Condition Group1

Hello,
I have a condition type the value of which is depending on the value of Condition Group1 found in the Additional data A tab in the Header. When creating the sales Order I manually enter the value in the Condition Group1 field. The problem here is the value of my condition type is not getting calculated automatically after I manually key in the value of Condition Group1. I have to goto the condition tab and carry out the new pricing using the update fields to get the value calculated. Want to know is there any setting so that the value is calculated automatically else how can I default a value automatically for the Condition Group1 field.

Ravi,
Condition group is maintained in the customer master under "Extras > Additional data". Since you have already created the condition group and maintained pricing on its basis you only need to assign it to the customer master so that it flows by default for that particular customer. The condition value will flow automatically.

How to map fields Condition group1- condition group5 [KDKG1- KDKG5] to CRM

We have a requirement to enhance the BP master data in CRM in such a way that Condition group1- condition group5 of ECC customer master data can be mapped to the BP master data in CRM. This is required because the fields are used in pricing and pricing records needs to be sent to CRM. These fields are not in CRM and SAP suggests an enhancement.
Can anyone suggest how to do the middleware enhancements sothat the field values can be captured in CRM?

Sorry, didn't read it properly. In this case you have to do enhancement. Do the following:
ERP side:
- in sm30 for table TBE24 define new entry for user exit
- in table TPS34 define user exit for process CRM0_200 and some Z function and product from step 1
- define Z function as copy of standard fm SAMPLE_PROCESS_CRM0_200
- define coding for Z function. you will have to append your data to T_BAPISTRUCT which contains data that are sent to CRM
CRM side:
- in sm30 for table TBE24 define new entry for user exit
- in table TPS34 define user exit for process SMOUTIL3 and some Z function and product from step 1
- define Z function as copy of standard fm SAMPLE_PROCESS_SMOUTIL3

VA02 Transaction VBAP & VBKD data sync

Dear Friends
VA02 Transaction, VBAP & VBKD data synchronization issue.
For printing invoice I am retrieving data from VBAP & VBKD For Example I have 18 Records in VBAP table the same time I have only 16 entries in VBKD table the field POSNR not matching with VBKD table. I am retrieving the field KDKG1 Customer Condition Group1. I could not see the relevant data for all line items. Only few of them are available.
Is there any other way to get the field KDKG1 having relationship for VBAP all line items.
Can anybody help me to solve the issue?

Hello,
I think you want add to Additonal Tab A - You just need to add to VA01 no need to add VA02. FYI there is no screen exit given by SAP There fore direct SAP screen modifiction is required here same many persons in this forum is discussed.
1) add what ever fields you want to add to screen in VBAP as include structure.
2) go se51 by taking access add what ever fields you have added in VBAP to screen.
3) that's it you dont need any programming unless if u need any validations on those fields.

Problem with F4 option for one field

Hi,
While creating pricing condition records (VK11), one field is not having F4 option. That field is KGKG1 (Condition group1).
Ihave created one table with s.org, dist.channel and condition group1 (KDKG1).
While creating onle this problem. While changing and displaying the F4 option (i am able to select the values from list) available.
What would be the reason. Is it require to change in table like domain, fields.
Please help me to solveit out.

you can create new condition groups here.
IMG>Logistics - General>Business Partner>Customers>Control>Define Condition Groups.
Goto Customer master maintain condition groups.
XD01/02. goto general data , In Menu select Extras and choose additional data. maintain condition group for customer.

CASE Statement in Where Condition with Multi Valued parameter in SSRS

I am little confused while using CASE statement in Where condition in SSRS. Below is my scenario:

So above query uses WHERE condition with CASE statement from @GROUP parameter. I want to pass this parameter as multi- valued parameter and hence I have used CASE statement IN (@GROUP).
For @Date one dataset will pass the available and default values and
for @GROUP parameters, another dataset will pass the available and default values.
But this is not working as expected. Please suggest me where I am making mistake in the query.

According to your description, I create a sample report in my local environment. It works as I expected. In your scenario, if the selected values from the Date parameter contains some of the Date field values, the selected values from the GROUP parameter
contains some of GROUPS (‘GROUP1’,’GROUP2’,’GROUP3’,’GROUP4’) and the corresponding when statement is executed , then the dataset returns the corresponding values.
In order to trouble shoot this issue, could you tell us what results are you get and what’s your desired results? If possible, you can post the sample data with sample dataset, then we can make further analysis and help you out.

Error while creating a pricing condition record.

I am trying to use the Material Group 1 (MVGR1) field from the field catalog to create a pricing condition table(9 series). I was able to create the table with MVGR1 as one of the columns but when I try to maintain condition records in the table, System gives me the following error. I have maintained certain values in the config for material group1. there is neither F4 values for the field Material group nor I can type in config values of MVGR1 in that field. I am getting this error. Any help on how to get past this issue will be highly appreciated.

The system issues an error message.
Procedure
Check the entry and make the necessary corrections. Note any relationships between the individual fields. Entries in other fields may also be incorrect.
Example: There are two fields for maintaining the country and region. These fields are linked. The country chosen would be permitted if it were by itself. So would the region. But the region may not be in the the country chosen. In this case, an error message is issued. The country should then be corrected, not the region!

Condition Record is not picking

Dear All,
We are facing the problme while creating Sales Order.
It showing Pricing error: Mandatory condition VR00 is missing
I have done the follwoing activities:
1.Created New Table with MVGR1 and MVGR2 (Material Group1 and 2) and Gennerated
2.Created the new Acess Sequence and assigned to Newly created table
3.Assigend the Acess Sequence to Condition type
4. Created the condition records in VK11
While creating the Sales Order it is showing Pricing error: Mandatory condition VR00 is missing
In the Analysis it is showing Condition record is missing
Please Guide me where im doing the mistake

Hi Vinay,
If you are getting the error like that means,
In your pricing procedure apart from PR00, other condition type VR00 has been put check box as Mandatory.
Remove that check now you will not be getting that error.
See, you might be mainaianted condition record for PR00, for which its taking properly. But you might not maintained condition record for VR00. Check it out once. Mainainte condition record for VR00 or remove check box for "MANDATORY" in your pricing procedure.

Help with conditional build expressions

I'm using RoboHelp HTML and creating WebHelp Pro layouts. I
want to create five (or more) different versions of the Help tool
for our various groups of users.
Here's what I'd like to do: Create a conditional build tag
for each of the versions (i.e. each of our groups of users). I
could name them as follows:
group1
group2
group3
group4
group5
Then, I would associate each topic with one or more of the
build tags. For example, topic1 may be for group1 and group2;
topic2 may be for group1 and group4. Etc.
The problem is thus: When I want to create the version for,
say, group1, my expression ends up excluding the other groups. In
the end, this omits any topics associated with group1 that are also
associated with the other build tags (i.e. the other groups).
Is there an expression I can use to prevent these topics from
being omitted? Perhaps the use of parentheses?
The only solution I've used is tedious: I create many build
tags--one for each variation. For example, I'd have a
group1group2group3 build tag, a group1group3 build tag, a
group1group4 build tag, etc. Then, I just associate one build tag
with each topic. When I'm creating a version for group1, for
example, I'd just include all topics with a build tag that includes
group1 (e.g. group1, group1group3, group1group2group3, et. al.). I
omit the others (e.g. group2group3, group2group4,
group2group3group4group5...et. al.).
As you can imagine, this solution is problematic. First, I
have to create and keep track of many many build tags. Then, if I
want to create another version of Help, I need to change all the
build tags to include this new group.
I'm sure there must be a better build tag expression for what
I'm trying to accomplish. Please help! Thanks!

There is indeed an expression! Unfortunately, the option is
normally hidden, so it can be tricky to find. Here's what you do:
1. Define the build tags.
2. Apply them to your topics. OVERLAPPING IS ENCOURAGED! That
is to say, you can assign tag1, tag2, and tag3 to a single topic.
3. Right-click the desired layout and select Properties.
4. Click the Define button to the right of the Conditional
Build Tag drop-down menu. The Define Conditional Build Tag
Expression dialog will appear.
5. Click the Advanced button. The Advanced area will appear
at the bottom of the dialog.
6. Select a tag from the Available Conditional Build Tags
drop-down menu.
7. Click the Add Tag button. The selected tag will appear in
the Conditional Build Tag Expression display window.
8. Click the AND button.
9. Select another tag from the drop-down menu.
10. Click the Add Tag button.
11. Repeat steps 8-10 for each tag you wish to add to the
expression.
12. Click the OK button to close the dialog.
13. Click the Save button to save your layout with the new
build expression.
That's it! The trick is to use the ADVANCED button in the
Define Conditional Build Tag Expression dialog. Doing so allows you
to build inclusional expressions rather than exclusional
expressions, so you can avoid the hassle you described in your
post. Using this method, I defined two build tags (A and B) and
applied them to three topics as follows:
* Topic 1: Tag A
* Topic 2: Tag B
* Topic 3: Tags A and B
I then defined an expression that simply included tag A. When
I compiled my help, topics 1 and 3 appeared in the output, but
topic 2 did not.

Just wondering if the following is possible.
I have created users and groups,

I have assigned the users to the groups as follows;

In my table I have a column called Visibility values will be either "Internal Only" and "Public".
Is there a way I can use a conditional query that will do the following;

Conditional disply

Have a drop down list of 5 items (Group1-5), one text field to enter associated no that pertains to each group, then sql report will fire up based on the input
1. how do you make this text fied to be a conditional display: ie. This text field should not show up unless user click one of the drop down item. I tried "request is containied within express 1" and type express1 as &P_ item in ('group1','group2'...'group5') . But this is not working
2. When the text field is displyed , I would like to have the data mask come up that already prefix the input field. For example : group1 use GP1xxxx, group2 use WK2XXX ....

Hi Zen,
To do both (that group2 WK2XXX messed it up a bit) you'll first need to change your LOV. Include your prefix as the return value e.g.:
STATIC2:group1;GP1,group2;WK2 etc. You also want your LOV to Display null (so clicking Yes).
With your text field you want it's conditional display to be:
Value of Item in Expression 1 NOT NULL
and Expression 1 to be your LOV item e.g. P_ITEM (no colon).
To get the value into this text field you then need to alter the text field Source
Source Used: Always, replacing any existing value in session state
Source Type: Item (application or page item name)
P_ITEM (no colon).
This example is with the idea that P_ITEM is the name of your LOV...change if not. Under the Element section of the text field set the maximum width to whatever you want it to be e.g. 8 for 8 characters long. I don't know about masking but if you just wanted the XXX displayed then you could just have the return value to be like: STATIC2:group1;GP1XXXXX,... problem with that is that the X's won't overwrite the user would have to delete them before entering new values.
imo this is ok for your problem (providing you ignore my stupid solution to the XXX mask) generally though...initial part prepared, limited to the fixed code length, only displays when a value is selected etc.

ME22N - Conditions tab - Set fields as output only

How could I block the fields "Amout"(KOMV-KBETR), "Currency" (RV61A-KOEIN), "condition price unit" (KOMV-KPEIN), "Condition Unit for document" (KOMV-KMEIN), "Numerator for converting condition units to base units" (KOMV-KUMZA) and "Denominator for converting condition units to base units" (KOMV-KUMNE) for input in the CONDITIONS tab on ME22N ?
I tried to find it out via customizing but with no sucess. Maybe because it is a table control.

You should write the code in the PBO of each subscreen .
inside the LOOP.....ENDLOOP for the table control you have to write the code for Display only.You can write your logic in the module

I have an issue with pricing condition ZPRO (basic price ).
users created a sales order, and the basic price ZPRO which is mannual is added twice ,now i want to put a check so that condition tpye zpro is not accepted twice by the system. please let me know how can i restrict system from accepting condition type zpro twice during sales order.

Hi,
Solution for this is very simple. Don't make any changes to the sales order user exit. Use condition exclusion for the condition type.
Do customization in the following path of IMG
Sales and distribution---- > Basic Functions--- > Pricing--
> Condition exclusion -- > Condition exclusion for groups of conditions
First In Define condition exclusion groups you have to define condition exclusion group (ZXXX)
Then in Assign condition types to the exclusion groups you have to assign condition type to the exclusion group (ZXXX ZPRO)
Then in Maintain Condition exclusion for pricing procedures select the pricing procedure where you have the problem and click Exclusion box present in Dialog structure box
You will be faced with Change view exclusion overview screen Click new entries
You will be faced with New entries overview of added entries screen.
Take serial no as 10 Condition exclusion procedure as B (Best condition with in condition type) In the exclusion group1 add the exclusion group ZXXX.
Save it and create order.
In the order pricing you will again observe that ZPRO appearing twice but only one will be active.
Changing user exit for this issue is not at all required and it must be only the last resort Try replicating the issue in your sand box system. As I had mentioned it will be picked twice but only one will be active.

Error in creation of a condition record

Hi to all, I've this error when I try to create a condition record :
Implementation of Method FIELD_CHECK/DEFAULT_VALUE_SUGGESTION for BAdI /SAPCND/ROLLNAME for filter ZIUSERSTATUS is missing
Message no. /SAPCND/MAINTENANCE719
Diagnosis
Implementation of BADI /SAPCND/ROLLNAME or method FIELD_CHECK/DEFAULT_VALUE_SUGGESTION is missing for the filter characteristic ZIUSERSTATUS.
If, however, the implementation is correct (see BADI Interface Documentation) and active, there is an error in the condition maintenance layer.
System Response
An exception or error occurred because condition maintenance cannot check, convert or lock/unlock the fields of a condition record.
Procedure
Contact the department responsible for carrying out the missing implementation in the case of application fields in the customer namespace. SAP is responsible for SAP fields which are set in the field catalog (/SAPCND/CTFC) and delivered, and if the field is supported as a possible field in a condition table. SAP is also responsible for the implementation of usage fields for SAP applications, just as with condition technique fields.
In cases where SAP is responsible, contact your responsible support organization.

IF Condition in RTF Help text

I have RTF template which contains the field to display the column name. Below are my help text.
COLUMN1 is my XML tag and displaying AQUA color in my excel output.
<?COLUMN1?><xsl:attribute xdofo:ctx="block" name="background-color">Aqua</xsl:attribute>From above scenario, i need to add one more condition if there is no value in my XML tag then don't display the field in my excel output. For example. I have COLUMN1 and COLUMN2 XML Tag. Only COLUMN1 contains the value but COLUMN2 not. In my excel output the COLUMN2 value should not display.

IF and ABS condition statement in BEX query designer

Hi,
I would like to ask the best way for me to produce an acceptable result from Excel IF and ABS Condition statement.
The condition statement that I have on my Excel file is
=IF((A2-B2)>0,ABS(A2-B2),0)
I'm trying multiple times to reproduce this in BEX Query designer, unfortunately I'm getting a bad result or unacceptable formula.
Anyone who could help me with my issue?
