Completing qm notification

hellow,
when completing a qm notification the user is required to
chose a radio button means if the notification is an
internal or external origin.
i"m looking for a table i can take this data.
i know that this data to appears in the structure
RQM00 - KZ_EIGVERU
RQM00 - KZ_FRDVERU
it will be nice if somebody can help

IQS9 Completes Quality Notifications without digital signature

Hi all,
When we complete quality notifications, the system requires the user to enter digital signature (username and password) in qm02. However when you select a list of notifications in IQS9, and then click on Edit from there, it brings the notificaion up in transaction IQS22 and you can complete a nitification there without digital signature which is bad.
We can't take everyone away from using IQS22 because it provides a much better selection and drill down capabilities for all types of notifications (service and quality). Is there a way to have IQS22 require a digital signature for quality notifications just like qm02 does?

E-signatures in Quality Notifications WAS (!!) not a part of the standard features in SAP. But as of ECC 6 (extension pack 4 - I think) e.signature in notifications are avalable in tasks and actions. I have never test this function. But:
If this not solves your problem you can implement SAP e-signature Tool with alow you to add digital signatures "everywhere" in the system. This is a pre defined "ABAP-tool" to cal up at any system action by a exit/mod.

Qm02 completing the notification process while saving without fieldvalidate

In qm02 when I press complete button based on condition it should come out from complete process but for me when I through an error in user Exit. Then the save button is in enable mode and when I press save.It over comes the error and completing the notification.
Please give me some suggestions on this query.

Thank u every one for your excellece contribution towards us.I got a solution and this Thread was resolved.In future refference I am placing the solution also so it may help some time.
I am raising a error message on a field which stops compleate flag in qm02.I am succeed in raising the message after error the compleate flag in disable mode.But when I click save even compleate flag in disable mode notification is getting compleated.
Soulution:
We need to use error message in user exit before validating the compleate flag.because After validation of completing flag it alredy stored in buffer so when we press save the completion is releasing directly.

Work Order check while completing PM Notification

Dear Friends,
I want a check in my PM Notification. while the notification is completed the related work order status should be "Technically completed". Can this be achieved by config?

Hi,
There is no configuration that allows this type of check.
You could use a exit such as QQMA0014 to prevent completion based on your own logic.
Possibly prevent notification completion when there is a order attached, then notification can only be completed when order is completed from IW32.

Complete quality notification

Hi,
following problem: If every task is completed, the system starts a workflow
in order to complete the quality notification. Normally this task is delivered
to the coordinator of the quality notification. In our case it's delievered to
every single person, wo has the rights to do that according to PPOMA.
Any idea about that?

Completing quality notifications in bulk

Hi Guys
I need to change the system status of quality notifications (+/-500 000 records) to:
NOCO and
DLFL
We’re using SAP ECC6 EHP6. Please guide me to a standard SAP tcode/program that can be used for bulk/mass system status changes (QM10 will require manual actions and is therefore not suitable).
Notification origin = Q3

Yes same i was told you that in PM/CS such facility is available bcoz notification is linked with costing object like order and those needs to closed before month end for settlement. But in QM there is no such criticality and that's why SAP not provides mass closure.
Yes u cane use LSMW, eCatt and BDC like functionality for this in QM.

Printing Shop Papers for Completed Notifications

This issue has been brought up on this forum before, but I have not managed to find an actual solution that was implemented by an organization.
We are basically trying to print Shop Papers for completed (NOCO) Notifications that have Orders assigned but that have been completed and TECOu2019d. The thread Need to REPRINT the Service Notification explains that it is not possible to print such shop papers. Is there some way to create a work around using user exits or a custom program to enable such shop papers to be printed? I've already checked with SAP and was told that no SAP note fulfills this requirement on ECC 6.0. I would much appreciate any insight on a solution you may have implemented.

PeteA is right you will need to have some custom code to by-pass the status checks that SAP has implemented.
Prometheus Group has a program called the Work Order Print Manager that can do this for work orders. I am a developer for this solution.
The program gathers all document related to the work order (services for objects, DMS, sapscripts/smartforms, equipment doc, functional location docs, material docs, etc) and puts them into a nice GUI for printing.
Specifically for work order you cannot print them from standard SAP if the order is in created status because the menu is greyed out). However we can put a button in a user exit to call the program. The sapscripts appear along with the other documents and can be printed.
Additionally we can add watermarks and/or to the document to let the users know they are trying to print a work order in the incorrect status. We/ I can demonstrate the work order solution to you and prototype a IW52 solution after a short discussion to help us understand your issue in particular.

Completion date for manually created maintenance notification

Hi All,
When closing maintenance notification created manually by t-code- IW21,there is no field to enter completion date & time. System is proposing the current date as completion date by default. However , as I have flagged u201Ccompletion datau201D in maintenance plan category for notification ,system is asking/proposing completion date/time during NOCO of preventive maintenance.
Where I can do settings in configuration so that system will ask/propose to enter completion date/time during NOCO of manually created notification by t-code IW21?

In notification type views you have option to set Reference date & time- if you set it to A- Malfunction start date & time will
be proposed, if you set it to B- Notification receipt date & time will be proposed, if you set it to C- Malfunction end time will
be proposed, & in case of D - current date & time of completion of notification will be proposed while completing notification.
Better set it to B & make the field malfunction start date & time mandatory so that your history will be with reference to malfunction start. Or you can set it to A, C or D as per your requirement

Notification to be send to user as the request is completed.

We have a new requirement here, to send the notification to functional consultant as the user submits/completes 'Payroll Run' concurrent request. (short name 'PPRUN')
1. Concurrent Program> Business events>Enabled (Request Completed)
2. For this I have tested while submitting the conc request with manual setting "User Name" in Submit Request> "Options">Notify the following People.
    It is working perfectly as the request completes the notification appears for the user provided.
The same has to be done auto.

Requirement: Notification to send user ‘EG_AFZAL’ after any user running the payroll quick pay or payroll run.
1.       Create a report ‘XXPAYRUN_NOTI’ with text output (or any output as u wish) register it in payroll module with parameter to pass request_id of the payroll run from the pay_payroll_actions.
2.       Create a procedure ‘XXFNDREQPROC4’ included to initiate the above conc program in the script with notification, register the same as pl/sql executable method, conc progam.

Notification complete

Dear all,
I am running IW22 bdc for changing the notification datas and for changing the syatem status from INPR to NOCO, i am using the function module IQS0_COMPLETE_NOTIFICATION for changing the status from INPR to NOCO .
when i am running the program in debug mode the status is getting updated as NOCO but when i am running the program directly it's not changing the status from INPR to NOCO.I have written commit work and wait after the bdc and racommit = 'x' while running the bdc then also it's not happening .If anybody has answers pl reply.

Hi Simpu,
You can incorporate the code to complete the notification (NOCO) in your IW22 BDC. Thus you can avoid that function call.
For that you have to use the menu in IW22 i.e. PM Notifications ---> Functions ---> Complete.
Note: After the change BDC recording you can have the status change recording , both in same BDC.

Notification Completion

Hello All,
I have a business scenario as follows:
User completes all tasks for service notification and we need to complete the notification before saving notification or automatically complete the notification when the task is complete.
I need to try to implement one of the following options:
1. Raise a message to the user to also complete service notification upon completion of all tasks in notification: I am thinking of an exit here before save of notification that will raise the message to complete the notification. I know of a exit under QQMA0014, but question is can it read the task satus?
or
2. Based on task status, automatically trigger completion of service notification: I am thinking to use follow-up function for a task. What i will require is basically to trigger the function when the task status is set to complete and not when the task is created or released.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,
You can do this scenario by Workflow also.
Whenever the task status will become complete & when you save the system send automatic email to user SAP mail id or you can configure for external mail id also.
Orelse use the userexit & develop the PDF form for that,whenever the ststus of all task become complete then it trigger mail to the users.

Move download complete notification to bottom of screen

When a download is complete the notification appears at the top right of the screen. The problem with this is that it is a large notice and covers up the download button so I have to wait for the message to disappear, or click the close button, before I can click the dowload button to access my file. So this wastes time or gives me an extra click to get to my file. It's infuriating.
I have tried to move the alert when it is there but you can't drag it. I have searched the preferences for an option to turn it off, but can't find one. I am using a mac, and yet on a friends pc computer I've noticed the alert appears at the bottom of the screen. So how can I get mine to do this? I have put up with it for months now hoping it will change with an update, but now on version 25 and nothing has changed, the big alert is still there in the way and it's driving me mad.
Please does anyone have a solution for this?

Printing notification after completion

Hello Guys,
Would it be possible to print the notification information after the work orders has been TECO'd ? I know std SAP does not allow them to print either in display mode or in completion status. But I am trying to find whther is possible to acheive thru development ? like checking the condition of system status of NOCO or TECO to print it ?

Can you tell me the user exit to acheieve this ? Please note the exit should help me printing the notification even later. Because once notification has been closed it will be printed even after a week or very next day. I am not sure user exit on save will help me out...I am thinking whether it is possible to enable the print option whihc was disabled after completion of notification.
I feel SAP disabled the print option by checking the system status..if it is NOCO, it disabled. So can we do changes and bring it bacl to enabled at NOCO ?

Complete work orders without complete notifications from Overall Completion

We have a work order assigned to a notification type and we need to complete the work order from the overall completion transaction (IW42) without completing the notification when clicking on technical completion button.
Is it possible?

You can check with your netweaver team if this could be controlled from user authorizations. Do check if the following Business Transactions are available against the tcode "iw42"
PMM2     Put notification in process
PMM4     Complete notification
PMM6     Put notif. in process again
