Compre mi Macbook Pro una semana antes de que salga el X Lion y quiero saber como puedo actualizar gratuitamente. Me dijeron que era posible pero no se como.

La nueva version de Whatsapp necesita iOS 4.3 o mas. El iPhone 3G no pueder correr iOS mas alto que el 4.2.1. Tendras que comprar un iPhone nuevo.
Antes de quejarte de Apple, tienes que saber que la desicion de hacer que Whatsapp no corriese con 4.2.1 es del desarollador de el app y no de Apple. -

No todas las aplicaciones son compatibles iPad con un iPhone.
En tu iPhone ...
Configuración> iTunes y la App Store> ID de Apple = Salir ...
Entonces entrar utilizando el ID de Apple preferido.

You should have erased the iPad completely when you bought it, if you bought it from another owner. Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings. If you erase the iPad, you will have to start all over again, but you should be able to download all of your apps again and if you sync with iTunes, you can just sync your content back to the iPad.
In any event, you should not be billed for apps that are not tied to your ID, you are just receding his emailed receipts - or so it seems to me anyway. If his email account is still on the device, you should really erase and start over again. -
