Components backflush alone not possible

Dear gurus
we are using repetative manufacturing module.
In MFBF we are doing assembly back flush(GR) and components backflush (GI) separately. we can able post assembly back flush.But while posting components backflush we are getting a error message"RM:149 production version not found".I checked for necessary settings (mrp4 ) in material master, all are maintained.
can anyone help regard this?

Check for Validty datesof The Production version
Check the repetitive manufacturing Allowed indiactors in PV view as well as the MRP 4 view.
Ensure correct lot size.
Use the Check tab inside production version to ensure that the data is consistent..You should see Green traffic lights in the PV
Then do backflush .It will work.
Also check your product cost collector whether it is in GREEN . Cos even Product cost collector will not work if PV is not correct .

When creating the product cost collector, no reporting points were created.
Procedure
Two alternative solutions are possible:
Assign a repetitive manufacturing profile with no reporting point procedure to the material in the material master record.
Recreate the reporting points by recosting the product cost collector. To do this, the following prerequisites must be met:
In the material master record, in the production version, you must enter a routing under either detailed planning (first priority) or under rate-based planning (second priority).
Milestone operations must exist in this routing. The system ususally automatically creates the reporting points from these milestones when creating a product cost collector or when creating a production version.

SOA Suite Components on JBoss - not possible?

Hi,
I am currently evaluating the Oracle SOA products for a new project.
We would like to use JBoss instead of OC4J and use Oracle BPEL Process Manager, Oracle ESB and Oracle Web Service Manager.
Running on OC4J is not possible, especially since Oracle will replace it with Weblogic in the next release.
What I have found are instructions for installing BPEL PM and the whole SOA Suite on JBoss.
These are VERY COMPLEX and CUMBERSOME (two patches have to be installed semi-manually) installations and I have not been able to make them work in my first attempt.
For ESB and WSM I have not seen any information at all.
We have not bought the products yet and I have to say that this is a very bad start in the evaluation of product quality and support quality.
Please clarify if Oracle's support for alternative application servers only exists in the data sheets or also in reality.
If we purchase the components, will we have access to other installables that run directly on JBoss?
If anyone has good experience with Oracle SOA on JBoss I'd be glad to know.

Fabian,
Oracle's support for other applications servers such as JBoss, Websphere, WebLogic, etc is more a sales story than something that people do in practice. Oracle doesn't want to lose a sale because a customer has a strategic alliance with a particular application server. So they support SOA Suite on the main competitors. Licensing is a dark art and I couldn't give you a 100% guarantee on how SOA Suite is sold but to get SOA Suite you need to license enterprise Application Server. SOA Suite is on top of this. If you turn it around if you buy SOA suite you get Oracle Application Server enterprise edition (includes OC4J) for free.
So if you are looking at using JBoss for a cost cutting exercise I don't believe the licensing at Oracle will help you.
The install for SOA Suite is the install for ESM + WSM, there is no separate install for these products for thrid party application servers. So you topology is not as flexible as it could be is you used Oracle Application Server.
Your proposed option of SOA Suite (ESB, WSM) is an option using the document provided in previous post.
When I say Oracle Application Server I mean Oracles existing Application Server, Not Web Logic. There is currently a progression of porting the OC4J apps to Weg Logic, this should be completed when 11g arrives. There are a few version release before this happens, each one providing more functionality.
If I was you I would understand the price of SOA Suite on JBoss as apposed to Oracle Application Server. If the price comes close then I would go with using the Oracle Application Server. If you want to use the ESB, I would go with Aqua Logic installed on WLS. Currently SOA Suite is not certified on the 10.3 release hence keep it on the Oracle Application Server. There will be a migration path to 11g next year.

Dual Boot with Snow Leopard and Mavericks not possible?

I have a Early 2011 Macbook Pro with 2,3 GHz i7 Quad and two 512 GB SSDs (the secondary disk in an optical drive bay enclosure). This Macbook Pro can run Snow Leopard and Mavericks on the primary disk without problems. When I try to set up a dual boot system however, problems appear and it looks like it is not possible. When I start from Snow Leopard, I cannot select Mavericks as a start volume and vice versa. The error message says something like "Bless tool" cannot use this disk, i.e. unmount and boot from it. The problem remains when I exchange the disks (putting the primary disk in the drive enclosure and vice versa). When I put the secondary drive in an external case however, it is possible to boot from it - but strange things happen when the system starts: My computer clock is reset to 1/1/2001, WiFI passwords are not remembered for more than one session, disk permissions are reported as "repaired" but do apear as not repaired when I check them again - and other issues). I have verified both disks already and repaired permissions but that does not change the situation. So my experience is different from what is said in https://discussions.apple.com/thread/566781. It looks like the latest Mavericks cannot coexist with Snow Leopard on neiter a secondary internal drive nor on an external drive. This is strange since both disks and systems work flawless when run alone. Any suggestions to solve this problem?

When I check the Mavericks disk in the optical drive with disk utility after booting / running Snow Leopard on the primary disk I get som errors, see below ("disk utility Info"). So after all, I decided to erase the disk and install Mavericks new. But even erasing the disk is not possible when it is in the optical drive enclosure. I get this error message:
"Volume Erase failed with the error:
Could not unmount disk"
When I put this disk into an external case connected via USB however, it starts and runds MAvericks without any Problem. Same happens when I put thie Mavericks disk into the internal primary hard disk place.

Mapping for ND_FORM to ND_FORM not possible due to recursion

Hi Experts,
I am trying to define external context mapping...with the steps..say there are two components ZOMP1(in which i am using other component) and ZCOMP2(this is used in zcomp1)
1. IN the component zcomp2 I define ZCOMP1 under the used components
2.in the component controller of ZCOMP2 under properties tab I create controller usage of zcomp1 and two entries are created
3.I go to the context tab of component controller of zcomp2 and drag and drop the ND_FORM node from ZCOMP1 to context node of ZCOMP2
when I do a check I get the error
Mapping for ND_FORM to ND_FORM not possible due to recursion
Don't understand why am I getting this error though the node I am trying to map is not recursive?

following restrictions apply on recursion nodes:
1. You cannot nominate a recursive node to act as the data source in a context mapping relationship. Recursive node structures are restricted to the scope of a single controller.
2. The root node of a context cannot be used for a recursion.

Have you configured Receiver Determination with the appropriate target system and interfaces? Looks like your target system is down or connectivity errror...
Go to SXMB_MONI and pick that message and navigate pipeline steps and see where it fails.. Also the steps it fails you check the payload or response mesg and you will see the details of error.
Also go to RWB and check your communication channel monitoring area. See any help you get.
Also go to RWB and go to message monitoring. See the inbound side of the interface and see what is the reason for the error.. Sometime if the receiver comm channel or target system has issue you mesg stop.
Check SMQ1 and SMQ2 and see any locks for those mesgs. If so remove locks and activate again.

EM12c install failed and deinstall not possible?

i´m having big trouble to install the EM 12c. My first installation try failed, so i think i make a big mistake and delete the folders manually and also with sqlplus delete the sysman schema.
But now every installation hangs on that point

Is it not possible to delete the existing object with sqlplus, so that the installation process doens´t stopped with this terrible error message above?
So i don´t know how to get a working Enterprise Manager 12c installation, hope anyone can help me in this issue.

Mackeeper has detected a virus in the time capsule back up - it is not possible to dele - it ite the file. Do I find time capsule in finder and delete the whole computer back up, then crate a fresh back up? Is that the only solution please?

Follow these instructions to uninstall MacKeeper. They have been tested with the most recent version of MacKeeper. Earlier versions than the one released in 2012 require more extensive work to uninstall all its components. Never install such junk on a Mac.
If you actually used MacKeeper to alter your system, e.g. "remove excess binaries" or such, you will need to reinstall OS X as well as all your additional software. Uninstalling MacKeeper is insufficient to reverse the corruption it is capable of - once again, that is if you used it.
If you merely installed MacKeeper but did not use it to perform any particular action, the following instructions will suffice.
If you used MacKeeper to encrypt any files or folders, use MacKeeper to un-encrypt them first.
Quit the MacKeeper app if it is running.
Open your Applications folder: Using the Finder's Go menu, select Applications.

You will be asked to authenticate (twice):

I am trying to upgrade a 2005B database to SAP 8.8 version using the PL04 Upgrade.exe. One of the steps makes a previous test for Upgrade and show me a message error: " Database is not integrated; upgrade not possible" for the components "Common-Database, Add-ons and Help".
Does anybody knows how I can solve this issues?

Process Component Assignment Not Possible

Hello,
i have created a process component within a process component interaction model. Unfortunately I'm not able to assign anything to the component. Hence it's lacking a namespace.
Are there any special prerequisits for assigning a namespace to a process component?

Just a quick thought:
If your order is having status CRTD or REL (but without any confirmations, goods issue, settlements) then you can use the Read PP Master Data (Order header - Functions - Read PP Master Data) & this will re-read your routing & BOM. But for this to work for you, the routing should be updated with the assignments.
So what you could do is start processing your order as late as possible, thereby you can re-read the BOM & Routing as the modifications take place.
But if this is not possible in your scenario, then i am not aware of a BAPI or a FM which adds components to different operations in production order, you might evaluate writing a BDC program for the same. Anyways will update you if i manage to find a BAPI or a FM for this.

"Account determination for entry CHFS BSX 37AP not possible" -goods receipt

I have a student using ECC 6.0 getting the following message when posting a goods receipt for a purchase order:
"Account determination for entry CHFS BSX 37AP not possible"
This is in the Fitter Snacker configuration phase 2 client, but now doing the configuration for the Marshall Muffler Company case. No other student has this message. I have checked everything that I can think of -- company, plant, purchasing organization, G/L account numbers, vendors, materials, quanity and value updating, valuation grouping code, automatic postings for inventory posting (BSX), controlling area, .. but cannot find anything amiss.
Can anyone help with this? We are client 625 on the moscow server at Chico. The student is user 625-037, using 37 as a prefix for the various components e.g. company code 37MM. One PO for exampe is 4500000116. The student has created a number of orders trying to get it to work. Strangely, the student did get one raw material received on one PO for a vendor earlier, but now cannot do so.

1st thing to do is understand the error message format. - comp. code - transac - valuation class. so you need to tackle BSX part.
goto transaction code OMS2 make sure the Mtype for Raw materials (RM) , Semifinished (SP) and Finished (FP) is selected for Quantity / Value updating tick box. You can check this by going clicking Quantity/valur updating on left hand panel.
then goto transaction code OBYC for BSX transaction , make sure your plant it is assign to the correct valuation classs 3000. save everything.
now try goto transaction code MIGO to cerate the GR again. Normally if you don't maintain the BSX properly, you bond to have similiar error for WRX. so please make sure that is also taken care off.
Now you should be fine creating the GR. Good luck.

Dynamic Components 1.2 not available in JSF 2.0 ?

I would like to use Dynamic:form from "Dynamic Components 1.2" in 11g R2 (11.1.2.3.0) on a JSF. It seems that it is not possible to add a dynamic:form on a JSF. It does not appear when I drag and drop a data control. However, it appears when I drag and drop on a JSPX on the same project.
Does it exist another way to have a dynamic:form on a JSF ? Is it going to be add ?
All the tutorials I read always use JSPX, even in 11g R2, like this one:

The dynamic components are not part of the JSF2.0 part in 11.1.2.x.0. At the moment they only work for jspx files. If you use jspx files in 11.1.2.x.0 you can use the dynamic components.

Auto Withdrawl of components(Backflushing)

How can we do the auto withdrawl of components (backflush/consumption-261) without activating the backflush indicator in MRP 2 view of material during the confirmation(CO11N) of production order?

Dear Sachin,
I do agree for all the experts who have replied to your this message.
I will explain what I have done to achieve the Backflushin of material at the Production Order Level.
1. Maintain material master data for Backflushing i.e. in MRP2 view, you have to maintain the backflushing indicator also if you are maintaining the material in Batches make entry in "Batch Entry" field in MRP2 view.
2. When you maintain the routing, you have to decide at which operation confirmation what material is to be backflushed. Once you have decided that, go to component allocation, select the check box of backflushing against each material, select "New Assignment" and in this put the operation number for which you want backflush to happen. Save the data.
3. Once you complete above mentioned steps, carry out MRP run with "Re-explode BOM and Routing" planning mode.
After MRP you will get the planned orders for the material. Convert to production order and check after releasing whether batches are assigned or not. Confirm the production order.
In CO11N screen at the material movement button, you can find which materials, how much qty from which batch is going to be issued.
I suggest, you carry out this activity in development first and revert back in case of any difficulty.

Why? Simple search of project title not possible

I do not understand why a simple search of the project titles or folders is not possible. Let alone not being able to use spotlight to search for photos within an aperture library. If I take all the time to keyword within aperture then it is useless outside the program. If I have multiple libraries I have to open each one to find the image that I am looking for. Very time consuming.
Any plugins or work-arounds for this?
I would pay money to have this.

I was about to post the solution. I discovered that component but the code did not even go to DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT.
The solution was to 'Disable Cookies' (marked this checkbox in the technical profile associated with the business role).
I got the idea to try this after I came across a method get_server_cookie that could not read the cookie previously set by set_server_cookie (to this extent I came to debug .

Proces order release not possible/Release rejected

While process order release the system shows error that the order release not possible / release rjected.
pl tell me what r the possibilities to be check to resolve above problem.

The Possible reasons could be one of the following -
Missing Parts - Some of the components required for the order may not be available
Missing Capacity - Capacity required for the order is not available
Error in Cost calculation
Error in Batch allocation to the component materials
When a process order is release some of the functions are carried out in background like Creating a reservation, material availability check, capacity check, precosting......
If something goes wrong in one of the step the order may not release.
Please check the logs during release it will have the clear message.
