Computer crashed, how can I get Photoshop Ele. Back?

My computer crashed last week and I had Photoshop Elements 9 installed on it. It has been quite a few years since I bought the program and I have since lost the disc during the multiple moves I've went through. Is there any way I could redownload it somehow without paying for it again? My computer is basically trash now so there's no real way for me to get the program off or deactivate it.
Please, any helo you can give would be much appreciated.

My computer crashed so I had to reinstall itunes. Now when I plug in my ipod shuffle it tells me my ipod is linked to another library and asks if I want to replace all of my songs with the songs from this library. Are the songs only on the pod? It also sounds like from the urgency that you don't have a backup. Computers crash or hardware fails all the time, this is why backups are soooo important. Lecture over, sorry about that.

Transferring files over from the hard drive of a previous computer. How can I get my library back?

A couple weeks ago, my old, old laptop finally breathed its last breath and shut off suddenly while I was using it. Various parts of it were broken anyway so I got a new one rather than try to figure out what was wrong with it. All of my files were totally undamaged since it wasn't a hard drive issue, so I just got one of those enclosure things where you unscrew your old hard drive, stick it into the enclosure, plug it into your new computer with a USB cord, and then can drag all your old files onto the new computer.
I could get all my old music back this way by dragging those folders, but if I want to get my library back -- specifically, my playlists, and ideally my info on play counts/date added/etc -- is there a way that I can do that? Is there some "Library" file, series of files, or folder that I can drag onto my new laptop in order to get those things back without having to recreate all my playlists and lose my play info?
Have been running Windows 7 on both my old and current laptop, and was using iTunes version 10.7.0.21, if that information is necessary. Can give you whatever other info you'd need. Thanks!

1. By default, it will be in the same folder as the iTunes Music or iTunes Media folder. If you don't find it, search the computer for items with that name.

You should transfer the song files from your iPod to your current computer, add them to the iTunes library, and sync your iPod to that library (after confirming all of those songs are there now).
Any songs purchased from the iTunes Store can be re-downloaded, at no cost, using the Purchased screen in the iTunes Store.
For other songs, you can't transfer from iPod to computer using iTunes. However, there are third-party methods and utilities that can transfer from iPod to computer. If you do a Google search on "ipod transfer," you should get some links. Add "mac" to the search if you use a Mac.
That would be the safest way to proceed, because you will then have a backup of the iPod's songs on the computer (in case the iPod breaks, gets lost, or needs a "Restore"). However, if you decline to sync when you first connect the iPod, it should get set to "Manually manage music." When it is set that way, you should be able to add new songs to it manually (by dragging songs to it in iTunes). But again, it would be safest to have ALL the songs (on the iPod) in the iTunes library on the computer first.

Ipod repaired, HD crash - How can I get my music back

My Ipod touch was sent in for repair a couple weeks ago - it just stopped turning on. They sent me a new one but it doesn't have any of my apps or music on it. While it was out for repair, my hard drive crashed. Father in law is still working on recovery, but if he cannot recover my music, am I out of luck? Doesn't Itunes keep a record of what you purchase? Did you back up your purchases before you you reinstalled your system? If you erased your drive then the purchases will have been erased along with everything else. If you didn't make a back-up of your purchases to restore from (as you are advised to do) then I'm sorry to say that the policy on lost purchases is that you have to pay to download them again:

Is there a way to transfer my non-purchases from my Ipod Touch back to my Itunes? My computer caught a virus and I had to reformatt the disk and of course like a fool didn't have anything backed up. I have been able to transfer my purchases, but what about non-purchases like my pics and other downloaded music? Will I be able to sync and add new purchases my pod again without losing the exsisting library? Please help!

if you still have your crashed computer get one of your techie friends to make your old hard drive into an external hard drive- they can get a sleeve for it from new egg or a supplier like that- you hook it up to your new computer, via USB connections, transfer the itunes folder to the new itunes folder in your new computer then import that folder into the itunes library on the internet site...........go to file then import folder and find your folder- mine was itunes music-

Have you looked at the Knowledge Base article [[Recovering important data from an old profile]]? There are steps in there that might help you. You might just want to create a new profile and start fresh.

You cannot.
You buy one and only one download. It is your responsibility to move/copy/backup your music.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer files/docs/pics/music/etc.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.

That article only applies to previously purchased music, apps and books.
Currently iTunes does not allow for re-downloading movies. This may happen in the future with iCloud, but that remains to be seen.
