Complex question, i dare you to help me.

I. in the procces of transfering a 6.3mb file from garageband to itunes. put a blank in. i was excited to get this on a disc. I did everything quickly. my labtop after i calmed down, the labtops cd drive is acting up. i wanna burn this to a disk. itunes wont read my blank. and when i restart the computer it tells me that there is a disc in the drive and asks me if i want to eject, or ignore it. and when i ignore bucause i got the blank out. on putting it back in Itunes still won't acknowledge a blank in the cd drive. the computer doesn't see it either. meaning when you go to mac<drive< nothing. help?

All blank media costs money to buy ...
+the cd drive is not reading any blank discs. its responding to discs with info on them tho+
If you're so sure the drive is "broken" then best talk to Apple about it, but I doubt it (it reads fine) and that's why I have suggested testing it (burning) with a Verbatim blank disc.

Another user had success doing the following:
I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
      tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
      "done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
      Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
      should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
      security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
      selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
      should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
      questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

i am using the correct classpath for this class -- it is a simple class
DiveLog in the divelog package that i created. can anyone help me out?

If the path structure is c:\jhikel\divelog\DiveLog.class and the package statement in DiveLog.java is
"package divelog;"
Then the classpath should be .;c:\jhikel
because Java combines the classpath and the package to created a pointer to the DiveLog.class file.

No app on the iOS device is required.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod/iPhone/iPad on the iOS device in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected or cellular data is on and connected for, on a computer browser go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up or continue to show off-line.
- You can also wipe/erase the iOS device and have the device play a sound via iCloud.

- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.

5. Go to Start/Run, type in DXDIAG, enter and save all information to a TXT file. Include a link to that file in your post.
6. Go to Start/Run, type in MSINFO32 (or similar for 64 bit OS), enter and save the results as a .NFO file. Include a link to that file in your post.
7. Download Process Explorer , and either post a screen shot or a link to the results.
8. Make a screen shot of the results of SpeedFan or HW Monitor and include that in your post.
When you perform these basic steps, you avoid endless questions about your system and people may be able to help you faster.

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

The History menu can only show that fixed maximum of 15 as that is hard coded.
