Complete Instructions on how to Build GlassFish V2

Hi
I have GlassFish V2ur2 integrated into NetBeans 6.5 under Windows Vista. The instructios refer to V2ur1 version, but no problem at this point. My question is where do I create the workspace directory?
By the other hand, my installer home is not C:\Sun\Application Server instead C:\Program Files\galssfish-v2ur2 that is the default while the installation.
The instructions I meaning are in https://glassfish.dev.java.net/public/BuildGlassFish.html#Branch.
I have posted other question about what is before, BluePrints installation or javaee5-samples-*.jar. It is not necesary to install BluePrints. Following the instructions you will get a directory samples and inside of it you can depoly the samples.
Comeing back to my question. The problem is that if you create de workspace directory into a wrong directory you will can not execute the step 4.- maven configure-runtime because it need some files that are in the installer home in the directory C:\Program Files\glassfish-v2ur2\lib\install\templates. So it make me guess that if in fact is necesry all of this.
Any idea?

You do have a very complex looking site and may need several tables in mysql to handle all that data. If you knew to phpmysql I would suggest taking a look at this tutorial it will help get you started in understanding how to $_GET info from a database and also how to $_POST data to a database. How to build JDK1.5 with Fedora Core 3 on AMD64?

Currently, I am going to do some research work related to the JDK1.5 so I have to rebuild it on the top of Fedora Core 3 on AMD64. But it failed with some "invalid section error messages in assembly language". I wonder that if there is any pepole who have successfully built it before? If yes, could you give me some instructions about the whole building process? Do you still need the GCC 3.2.2? How do you build the GCC 3.2.2? And are you working with the source code from SUN JAVA SCSL, also? In fact, I encountered some "invalied section error" when compiling the .cpp files into .o files.
BTW: I have successfully built the JDK1.5 with FC3 on Inter 32 Bit, with GCC 3.2.2

Firefox bookmarks to replace Safari bookmarks, complete instructions

Here are the complete instructions to get your Firefox bookmarks into Safari, and to get them to replace the ones you have in Safari. This is useful for people who, on their computer, do not use Safari, and only use Firefox, but need their Firefox bookmarks easily accessible on their phone (without having to use the Firefox Home App). This will allow your Firefox bookmarks to get synched onto your iPhone's Safari App. Only thing I haven't figured out is how to automatically make this happen, so Safari bookmarks continuously update with changes in the Firefox bookmarks.

The only thing missing in that link is: How do we now get our bookmarks from Firefox to replace the ones in Safari? We want our Bookmark Toolbar in Safari to be the same as the one in Firefox, and the Bookmarks Menu as well.
The answer is straightforward, a slight pain in the butt, but simple. In Safari:
1. click Bookmarks/Show All Bookmarks
2. In Sidebar in Safari window, click on Bookmarks Bar. All bookmarks in Bookmarks Bar will be listed to the right.
3. Select all of the bookmarks shown, and then hit Delete on your keyboard.
4. In Sidebar, click on Bookmarks Menu. All Bookmark Menu items will be listed to the right.
5. Select all of the bookmarks shown, then Delete.
6. In Sidebar, click on your just-imported-from-Firefox imported bookmarks. It should be listed as "Import" with a date.
7. In window, find Bookmark Toolbar (you will need to scroll way down the list past regular bookmarks), and click its arrow to open the list of bookmarks below it.
8. Select all those bookmarks below the arrow, and drag them into the sidebar, and drop them on top of the Bookmarks Bar item.
9. In Sidebar, again click on your just-imported-from-Firefox imported bookmarks.
10. In window, you will see all the other bookmarks.
11. Select all those bookmarks, and drag them into the sidebar, on top of the Bookmarks Bar item.
Now all your Firefox bookmarks are in Safari in the same places. When you sync your iPhone, all those bookmarks will be available in the Safari App.

You can use ADF or other JSF components in Creator. It will not be drag and drop - like Creator provided JSF components.

Unfortunately, it is not possible in Xir2 to create Webi reports from stored procedures.
Webi reports can only be created from Universe. So in Business Objects XIR3 we can create a special universe that enables Web Intelligence user's to access stored procedures residing in the database. This is the only way that Web Intelligence user's can access stored procedures.

I tried transferring my pictures using an external hard drive and then copying it to the Pictures folder on my new Mac. I ended up getting a bunch of duplicates. My old Mac has an older version of iPhoto while the new Mac has iPhoto '11. Is that the cause of the problem? Please advise. Thanks.

Simply copy the iPhoto Library from the Pictures Folder on the old Machine to the Pictures Folder on the new Machine.
Then launch iPhoto. That's it.
This moves photos, events, albums, books, keywords, slideshows and everything else.

You can not change the date of birth on the account. Apple makes that clear up front when the account is created.
The only way to "fix" this is going to be for him to create a new account with the correct information. Any apps purchased with the old one will need to be re-purchased with the new account. They can not be transferred.
