Computer won't run games, system restarts. NOT solved ;/

Question

Hi there! My computer started to boot up when playing any newer games (like half-life 2 or FEAR). It doesnt show any errors, just boots up and starts normally. Facts:
- Newer games restarts system only, not old games such as counter-strike 1.6
- 3DMark06 can run without booting 6+ hours
- Newer games i can play like 2 minutes until it restarts
- Windows automatically restart is turned OFF and C:\Windows\minidump doesn't have any files in it
- I don't get any blue screens or errors when it restarts
- Tried without integrated sound chip (without drivers too)
- I have reinstalled Windows and i have all newest updates.
- I have been able to run games before! This started few days ago!
- I have removed old GFX drivers, ran cleaning software and installed new ones (same version).
- My temperatures seems to be normal, here's picture when at desktop:

Some guys says that it's my power supply, how do you explain that my 3DMark06 is stable for 6hours+?
Still keeps crashing/restarting whatever you wanna call it, help me!
Okay... I ran Half-Life 2 like 15minutes without restart so i thought it was fixed, well it wasn't. Tried to play Follow Freeman mod with friend and it rebooted :(
I just ran memtest86 for 6 hours and no errors.

i suggested you replace the psu in an earlier post, i also suggested you test for overheat with a fan and the case open.
i would not have started that PC with such a power supply, weak supply to the system as a whole can cause maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaany issues and i donot have the time to post them all, OR write a multiple page addressing such.
get a psu and start over, the enermax i posted is plenty.
Can't find any single rail PSU's which wasn't out of stock, actually found only one. What do you guys think about this one: BeQuiet Straight Power 500W - +3.3V 30.0A,+5V 30.0A,+12V1 25.0A,+12V2 18.0A (12V 34A), -12V 0.5A,+5Vsb 3.0A.
