Complete preview installation for win xp?

There is currently a sneak preview installation available for windows 2000/2003 server. Is there anything available for windows xp (complete with portal installation, j2ee etc.)?

XP is not a supported platform for portal etc install - so you are going to find nothing.
Saying that EP6stack09 will install - its a bit bumpy in the install but will eventually work. KMC is another story - it won't finish the install.

I have problem using Toshiba Software Installer for Win 7 on Satellite L750-1MT (PSK30E-02T002B3) with no OS preinstalled.
I do the following:
1. Install Windows 7 x64, SP1.
2. Install LAN driver (device was not recognized by Windows 6) (downloaded from [http://se.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/jsp/supportMyProduct.do?service=SE&LNG=26&userAction=S MP_RESULTS_PAGE&partNumber=PSK30E-02T002B3&serialNumber=&USER_ACTION=Serial%20number])
3. Install all Windows Updates from Microsoft
4. Run Toshiba Software Installer for Win 7 - it installs a couple of drivers and then asks to reboot.
Here is the log file for the first try (win7update.log):

You are right this notebook model was delivered without OS.
Win7 64bit is supported for this notebook model and all necessary drivers, tools and utilities are available on Toshiba download page.
What I can say is that all this stuff must be installed in right install order. I know it sounds stupid now but I recommend you to make clean OS again and continue installation following this installation order:

Have seen a couple threads regarding this but unfortunately nothing that solves my problem thus far!
Right now, our developers are using the Domain Admin account to promote their website code using MSI files. I'd like to change this as I feel the Domain Admin account should be on lock down and only used when absolutely necessary, pretty common. The
same goes for my account too, I would like to absolve as much use of the Domain Admin as I can.
Problem is, when they run installers from their own accounts, they receive this error: You do not have sufficient privileges
to complete this installation for all users of the machine. Log on as administrator and then retry this installation
The accounts they are using are part of the Built In Administrators group and the Domain Admins group... I'm not sure what other permission you'd need in a domain? We've gone as far as explicitly giving them local admin access on this server and still
nothing changes.
Is there a Group Policy or something that I can change to provide install rights and possibly remove these accounts as Domain Admin and more along the line of Power User?

Well, the 10g problem seems pretty straightforward. You need 45 Mb of free disk space, but you only have 30 Mb free. You'll need to free up some space or move your TEMP directory.
After you install JRE version 1.3.1, what error does the 9i installer throw?

I am the administrator of this machine. I have tried installing in a different directory of the all users folder, however that failed with the same reason. This PC has had some anomalies of late so this may not be iTunes, but I'm without clues as to where to go to fix this.

TS2529 I am unable to backup my iphone 5 iOS 6.0.1 (connected directly to laptop USB) with my itunes 11 for Win 7 64bits. The process starts and fails to complete giving the error: itunes could not complete backup of iphone because iphone disconnected.

Hi, I disabled the antivirus and the firewall. Same result
I even deleted the backup folder inside C:\Users\...\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup to eliminate any corruption in the old backup files.
Nothing changed: Session either times out or i get the same error message: itunes could not back up iphone because iphone disconnected. It always happens during step 3 out of 4 which is "transfering purchased apps from iphone to PC" and comes after step 2 which is backup.
My iphone 5 is not jailbroken, and is a factory unlocked phone.
Any other suggestion?

When installing itunes 10.5.1 for win 7 64 bit get message that installer is 32 bit.

Atempted to install itunes 10.5.1 for Win 7 64 bit. Receive dialog box that the installer is 32 bit. Points me to an address in Apple for Bonjour Print Services for Windows. After clickin on OK the install proceeds but Itunes will not start.
Itunes has also reformated the library so an older version of itunes can nolonger read the file.

I got the same message about the network resource that I can't access. The only difference is that I couldn't install Itunes 10.3 because I can't remove the old version of Bonjour. I couldn't get rid of anything in add/remove programs, but I went into my program folders and deleted everything that had to do with Itunes. I also ran a Windows Cleanup Utiltiy. Nothing will work. I still can't remove Itunes, Bonjour, Quicktime, MobileMe Control Panel, Apple Mobile Device Support, Apple Application Support, or Apple Software Update in add/remove programs because they are on a network resource that I can't access even though I deleted them from the program folders. This is very frustrating!

After Installing - Cannot Complete Installs for Programs

I installed Snow Leopard and it seemed to be running fine after I granted myself Admin access again.
However, I tried running the installs for multiple programs including a security update to the OS, iLife and iWork - the installs get to "Preparing Installation" and freeze.
I have tried leaving some of these installs up for up to 48 hours and there is no progress.
Yahoo Messenger also freezes on sign in with a similar problem.
How do I fix this so that I may use Yahoo Messenger and run installs again?

I suggest you might try this:
Repairing the Hard Drive and Permissions
Boot from your OS X Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Installer menu (Utilities menu for Tiger and Leopard.) After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer. Now restart normally.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.
If this doesn't help any, then reinstall SL.
To upgrade iLife and iWork you will have to purchase the '09 versions. There is no free upgrade path from '08 versions.

pages is one of
them. I found if I preview in another browser like FF from DW
and then copy
and paste the page URL into Safari it works sometimes. Search

CS2 Premium Installation on Win: Invalid Serial Number

Hi, id like to install my old CS2 Premium for Win again. Since installation from CDs doesnt work anymore (activation server down), i downloaded the installation files from http://helpx.adobe.com/de/x-productkb/policy-pricing/creative-suite-2-activation-end-life. html and installed these with the provided serial number. Installation completed successfully, but now i experience the following, when opening the suite's programs:
Indesign: Asks me to enter a serial nr, but neither my personal nor the one provided by the download site works.
Photoshop: Quits on startup claiming serialnr is invalid (without asking for one).
Illustrattor opens with a registration form which doesnt work, but after cancelling the ladder, is ready to use.
How can i complete the installation, such that all programs work?

I have added the user to the local admin group.
I have created cluster group SAP <SID> exactly the same way you described above. Also added fileserver as mentioned in NOTE 1490337 for Win R2 server.
Still - SAME ERROR...
T: is my SAPMNT drive which I am adding to the cluster group SAP <SID> but L: is used for SQL installation of Enterprise Portal and is part of SQL Server (EP) cluster group. In L:, we have many san disks of which will be used for storing datafiles and log files.
Also , I have checked sapinstlog , and I found something peculiar. .-

This is in sapinst log file. So it is able to find L: - I dont know what is the issue here and why it is giving me the error.
Also- it is successful in identifying I : ( as seen in sapinst log ) - which is part of SQL SERVER ( ECC) cluster group. It has many sans which will host ECC datafiles. We are yet to start ECC installation and we are sure that that too will give the error. I can see installation failing for PI, EP, ADS at this very step.

When I click Start > All Programs > SAP MMC console.
J2E Node is displayed. When I expand it, I see two instances SAP00(green),SAP01(yellow).
When I try to access http://localhost:50100/irj/portal I read the following:
Application stopped.
Details: You have requested an application that is currently stopped
please help me what to do next..
How to recheck if the following items are also installed ?
1)Visual Composer.
2)Content Management and Collaboration.
3)SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence Java SDK.
4)Interactive Forms based on Adobe Software.
5)Composite Application Framework.
When I installed previously part1 finished successfully, when I clicked on Start > All Programs only SAP MMC was listed. What is the conclusion from this ?
