Computer crashed when Downloading an album
Hi,
I've just bought an album of 14 tracks and due to Photoshop CS4 crashing, I had to switch off my iMac, I lost tracks 5/6/7.
Will I have to buy them again? Or can I re-start the download? Tried Store/Download and it thinks it's all ok! But it's not!!!!

If you have clicked "Check for Available downloads" and there are none, then go to your purchase history and click "Report a Problem", report the problem and Apple should resolve within a day.

My computer died after 3 songs were downloaded out of 16 songs. So I have 13 songs on the album that I purchsed that I didn't get.

If I understand correctly, you have the music on another computer already, is that correct?

I recently got an iphone5. Ever since I have downloaded my iphone pictures to my photo gallery on my PC, my computer crashes when i'm in photo gallery. Any suggestions? I also downloaded itunes as well as icloud when I got my iphone5.
No, your iPhone and your iPad should not appear in the finder.
I'm not sure what you mean about downloading photos with iPhoto being double handling, but you can download direct to a folder with Image Capture. Image Capture can also be used to delete photos from the Camera Roll on the iPhone or iPad (preferrably after they are downloaded).
You can remove the photos you synced from your phone with iTunes by syncing again with an empty folder, That will delete all the photos that were previously synced that way, replacing them with the contents of the empty folder (that is, nothing). This will not effect photos takes with the camera on your iPhone. -
Firefox crashing when downloading pictures.
Whenever I try to download a picture file (.pgn, .jpg etc), Firefox stops working and I either have to wait for it to close or terminate the process myself. Picture files will be downloaded despite of Firefox crashing, and they are not corrupted or incomplete. It may not crash when downloading other files types, but those files will not even be downloaded even though it shows as finished in Firefox.
I also deleted downloads.sqlite like the troubleshooting told me and tested it, I have tried to delete everything Mozilla on my computer and reinstall it, and I have started it with all extension turned off, but it's the same.I did tell it to delete everything during the uninstallation, but even then there were a few files left which I deleted manually.
The rest of my information can be viewed on the right side, by clicking More System Details. If not, here it is. Some is in Norwegian, but you'll make out what is what; most is in English.

My computer crashes when I try to export from iMovie. What is the problem.
Why does my computer crash when I try to export it?
Does it happen with different iMovie projects or does it keep doing it with the same one? Might be a corrupt movie file.
Do you have iLife 11 on disc? If so you might try reinstalling iMovie and try it again, first without updating anything, and if that works then try updating and see if the problem comes back. It could also just be that iMovie is corrupt. -

I upgraded to an Adobe PDF annual pack a few hours ago but my computer crashed during download. Does anyone know if/how I can access the download again

Computer crashing when using Spot Healing Tool ~ PSE9
Why does my computer "Crash" when I use the "Spot Healing" tool. While using the "Guided" edit for "Perfect Portait" every other tool works just fine, but when I go to do the "Spot Healing" it crashes. Weather I am in the "Guided" edit or to use it on it's own. This is my 1st attempt using PSE 9 and this feature. HELP!!
Try clicking on the drop down icon under the word file - then choose reset all tools.

IPhoto crashes when downloading photos from Iphone 4S
iPhoto crashes when downloading photos from iPhone 4S.
I am running 10.6.8 with iPhoto 9.2.1 and iPhone 4S with latest iOS5.
When i try downloading the pics it stops and have to force quit.
I have tryed deleting the 3vix file as suggested on other threads but it is not present.
Any help would be appraciated!

Computer crash when Launching Xsplit
As the topic says the computer crashes when I try to Launch Broadcaster. I don't use Gamecaster as I like Broadcaster better, but it crashes on both anyway.
I have the GT72 2QE, all drivers updated, Xsplit updated.You can check if there is any third-party software which might cause the conflict first .

Firefox crashes when downloading attachments
For the past several months I have been having an issue with Firefox 3.6.8 and previous version(s) where it crashes when downloading a file. I download many PDFs from the web and our doc control system, so it usually happens on PDFs, but I have had it crash on an Excel 2003 file as well. I download 10 to 20 documents a day and it doesn't crash every day, so it is really random and I can't pin down the exact circumstances nor reliably reproduce it, but it happens a couple times a week. I typically don't close Firefox, so it will be open for up to several days (until it crashes) and I will put my laptop into standby with Firefox open. I will post more information when I can better capture the crash.
I tried all the fixes in https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+crashes+when+trying+to+download+a+file?s=crashes+when+downloading&as=s but I still get crashes either during or immediately after downloading. Almost all of the below crashes were caused by downloading, most, if not all by PDFs. I am using Acrobat 7 right now because I have the Acrobat Standard and prefer that over the newer version that is only a reader. I am going to try changing to the latest reader instead and see if that fixes this.
