ConcurrentModificationException occurs while using RotateTransition

Question

Hello friends, I'm developing a desktop game using JavaFX and I'm facing a serious problem of ConcurrentModificationException which completely hangs my application. Apart from main thread, my application contains some threads which are working independently. Some events (actons) occurs on particular point in time eg rotating a wheel on every fix period. This exception is really uncertain.
I'm not able to recognize  this error. The exception shows some LinkedHashMap, which got modified while traversing it. But its an internal thing which is controlled by main thread, so I don't know how to prevent this exception.
Please help me in this regard.
