Compressor 4.1.3 stuck at "processing"

I just updated my computer to the latest version and all of the sudden compressor either gets stuck on "processing" or my entire computer shuts down and restarts itself! Please help me out! This product used to work before the update!

It's concerning that using Compressor would cause a system crash and my inclination would be to take your Mac to a Mac-certified tec to have it checked out. Is the computer performing OK aside from Compressor? If you have FCP X, can you export without crashes? Have you recently installed any new software or hardware?
What are your system specs?

I suggest that you try to use Tiny Umbrella to kick your device out of recovery
The link to download Tiny Umbrella is shown below
    http://thefirmwareumbrella.blogspot.com/
On the right hand side of the link you will see links to download Tiny Umbrella
After downloading and opening tiny umbrella, Click on exit out of recovery. Hope that works for you. If it doesnt work, try to write a detailed description of your problem and what is appearing on your screen etc and we will go from there. Good Luck

  • JDBC Driver: Messages stuck in processing started at rwb

    Hi,
I have ABAP Proxy (7.1 EHP1) -> JDBC (MS SQL Server) scenario.
I'm trying to do INSERT_UPDATE.  The interfases works fine for the first 5 messages. If I check the DB I see rows inserted correctly, but the first five messages stucks in processing started, and the others JDBC messages stuck in Pending to be delivered The interfase is developed as asynchron, i'm not affraid in the response.
I tryed to do just an INSERT, send just one message, or change the isolation level. But the messages continues stucking in processing started status.
One of the lasts possibilities is transform the interface to sync  or increase the max number of threads of queue "JDBC_http://sap.com/xi/XI/SystemRecv" via ConfigTool. But I can't stop the j2ee stack until next weekend.
    The audit Log:
    - The message was successfully received by the messaging system. Protocol: XI URL: http://sapdev:51000/MessagingSystem/receive/AFW/XI Credential (User): PIISUSER
    - Using connection JDBC_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System. Trying to put the message into the receive queue.
    - Message successfully put into the queue.
    - The message was successfully retrieved from the receive queue.
    - The message status was set to DLNG.
    - Delivering to channel: CC_C0400_IM01_MES_INTEG
    - JDBC Adapter Receiver processing started, required QoS ExactlyOnce
    - JDBC Adapter Receiver Channel CC_C0400_IM01_MES_INTEG:  processing started; party   / service XXXXXXXXX_DES.
    - INSERT INTO  XXXXXXXXXX_TST (CodArticulo, Descripcion, EAN13, Vidautil, bolsasporestuche, estuchesporcaja, estuchesporpalet, gxu, UNISTK) VALUES (XXXXXX, XXXXXXXXX,              , 270 , 1, 0 , 0.000 , 1000 , KG)
Maybe is a problem in DB side, but the experience tell me that is more inestable a SAP PI than MS SQL Server
    Any Idea?
P.S. In the same PI is coexisting diferents JDBC interfaces that works fine. I have tried to use their channels but still stucking.
And this is not my first PI :P

    Hi Xavier,
have a look at the documentation of this option:
    db.autoCommit=NO|YES
Use this parameter to deactivate the logical unit of work required by the JDBC adapter to guarantee that the data in the database is consistent. This option is required for JDBC drivers that do not support transactions. To avoid data inconsistencies in the database when the logical unit of work is deactivated, ensure that multiple database transactions cannot access the database simultaneously.
    The default value is NO.
Do not set this parameter to YES if the JDBC driver supports transactions, that is, if the system does not display a corresponding error message during normal operation.
    Netweaver Documentation
I'm sure MS SQL Server JDBC Driver is able to support transactions. By default the whole message will be treated as one transaction against the database.

  • PO Std Workflow stuck "In Process" status

    Dear Experts,
I have a case where a PO workflow is stuck "In Process" for over 8hrs. The background step - that has the underlining method to set status of PO to released is stuck and has not completed. (WS14000145)
I am not sure of what could have been the problem - possible locking or anything else?
Could you please suggest me a way out?
Do I have kill the workflow (logically delete) and restart it again or have any other way around?
    Many thanks!
    Vj

Well, it appears to be a locking issue.
I found entries in SM58 and SM12. However I released them but the workflow still continued to be in Hanged - IN Process status.
I then cancelled the workflow and then manually set released the PO documents.
Then the PO documents were fine and were possible to edit.
    Thank you.

  • FTPs - Status stuck in "Processing started"

    I am running PI7.0 SP10.
I have a BPM conencting to a FTPs server to process multiple files into variable directories.  All works well - apart from...
It is connecting to the Server okay, but not actually processing.
In the Message monitoring, it says - Processing started
Here is the audit log...  The names have been changed to protect the innocent!
Success Message successfully received by messaging system. Profile: XI URL: http://server.fqdn:5<SYSNO>00/MessagingSystem/receive/AFW/XI Credential (User): XIISUSER
Success Using connection File_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System. Trying to put the message into the receive queue.
Success Message successfully put into the queue.
Success The message was successfully retrieved from the receive queue.
Success The message status set to DLNG.
    Success Delivering to channel: FTP_Receiver_EmployeeLookUp
    Success MP: entering
Success MP: processing local module localejbs/CallSapAdapter
Success File adapter receiver: processing started; QoS required: ExactlyOnce
Success File adapter receiver channel FTP_Receiver_EmployeeLookUp: start processing: party " ", service "XE_TST_3RD_FTP_001"
Success Connect to FTP server "ftp.ftp.ftp.ftp", directory "/variable/"
    This is stuck in processing...
I have spoken to the "owners" of the ftp site...
In the their logs, they can see the connection, and "session started".
Has anyone come across this before?  How can this be fixed/released and actually process?

    Barry:
I was watching your thread from the day you posted since we had the same issue
Even we have the same issue for the past month..we tried all sort of solutions to get rid of the problem but were not able to....its still exist..we have logged a ticket to SAP support and waiting for them
for the time being we used "Availability Time Planning" to schedule the polling which is like forcing the channel to wake up and die in the time interval we want....
(sometimes even it stops but not as frequent as the above)
if you find permanent solution to your problem let me know

  • I downlaoded a movie from itunes but it remains stuck in "processing". Advice welcomed

My ipad is stuck "processing" a movie download from iTunes. I cant access anything else from the store whilst this problem persists. Advice please

    Hello Ricci Achillini,
It sounds like you have a movie that started downloading, and is now stuck in Processing preventing you from downloading additional content, and from watching the video itself. I recommend signing out of your account in Settings > iTunes and App Stores first. Then close all the running apps on your iPad:
iOS: Force an app to close
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5137
    Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the phone, sign back in and try again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
You may need to Resume the interrupted download with this article:
iTunes: How to resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads

If the issue persists, I would next backup your device to iTunes, and restore it:

  • Audiobook download from iTunes stuck on "processing"..

This morning tried to download an audiobook from the iTunes Store on to my iPad and it's got stuck at "Processing"... Where it's now been sat for the past three hours!
I've enough space on the iPad for the download and I'm using my home wifi. I've tried doing a reboot of the iPad and thought that had sorted it - when I went back into the iTunes 'Download' section it again counted up through the download, only to get stuck again at "Processing". Never had this problem before when downloading music, movies, TV, or other audiobooks. Any ideas, anyone?

Further to this - I made the mistake of tapping in a couple of places and it's now vanished altogether! There's now no "Downloads" section to see in iTunes, it's not listed anywhere in my Audiobooks section my music library. When I've gone back to the iTunes Store, it's like I've never even purchased it (even though I've had my receipt through from Apple)!

  • My film download is stuck on processing!

My film download is stuck on processing status, any ideas ?

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
Force a restart, if the problem persists:
Try deleting the problematic file (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iTunes store.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option which is revealed in the iTunes app on your iOS device by tapping the more button at the bottom of the screen.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

  • Problem with a stuck yellow process chain

    Hi all,
I have a problem with a stuck yellow process chain.
A Meta chain calling a sub chain. The sub chain loads some master data.
Some months ago one process stopped in yellow, no processes still running.
So after that day when the meta chain runs the error msg is as follows
    Diagnosis
The previous run of the current subchain, BW_METADATA_MD_ST , is not yet
complete. This leads to communication errors with the metachain called,
         BW_METADATA_MD .
    System response
The current run of the metachain is cancelled.
    Procedure
    1.  End the previous run of the subchain, or wait until the run is
             complete.
It does not matter whether the run was successfully completed or
             not.
    2.  Restart the metachain.
How do I end the previous run of the subchain?
There is no process running, just want to set the flag to ended.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Tried to rent a movie. now my screen is stuck on "processing" for several days. How to I get rid of this?

Has anyone else had their screen stuck on "processing" forever, after trying to rent a movie?

About the only thing you can try is using the Online Internet Recovery system to reinstall Lion on your Mac over the top of the current install. that will reset all system files and should not touch your personal files or the apps you have installed.
Or iof you have a recent Time Machine backup use that to restore your Mac to that point in time.

  • Data Sync stuck in processing

Can you please delete my data sync? I tried to cancel the data sync, so I could delete it but it has been stuck in processing for almost 24 hours now. The subscription id is 2b362515-3f77-44fc-9803-08334705d01a and the sync group is called DevSyncGroup.

    Hi CpAtMtb,
Thanks for your information about  subscription ID.
The Microsoft support engineer will help to solve the problem from backend. Sometime delay might be expected. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Besides, any of the following can result in a sync group being stuck in the processing state.
    • The client agent is offline.
Be sure that the client agent is online then try again.
    • The client agent is uninstalled or missing.
If the client agent is uninstalled or otherwise missing:
        1. Remove agent XML file from the SQL Data Sync (Preview) installation folder if the file exists.
        2. Install the agent on same/another on-premise computer, submit the agent key from the portal generated for the agent that’s showing offline.
    • The SQL Data Sync (Preview) service is stopped.
        1. In the Start menu, search on Services.
        2. Click Services in the Programs section of the search results.
        3. Find the SQL Data Sync (Preview) service.
        4. If the service status is Stopped right-click the service name and select Start from the dropdown menu.

  • Got stuck in processing

    Hi everybody,
I had a scenario running in my testenvironment. B1 to B1 like in the tutorial. Of course i din't make a backup.
My problem now is that the message gets stuck in processing. Which means no error no success, just
    processing.
In the message log where the processing status is shwon, all the sender params like system and object are correct but the receiver params are missing. Why are there no errors and instead just in process all the time ?
Any hints or help woud be great.
    Regards
    Veldin

    Hi Veldin,
Could you please open SAP iApp Explorer (Windows Start->All Programs->SAP Business One integration platform->Administration), go to Monitor->Technical Error Monitor, check if there are technical errors.
If yes, please provide me a screenshot of those technical errors.
If no, please restart B1i server (WIndows Start->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services->SAP Business One Integration Service) to see if the blocked messages could be processed.
    Thanks & Best Regards,

    Hi,
After investigation I found the sync stuck is caused by your local agent offline. We've already released a hotfix to avoid stuck in this scenario.
And currently our backend shows that the related sync group is already removed, could you please let me know if there are any more question?

  • SQL Azure Data Sync stuck in Processing State since 5 Sep 2014

    Hi,
I've a sync group stuck in "processing" state since 5 Sep 2014, have tried to restart the client PC, restarted the sync service and also tried to regenerate the sync agent key, but still in vain. Would anyone please help me to figure it out what's

    Hi Bowen,
I've checked the local agent has been offline at 2014/09/05 18:00:00 UTC+8, as the shop close every night and they will shut down the computer, but they've turned on the computer in next day morning, and they keep turning that off at night, turn
    back on at next morning.
I've checked the agent was online during that "stuck" period when the computer was turned on, as I could click the "PING SYNC SERVICE" and it reported it could reach the sync server, and I could also view from the portal that the agent
was online, just the sync group stuck in the "processing" status.

As the client need the sync to be fixed ASAP, cannot wait for the answer / help, I've removed the sync agent, compare the data (what data need to download from Azure to client, what data need to upload from client to Azure) and recreate back the sync group.
    Hi Micheal,
Is this the workaround in your scenario? Since the Azure SQL Data Sync failed, the Microsoft support engineer will help to solve the problem from backend based on your subscription ID and Sync Group ID. Sometime delay might be expected. Your patience is
