the data for the column from GL.
This same GL cube is being used on multiple other queries and has no problem.
What could be the reason for the GL data not being displayed. I have also restricted to the respective infoproviders.
Appreciate all the help.

hi,
first of all check in tcode LISTCUBE for MP if you are getting data for any of the columns from GL cube.
also check the characteristics from controlling cube and GL cube which are common and whether they have the same length , data types and values. The join at the MP level may not be working correctly which is why the data may be missing.

FBL3N report.... I have create new layout for report FBL3N. when i run the report in foeground all data display in proper layout.
But when i run this report in Background two fields are not display in layout.

Can not display BI report in Web ui

I created reporting profile with both bi and interactive reporting active and assigned to the business role functional profile
I gave the BI connection client in the report that I wanted. When I select the report in webu ui, it's taking me to a sign on pad. I assume this for BI sign on pad and When i enter sign on, it's not taking me any where.
This just a standard report in CRM My top 5 quotations. All necessary steps in basic bi connection, basic sales analytics are done too
How does the the connection between BI and crm works?

We are using Webiu 2007 with BI 7.
We linked our sandbox to RWT system to test the report output. In my CRS, I have source system RWT defined and the same way in BI also we have assigned CRS to link these systems together. It is my understanding that when we select the report, we are just calling the from BI into CRM. I have done the following steps in CRM
1) Created reporting profile in CRM analytics as both BI and CRM interactive reporting activated
2) Assigned this reporting profile to business role
3) I selected My-Top-5 quotation report and gave the BI system in display bi reports
4) I can see the report on webui.
Problem: When I selected the report, a logon pad appears and I enter RWT user id and password, it's doing nothing. But, I have another user who is logging in for the first time got an error "Error loading template "OTPLB_OCRM_QUTO_Q0001_1 notification number BRAIN276". When the same new user tried to login second or third time, it's not showing the error and nothing is happening when we enter userid and pass word. But, we can logon to GUI RWT.
We tried to pull a query view report and web template reports see if we can display data. The BI team gave me couple of info objects keys.
1) I created the report with object key and type as one for 3.x template and one for 3.x query view
2) Created logical links for these two reports and selected these two reports in business role. Now the reports are showing in webui
3) When I select any of these, it taking to a blank screen without any logon screen.
BW team says that these reports are running with data in their system.
Can someone please help?
