Computer crashed and couldn't de-activate Photoshop elements.

My old computer crashed and I couldn't de-activate my Photoshop elements 8 program.  How can I transfer the activation to my new computer?
My old computer is not available.  Thanks.

you're entitled to two concurrent activations with your one license.
if you already have two activations, adobe support can reset your activation count: www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html
