If this is about Firefox Sync then you also need the sync key.
Without the sync key it is impossible to decrypt the data that is stored on the sync server.
You will have to change the password of your sync account as soon as possible.

Make sure that you do not replace the data on the sync server with the data on your current computer.

You can go to "Tools > Options > Sync" to select what to sync.
* Bookmarks - Passwords - Preferences - History - Tabs (tabs expire after a week) - Add-ons (Firefox 11+)
You can click the "Manage Account" button and choose Reset Sync to select what to sync.
* Merge this computer's data with my Sync data
* Replace all data on this computer with my Sync data
