Complete Status after viewing a few pages

Question

We are using an IBM LMS and have found that for all movies
the LMS is generating a completed status when the users only view a
few slides, then close the movie. I currently have the settings at
report Pass / Fail with just one scored button at the end. Some
users close the movie half way through and never reach this button
yet still receive a completed status.
