Condition details in Sales order using a BAPI
Hi,
I am using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT1 to create a SO.
I want to add the condition type, condition value and condition currency.
I think the table input ORDER_ITEMS_IN is used here.
But confused with the fields. Can u help me figure out which fields to be used.

My problem is , i have created one module pool program for accelerating the Sales Order creation.
I am using the bapi BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 for sales order creation. After executing the program
bapi is given an errot that, incomplete sales order document is saved.
Can any body tell me plz what are the necessary fields i need to take in the header and item level , so that the complete
document will be saved through BAPI.

How to Change a Sales Order using BAPI
Hi All
How can we change the sales document using BAPI as the requirement is
--> First we create a Sales order using a BAPI.
--> If the sales order is changed then we get the changed order information alonge with the old order data in a CSV file.
here i have the problem that we are uncertain which fields will be changed some times we may get the item changes or some times we may get the quantity changed information and some times the condition type may be changed . So how to handle this ?

How to create sales order using BAPI.
Hi all,
I am trying to create sales order using standard BAPI
"BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2". But, even I had entered all mandatory fields, I am unable to create sales order sucessfully.
I had gone through the documentaion of this BAPI and entered these fields.
These are the mandatory fields that which I had tried to create,
ORDER_HEADER_IN :
DOC_TYPE Sales document type
SALES_ORG Sales organization
DISTR_CHAN Distribution channel
DIVISION Division
ORDER_PARTNERS..:
PARTN_ROLE Partner role, SP sold-to party
PARTN_NUMB Customer number

Do we have anymore fields to give as inputs? I am getting this error message as below :
Msg: Personal number 00007176 does not exit.
But, I am not giving any personal number manually. This personal number was having connection with partner role field,
I had reffered this from the VBPA (Sales Document: Partner Table). Now, please suggest me how to solve this?
Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem and create sales order sucessfully.

Quantity update into sales order using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2
Hi All,
I am able to create a sales order using the BAPI "BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2".
But even after assinging the Target_quntity and the Target_quantity_units, the values are not getting updated into the Sales order, but the sales order gets created .
Did anyone of you had a similare problem, how was it solved.

Unable to update sales order unsing the BAPI 'BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE'
Hi All,
I am unable to update the payment method field for some sales orders using the bapi 'BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE'. I am getting the reason in the table RETURN as 'Field 'ZLSCH' cannot be changed, VBAPKOM 000050 ready for input'.
Could anyone throw some light on it.

Without reversing invoice we can't update price and this is standard bevaior which is logical too. For your scenario I am wondering why would you want to change price for a line item or order which is alrady invoiced and posted to FI. What difference would it make to change price in sale order when this has already been posted in FI?

Sales order creation with bapi in webdynpro using table control
When i use table control to update the line items only first row is getting updated in the sale order creation and the loop is not updating the other row to header only the first row is getting saved, for the same set of data sale order is getting created in va01 for multiple line items. i am creating a sales order from the purchase order data.
when my client will send a PO in EDI format, my 3rd party edi tool will convert that edi formatted PO to text format. then i will upload that text formatted PO to my program then i will create a SO from those uploaded PO data using BAPI BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.

Pricing will be carried basing on the pricing

Case1: Prices will be carried out automatically if
necessary condition records are maintained for the
condition type.
For this you can go to Sales Order-> Item Conditions
In the screen you can click on command button Analysis,
which gives you the list of condition types associated
to the pricing procedure. By clicking on the condition
type you can know the action that has taken place.
Case2: Manually forcing prices for Items.
To do this, you have to populate ORDER_CONDITIONS_IN &
ORDER_CONDITIONS_INX. Also note to identify the item
numbers, you manually pass the item number for each item
in the sales order, use the same item number for
populating conditions.

Setting user specific contract data while creating sales order using BAPI
Hi all,
I am creating sales order using BAPI - BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.
Now my problem is that there is no structure for contract data (i.e. VEDA), system automatically set contract data using customization values.
I am doing some validations on cotract data in MV45AFZZ which fails, because these validations are performed on standard values, user specific values r not set.
How to handle this issue, your small clue may help a lot.

Pricing will be carried basing on the pricing
procedure.
Case1: Prices will be carried out automatically if
necessary condition records are maintained for the
condition type.
For this you can go to Sales Order-> Item Conditions
In the screen you can click on command button Analysis,
which gives you the list of condition types associated
to the pricing procedure. By clicking on the condition
type you can know the action that has taken place.
Case2: Manually forcing prices for Items.
To do this, you have to populate ORDER_CONDITIONS_IN &
ORDER_CONDITIONS_INX. Also note to identify the item
numbers, you manually pass the item number for each item
in the sales order, use the same item number for
populating conditions.
Parameters required:
ORDER_CONDITIONS_IN:
ITM_NUMBER, COND_TYPE, COND_VALUE, CURRENCY
ORDER_CONDITIONS_INX:
ITM_NUMBER, COND_TYPE, UPDATEFLAG, COND_VALUE,CURRENCY.

Sales order is getting created successfully but I am getting two condition records in the conditions tab of sales order, one which is filled using the BAPI and the other one which is automatically picked by the system. Please tell me how to restrict the one which is created automatically by the system.
Because I want the one which is created by BAPI only.

Basically, it is an SD customizing issue. During the creation of the Sales Order you cannot "restrict" any other condition type. The SD guys must customize the condition type to allow for zero value so that the sales order is successfully created without this conition type.
