Compressor 1.5 won't let me reduce the MPEG2 program file average bit rate less then 10Mbps. I just installed this new version and it is giving me this problem. I have been delivering an 1hr MPEG2 program streaming at 6Mbps average to 7.1Mbps Max output with Compressor 1 for a year now. Here is my workflow;
Drop the 1440X1080 into NTSC timeline and DO NOT conform so it will be rendering as 720X480 then shoot that sequence to compressor to above settings. It worked just fine for a year. Now, this new compressor wont let me do less then 10Mbps which is the lowest bitrate for HD. The network can not run any bigger file than 6Mbps. I checked my settings restarted and all that. IS this a bug that needs to be fixed? Any help would be appreciated since my deadline is tomorrow.
Sorry, meant to say that this only happens with court databases. As far as I can tell, I can download from other sites with no trouble.

My computer won't let me run the setup.exe file. I am an admin I've run as admin and I've downloaded many times. I just reformatted my computer and now it won't work.
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. I'm trying to uninstall 1password. My computer won't let me download the uninstall program.

i have the adobe cloud 9.99/ month photography package i downloaded lightroom 5.4, it told me it was a trial version, and i'm now at the end of the trial and it won't let me download the full version and i don't have a serial number. also, when i click buy, i get an error message saying, "application not found."
There are two different LR’s, one with a serial-number licensing and one with a CC-signin license.
You should uninstall the serial-number LR you have installed, then
Quit the CC Desktop application,
Restart the CC Desktop application—this will rescan what you have installed and not see LR,
LR will now be on the CC Desktiop apps list, so install that. -

All downloads from iTunes are tied to the account that downloaded it, you can't re-download content via a different account. You checked the spam folder on yourr old account as well as the Inbox, and depending upon how long ago you did it, have you retried getting it reset : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password' ?

I want to download Firefox on a flashdrive so I can then download it to my home computer which is not connected to the internet. When I download Firefox, it won't let me change the path and so tries to download on a public computer, which isn't allowed. The reason I want it on my home computer is because I'm creating web pages and I want to view my html pages using a variety of browsers, including Firefox.
From another computer, go to http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/, click "Free download" button, click "Save File" button, select your flash drive in "Save as" window. "Firefox Setup 3.6.13.exe" file will be saved in your flash drive.
You just need to insert it in your new computer and double-click on "Firefox Setup 3.6.13.exe" from Windows Explorer and follow instructions. -
I Was on Instagram and I clicked a link that lead me to safari and when I got there a box kept coming up and saying a b c d e f g.... And so on. It won't let me delete the tab and I can't even use safari, can someone please help!!!!!??????
Quit Safari completely, clear Safari and reboot the iPad.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the Safari app icon. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data.

I have a macbook pro 10.8.5 and the Application Safari will not open no matter what i do, I try to open the menu of Safari but it won't let me either, the mouse will just be loading. I purchased a tv series and downloaded the first episode, when I went to download the next episode a message popped up saying "this computer is already associated with an apple id.....You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. You cannot associate this computer with a different Apple ID for 41 days" and won't let me download the rest of the shows even though I haven't changed accounts and I'm using the same account I purchased the shows with.
It's been months, so you may not care anymore, but you can't download songs from multiple Apple IDs over a 90 days period. Sorry, it's not allowed for legal reasons.

How can you turn off the braille setting on an iPhone 4s, once on it won't let you slide the phone into use mode to change the settings or do anything?
An alternate method is Accessibility Settings when connected to iTunes. You should be able to turn it off there. I would also check out some of the answers listed to the right of this post and see if they can help.

So whenever I try to download the newest itunes file it won't let me finish the install process because I'm missing the "Itunes.msi" file whatever that is and I've done some searches but I cannot find the file. Anyone know what to do?
