WS00400004 - completing parked documents - AP

Hello Guru,
i have been asked to work on completing WS00400004.(Workflow Settings for Completing Parked Documents).
i have acitvaed the linkage in peform task specific customization and inserted user id for task TS00407848.
i can test the workflow and its sucesfuli my giving created parked doc number. but from FV60 Workflow is not trigerred.
is ther any thing more i have to congif in spro or i m missing any thing.
Point will be rewarded.

Workflow Settings for Completing Parked Documents
Workflow Model for Completing Documents
There is a workflow model in the system (WS00400004) for completing parked documents. In
order to use this in your active clients, you must copy it there using the tools in the workflow
workbench.
Event Link for the Event CREATED
If you want to use a workflow to complete parked documents, you must create an event link for
the event CREATED in the workflow workbench. The following overview shows the entries you
need to make:

Users who want to complete parked documents must be allocated the task u201CComplete parked
documentu201D (TS00407848). To do this, create the organizational object in Personnel Planning and
Development using the workflow workbench. You then allocate the relevant users and the abovementioned
standard task to this object.

Completed appraisal documents in MSS

Hi all,
I'm using ESS/MSS package on EP v7 and ECC6.
I'd like to know if it's possible to display completed appraisal documents in MSS (so documents' appraisers).
I'm just able to display them in ESS using documents_received page.

Filter only the completed documents,
*The status depends how you have configured..
suppose if status '6' is completed,then
ls_sel_status-ap_status_1 = c_false.
ls_sel_status-ap_status_2 = c_false.
ls_sel_status-ap_status_3 = c_false.
ls_sel_status-ap_status_4 = c_false.
ls_sel_status-ap_status_5 = c_false.
ls_sel_status-ap_status_6 = c_true.
thne retrive only the completed documents from the fn module,
call function 'HRHAP_DOCUMENT_GET_LIST_XXL'

Issue "error while completing a document"

friends the prob is
there was order created. order contained 5 line items (5 different items) goods got damaged in transit
so a sdf doc is created , which is created with reference to actual order. 1st material it takes as it is like the original order. i goto incompletion log to fill other 4 line items . it gives error "material xyz does not exist"
well, it is there in the original order. why does it not take that material????
                              i checked the inventory in mmbe . that material is there..
any idea??

hi gopidas, well the order was created for which delivery and billing did take place. then the customer coplained   and said the good s recieved were damaged in transit. so hence a   new order   is recreated sdf document which is sunsequent free of charge delivery ( no price for it) for the customer .
so while creating this doc now it is always made in reerence with the   actual order.
the original order as i said has 5     different items.
             whiile creating a sdf   document with va01 , with reference its   taking the 1 item and the remaining no doubt also have to be filled   so i am going to menu- incompletion log there   it   shows that remaining 4   different items   but when i say complete and try to fill the   item in the doc it gives the above message.
              but i checked in inventory in mmbe that the material is there.
                                              what could be the reason????

In Completed InDesign document - Text reflows automatically

We are one problem in InDesign file. We have completed composing a document in InDesign file. After re-open the same file to do some text correction, but while re-opening the line ending gets changed automatically in some paragraphs. Because of this, it takes more times to compare all pages in each round of corrections (both customer and internal correction). For your information please see below screenshot.

I suspect this a document you converted from an earlier version of InDesign. Each version uses a new text engine, and it's not unusual for line endings to change. The annoying part is that they don't change on conversion unless you touch the text frame for editing, and you don't always realize you've done it because the change may be on another page.
I prefer to export IDML from the previous version of InDesign and open that for conversion. All text will be recomposed on opening when you do that.

Submitting a PDF form --- save and send completed PDF document?

A small government site has a number of 'submittable' PDF
form documents
that they'd like me to include on the website. I am not very
familiar
with PDF forms in this way, and hope someone here can help
sort out a
few things...
Can a PDF form be submitted so that
a) the completed PDF doc is saved on the server (and renamed)
b) a printable , completed PDF (looks just like the one they
filled out,
with all their values saved in the input boxes) is emailed to
specific
address
c) the raw user data is saved to database (maybe a list of
fields in one
column of a db table, and a matching list of values in
another? this
would just be for backup in case the completed PDF did not
save
correctly to the server, or for later reference)
We've looked at the standard Acrobat 'submit via email' and
that won't
cut it... that method appears to simply trigger a 'mailto'
popup, with
the pdf as an attachment. Our system needs to be automated
via CFmail.
None of these would handle any 'sensitive' information, the
main
concern, from their part, is people being able to submit the
form and
have both the city office and the recipient get a copy that
prints just
as if they had hit 'print' when filling out the actual PDF.
Is all of this possible ??
if so... any tips appreciated!

Lean Order Interface document flow in ERP

Hi experts,
As I currently do not have a system available which uses the LORD interface, I was hoping anyone could help me out on this question.
When an ECC-quotation is created from an opportunity in CRM and it is then viewed in ECC. Will the CRM opportunity be visible in the ECC document flow? And if it is, is the document flow registered in ECC as well, or retrieved from the CRM document flow tables?

sorry for answering on such an old question, but I found it while searching for another issue.
It will be visible in the transaction history but you need at least LORD version 2. ERP document flow isn't possbile in version 1.

Outbound interface documents

does someone has a good documentation about out bound interface?
I have to create one interface to transfer some files from SAP to legacy and I have to use NAST table in this. I have never wored on interfaces before so any help will be appriciable.

Easy tutorial for interface Document?

I'm trying to set up a Document which consists of lines (like PlainDocument), which themselves consist of pieces of text who can either have the textcolor red or black. Looking at javax.swing.text.Document assumes that this would be the right way to go. I read the java tutorial and O'Reilly Java Swing, and I even took look at the source code of PlainDocument. However, unlike most other java classes, which are fairly reasonable, Document is verry confusing. To say it clearly: I do not understand at all how a customized Document can be set up in source code. I would appreciate any help or links where I can find easy understandable tutorials on how to use the Document interface.

Yes, I know that the plain document does not support these attributes. It was just an example for a document which consists of lines. And furthermore, I do know how to set attributes to pieces of text. Thats just the way I have implemented it right know. However, I have to store the information about colored text later. Since the Document interface does provide the feature to design a document which exactly consists of lines and black or red text, it seems reasonable to use it, instead of setting pieces of text with attributes and later on parsing the whole document character by character to retrieve the information.

Complete billing document without accounting document

We have some billing without account document because a erro in billing. The user instead of correct billing document and generated the account document, he created a manual account for this billing.
Someone now how to complete this billing and liberated the value in a credit management.

Hi,
First reverse that accounting document by using the T.Code:FB08.
As your accounting document doesn't have any clearing document,so reverse it using the T.Code:FB08
Enter the document number,Company code and Fiscal year and Enter the Reversal reason.
Enter.
After this complete your billing document.
Create a new accounting document using VFX3 T.Code.
If your accounting document has clearing document then reverse and reset it using FBRA T.Code.

Officejet 6500 not completely printing documents

We have had our Officejet 6500 for about a year. Yesterday, it stopped printing complete documents- meaning- it prints some parts of the whole page and not others. (Example- on an Excel sheet, it will print the headers in grey scale and not the gridlines in black.) I put new cartridges in the printer about a week ago and was printing pages after the new ink. Normally, I print everything on Fast draft. I have tried printing on Best and it still occurs.
We have 2 computers in the office and use the printer wirelessly. This happens from BOTH computers.
Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem. It's happened with my last 3 HP black 920XL cartridges. Sometimes after a few days it will start working again. The color cartridges print just fine.

Firefox icon went missing from save as complete web documents. How to fix it?

Mozilla firefox red ball icon has disappeared from 'save as documents since yesterday, saved in web style.
Instead there is some simple icon replacing it
