Computers not going to the correct DP.

Running into a small issue with one of our Distribution Sites, I have deployed a DP only using https, along with their corresponding Boundary Group,
SCCM is reporting that it deployed successfully. However, When I enabled the Client Push installation, as opposed to going the local DP, the clients are coming back to the Primary site DP, and this is causing network issues. Right now I have eliminated
the situation by disabling the network port on the Primary Server and disabling the Client Push installation. I'll enable the network over the weekend, when the network is not needed. However I still need to figure out why the computers did not
go to the local DP.
Going through the log on several client this is what I am seeing: I replaced my Server names and domain names.

I thought it my be an issue with the certificate, so I a deleted it on the server, re-enrolled, exported it using to export the private key, and selected .PFX, I did not select any sub options for certification path, deleting the private key, or export
all extended properties. Applied a password and copied, and inserted it into the properties for the DP, with the same password. But that didn't alleviate the issue, as I assume since the clients were already pulling from the Primary site, there
was no way to re-direct them. But I don't know if that will fix the issue, is there any way I can test to verify this?
Or am I going down the wrong rabbit hole?

I have my DPs as HTTPS only, and I am curious, prior to install the DPs I enrolled the server to the certificate and exported it to the Primary Server. I am curious if we set up the wrong type of certificate, the certificate's intended purpose is
Server Authentication. According to this: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/230dfec0-bddb-4429-a5db-30020e881f1e#BKMK_clientdistributionpoint2008_cm2012 - It should be Workstation Authentication Certificate?

Exchange rate difference not going to the correct GL account

Hello,
In the transaction OB09, I have given the GL account 702000 for exchange rate difference realized loss and gain.
I have also maintained the exchange rates in the transaction OB08.
In transaction F-44(clear vendor), I give the foreign curreny(EUR) in the entry screen. When I do a charge off difference, however, I need to enter the amount in local currency(USD) because our bank operates in the local currency. When I do a document simulate, it puts the exchange rate difference into another GL account (703030 - that we have defined for unauthorized deductions) and not the one defined for the exchange rate difference(702000). This does not happen if I enter the amount also in the foreign currency.
Could anyone tell me the reason for this and the correction measures.
Any helpful suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

The original problem is resolved. The current exchange rate was not getting uploaded to the system and as a result, the old exchange rate was being used. So it was putting the difference into the other account.
That has given rise to another problem. We use the TBEX to upload exchange rates from a centrally maintained spreadsheet. The upload is giving the following errors:
Securities master data EUR do not exist!
Interest rate master data CNY is missing
Suggestions and correction measures will be greatly appreciated.

My Localroot folder is C:\Gods Plan Web\
The site map layout is C:\Gods Plan Web\Index.htm
The folder for the remote site is /public_html/
Should the local root folder mirror the remote site, i.e./public_html/
if this is so, what should I put into the
(a) Local Root Folder box?
(b) site map layout box?
The FTP is performing well other than changing the intended file.

You should be uploading only the contents of your local root to the public_html folder (remote root).
The index.html you use as your site's home page needs to be in your site root. If you look at your Files window in DW, you should have something like the following...
Site - Whatever you named your site
     index.html
     images
     pages
          page1.html
          page2.html
If you have any folder between Site - and the index.html page, like...
Site - Whatever you named your site
     mywebsite
          index.html
It will upload to the public_html while still in that folder, so to find your page online, you would need to type something like...
www.mydomain.com/mywebsite
public_html should NOT appear within your local files and if it existed there, would cause a redundancy if uploaded. You would need to type www.yourdomain.com/public_html to see the uploaded pages.
If you could post a screen shot of your expanded Files window while connected to the server (just connect and click the Expand button in Files, don't drill down into any of the directories), we may be able to see the issue.

IPod not going to sleep correctly

Hi there,
I am having an issue with my iPod 5G not going to sleep correctly. When I select the "Sleep" function on the menu screen the iPod with stop responding to the wheel, as per normal, BUT the screen only fades and does not blank itself completely. I can still see the menu items.
Is this right? I though the screen blanks completely, to save on battery power.
Advice and thoughts needed...cheers

Hi, I have managed to change the battery of my Ipod
mini, but still after the Ipod is fully charged the
battery life still lasts only a few hours....
My assumption after reading all the technical
documents, is that even though the Ipod mini appears
to go to sleep (either by itself or after the play /
pause) button is pressed for a few seconds, that in
fact the Ipod isn't a sleep and the battery runs
down....
I have updated to the latest 1.4.1. software... only
recently happened, and replaced the battery (but
perhaps it didn't need it).
And it's 14 months old so out of warranty...
Does anyone know of issues with sleep mode not
working correctly? Is there a software fix for
this????

No it's not stealing. They have an allowance that you can share with so many computers/devices. You'll have to authorize her computer to play/use anything bought on your acct. You can do this under the Store menu at top when iTunes is open on her computer.
As far as getting it all on her computer....I think but I am not sure (because I don't use the feature) but I think if you turn on Home Sharing in iTunes it may copy the music to her computer. I don't know maybe it just streams it. If nothing else you can sign into your acct on her computer and download it all to her computer from the cloud. Not sure exactly how to go about that, I haven't had to do that yet. I wonder if once you authorize her computer and then set it up for automatic downloads (under Edit>Preferences>Store) if everything would download. Sorry I'm not much help on that.

Did you verify the hard drive before installing the update? You could have had hard drive corruption where the computer did not know where all the files are and something didn't get installed correctly.
Did you repair permissions? The installer may not have been able to overwrite a file if the permissions on files were not set correctly.
Frankly, the easiest thing will be to re-install the operating system from the installer disc. While booted to the disc make sure you run Disk Utility First Aid to repair the drive and permissions, then install. Many of us prefer to download updates from Apple rather than rely upon Software update. we use SU to tell us what we need but we download them separately.
For which operating system was this update? Apple hasn't brought out a new system update for G4s in quite a while.

Where are you looking to download them from ? You might be able to redownload them via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your Mac's iTunes. If that album shows there but doesn't have the cloud symbol against it for redownloading then that implies that it's still in your iTunes library

The TOC in my generated project is not navigating to the correct subfolders

The TOC in my generated project (Multiscreen HTML5/Andriod (Desktop) layout) is not opening to the correct sub folders.
For example, when selecting a Level 1 folder (say the one highlighted in orange), it will jump to a Level 3 list of topics in a completely different level 1 structure (say the list highlighted in green)

I spent last week looking for a solution to that little yellow "!" needle haystack....
It is probably buried where nothing can touch or change it other than what I resorted to and would have saved time, clean install after I made sure to have two backup sets: Windows Easy Transfer plus Paragon clone OS and partitions to drive. Had to spend a full day reinstalling, updates, etc. Careful not to bring back any prefs or data that might be corrupt or wrong.
10.5 and iOS 5 on new iPod 4G works much better though and as they should and no issues like I had with AMS or other services or needing to restart first before launching iTunes.

Fotos not showing in the correct order

Since i updated Apple TV's Firmware to version 5.1 (the latest version), fotos from iPhoto are not displayed in
the correct order anymore. Usually the date when the picture was taken is the order in which fotos are displayed.
Any idea? I couldn't find any settings.
On iPhoto on my Mac, no problem.

Problem solved, it was definetely iPhoto. The latest update a few days ago solved it. Pictures in events are now shown in the same order as in iPhoto again. In my case, the date when the picture was taken.

This can be the result of selecting the wrong driver. An older, unsupported laser printer will sometimes work with the generic Postscript driver.

It sounds like no matter what contact you put into the 'To' field, a different name appears, but the email makes it to the intended recipient. I would recommend a few things here. First, close all the open apps on the device:
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the phone:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If the issue persists, I would next backup your device to iTunes, and restore it:
