Condition record data transfer

I have a scenario where condition record data from ECC needs to be transferred to MDM.
I can see COND_A01,COND_A02 idocs in ECC .Pl can you tell me which one is relevant for ALE data transfer.
Is there any transaction/report (For example BD10 is used for material data transfer) which can generate idoc of condition record and distribute it to receiver
Pl can you suggest on this.

I think there is no standard program for distributing Condition records.
As suggested by Eshwar use COND_A02.
u are distributing only Condition records to MDM that means u have condition record repository over there.
i don't know what is the mian program to create Condition Records .
see is a way to attach output types to that and NACE configurations to distribute it.

To search for data/all the relevant condition for a particular condition type(like for example PR00) for a particular date range you can got to VK13 and give that particular condition type for which you want the data for.After giving he condition type click on key combinations and choose for which condition you want the data for.
Like for example I want to fetch the data for PR00 then I will go to VK13 ,give PR00 then choose the relevant combination and then take a F1 for the first field.by this I will be able to determine the table in which all the condition data is stored for the particular combination.Like for the combination of sales org./dist channel./customer/material we have the table A815.Now by going to SE16 and giving table as A815 i will be able to fetch all the relevant data.(in your case based upon the valid from and valid to date).You can also use table KONP for a particular condition record number details.

BAPI for creation of condition records MEK1 tcode

BAPI_PO_CREATE1. But in these two PO number is the mandatory field. In mek1 tcode, for particular condtion type key combination i dont have any PO field that time i will use this FMs. Please give me advice regarding this.
I am also facing some other problem i.e to change the routing master data. I alreay downloded data from routing master in excel and i did changes in excel. Now i';ll upload the excel to sap that will update the routing master. If u have any idea for updating the routing master data.please send me the fm.

Trace changes to Output Condition Records MN05

Hi Friends
Is there any way to trace changes to Output Condition Records made via MN05 ? NACH table gives initial creation of the condition record, date of creation, User ID of who created it, etc. This table also displays the updated changes but not the change history, as to who changed and when it was changed.

No these changes are not logged in CDHDR and CDPOS. there, only expected changes are logged, means there is a program part in the application program that is resposible to write this change logs.
In this thread we are speaking about table change logs. Hence the table name you have to enter is the condition table for which you have set the log indicator in SE11.

For Init without data transfer showing records 0 from 0

Hi all,
Iam doing Init without data transfer to ODS. In the ODS manage it is showing 1 from 1 which is correct. This ODS data is automatically updated to a cube. There in the cube manage it is showing 0 from 0. My mappings in update rules also correct , but why it is not giving 1 from 1.
In the cube manage the status is showing green but in the monitor of cube always it is yellow.

Hi Ram
If you load data with INIT without data transfer then system shows the defualt record in the monitor.
If check that record in the PSA then you dont find it and on the cube as well.
If the load is green with 1 record then extractor working fine.It's not actaully a data reocrd.

How to extract data for condition records with different valid periods

Dear Gurus,
There was an error in the recent condition records price upload. Now, i want to extract the data into excel file depending on different valid dates. Please let me know how can i do this... in the extracted file i would like to have fields like, valid on and valid to dates, condition type, price list type, material, condition record no. , last changed date, last changed user id etc., please suggest...thanks in advance..

only thing you need to take care is table join for fields datab ( valid from) and tatbi (valid to) you need to take from right table which are present A-table,

Validity date of condition records (creation of info records using LSMW)

Hello gurus,
we would like to create info records using LSMW with one condition record (PB00). This works fine, we just are not able to influence the validity of the condition record, it's always "creation date until 31.12.9999".
We tried to maintain the fields BKONP-DATAB and BKONP-DATBI, but that did not change anything.
Any ideas on this?

One additional question: When I import info records using LSMW, one condition record (PB00) is created automatically. Is it possible to change the validity of that condition record using LSMW, too? Or can I only create new condition records?

to pick up the condition records from the table table konv with respect to the p.o no and also schedule line with condition values from table A016 any data souce and any data target are available in standard.

Adding condition records to BP in condition tab of genaral data

Hi Experts,
I wanted to add condition records to a BP in condition tab of general data through BAPI. I tried to look for available BAPIs and could not find one. Is there any BAPI or FM to achieve this.

I tried with below method :
While keeping the expression as it is :
'([Measures].[On Time jobs]/[Measures].[Total Jobs])*100'
What I did was in the partition tab, i choose option "Query binding" (instead of Table binding) and over there I mentioned the condition
WHERE Line_Number=1
So it should do the calculations only for the first line.
Is this approach also correct ?

Transfer of condition records

hi guys,
I have couple of questions regardign the transfer of the conidtiopn records from R/3 to CRM
IF we trying to create a new condition table ex A922 in R/3 do we need to create a new adpater object ZDNL_COND_A922 or we can download using the adpater object DNL_CUST_CNDALL.
All the condition types i mean Zxx which are created in R/3 how are they transferred to CRM .Are they transferred using the adapter object or they need to be created manaully in CRM system

Hi,
Every condition customising including conditioin types and condition tables are downloaded into CRM from R/3 using Adapter object DNL_CUST_CNDALL.
But, the condition tables downloaded like this will be empty. This means they wont haev any condition record.
In order to bring condition records too, you need to create an Adapter object.
If the condition table is a standard condition table (say A340), then a standard Adapter object exists with name DNL_COND_A340.
If its a manually created condition table say A922, then you have to create an adapter object ZDNL_COND_A922. This can be created by copying any standard ada[pter object adn modify it accordingly...
Now jsut download this adapter object and it will bring all your condition records for the condition table.

Valid from date:- The date from which the said condition type is applicable. For example, in VK11, if you changed (let us assume PR00 changed to Rs.250 from 200) a condition with a date as 01-06-08 in the above field, only from 1st of June'08, whatever sale orders you generated, revised value of Rs.250 will flow in the respective sale orders. Whatever created b4 1st June'08 will be having Rs.200.
Valid on :- As in the above case, if you input a date as 30-05-08 for the above condition type, system will populate Rs.200/- and if you input 01-06-08, it will propose Rs.250/-.
Hope this explanation is suffice for you to understand the difference between the two fields.

go to the desired tcode in display mode ex:"VV33" to see that condition type tables, then give ur condition type and press CONDITION INFORMATION button in application tool bar and u reach one screen and press "execute" in application tool bar and u reach one more screen and in that screen press "control+F8" then u can reach one more screen there it dispalys the desired table of urs.

AndrewYup. Use System.currentTimeMillis() to get time in ms just before the transfer and right after the transfer is done. If you want accurate data transfer rate, you will have to do more work than take the difference of the two times...
