Condition Table ganeration Error.

Hi All,
The system allows me to create the condition table, but when I try to generate it, I get the error&Information below: (but I could generate table Z663)
Error: Activation was interrupted.
Information: Reports and screens for table A653 marked for generation.
Could you please help in this problem.

I discovered this while trying to create a single, large table for my condition type/access sequence using the Hierarchy Pricing technique so that I would have more field combination options available to me without having to create them all on individual tables that have to be sequenced correctly. My first thought when I got the error was that it is unfortunate that SAP has restricted us to 16 key fields, but that is probably an attempt to save us from ourselves. It was my intention to create a single table with 22 fields!
I am now working on a series of Hierarchy/optimized tables in my condition type/access sequence which is forcing me into the adoption of some "best practices" such as pricing at the sold-to level, not the ship-to level. So I guess it is all for the best. I will just have to be a better pricing designer than I wanted to be.

Error in updating condition table 372

While saving Excise Invoice I am facing error 'Error in updating condition table 372'.Could you please solve this probelm?

I done this--by doing some configuration changes.
Normally while doing Exports we are tempted to use the same sales area and accordingly we may give the combination of excise grp+series grp+export type in IMG>>>Logistics General>>>India>>>Business transactions>>>Outgoing excise invoices>>>Maintain default excise groups and series groups.
Once after removing the export type to your sales area combination--system will show this error--and we cannot even post the Excise invoices.(J1IIN)
I tried in my IDES--that with export type(Ex.Export under Bond)--with this assignment--i am able to post my excise invoices.
Once after removing this assignment of export type--again i am getting this error.
Actually i am not even aware why it is happening--almost after two months of struggle--i find this.
(i feel it is in the same way that we cannot even open/See a sales order by deleting sales group which was created&used previously)
i am sharing this because somebody may get a little help with my thread.
Mark this if helpful--there by others can easily find this thread.

Error Updating table condition table 372 in J1IIN

Hello all,
I am facing the problem while working in ECC 6.0 environment in the transaction code J1IIN.
I have maintained the condition type JEXP ( A/R BED %) as 14% with the Key combination Country/Plant/Control Code (Table 357). While iam saving the Excise invoice the system is throwing the error like error updating the table condition table 372
I have gone through the post given by Ms. Jyoti few days back and tried to do some changes in the customisation.
I tried to maintain a different access sequence for the condition type JEXP i.e a new Access sequence(ZJEX) and also a new condition tpe (ZJEP). We don't have other Excise condition type in our Pricing procedure.
In the access sequence except condition table 372, I have maintained all other condition tables.
Still the error is persisiting. Can anyone put some light on the issue.
I have even traced the values being hit in the tables directly. There is no relation of table 372, then why is it being cause of the error.
Also while debugging it gives a message "An exception (CX_BADI_INITIAL_REFERENCE) occured".
Does this help in anyways.

Please ensure that access sequence in the condition type JEXC has got the table 372. If it is not there please maintain it.
The standard access sequence used in all duty condition type
is JEXC which has got the table 372 this will get updated once
you save your excise invoice.
If the issue is resolved, kinldy close the message.

Custom condition Table Error

Hi
I am trying to download a custom condition table A807 from R3 to CRM.
I did maintain the field and created a Adapter object naming ZDNL_COND_A807 and tried intial download.
But I am getting error as one of the field is intial.
Please let me know what you did to resolve the issue as I see you too were trying to download a custom contidion table.

Check: See if all the fields for your customizing table are available in CRM.
Check table CND_MAPC_CNV_FLM for SAP standard fields.
If not, proceed as folowing:
1 - insert a new entry in table CND_MAPM_CNV_FLM (via SM30) without conversion if the field as the same value in CRM,
or with conversion if the field has a different value in CRM example: sales org value in CRM is different from R/3)
2 - Insert the same fields in structure CND_MAPT_ACS_REM_CUST
3 - Create the same fields in the field catalogue of CRM (this will add new entries to structure CRMT_ACS_I_PRE)
4 - Implement BADI CRM_COND_COM_BADI and in method ITEM_COMMUNICATION_STRUCTURE insert a code to send the content
of your field to the pricing communication strucuture to IPC. For instance:
u had to add the field route to my communication structure so I add the following code in that method:
METHOD IF_EX_CRM_COND_COM_BADI~ITEM_COMMUNICATION_STRUCTUR E.
CS_ACS_I_COM-ZZROUTE = CS_ACS_I_COM-GEOROUTE.
ENDMETHOD.
ZZROUTE is the field from my custom pricing table
GEOROUTE is the field in my sales order.
5 - Then download DNL_CST_CNDALL again and your
Z_DNL_CUST_A<R3table> again.

Error in generating the condition table.. pls help urgent

I have some condition tables to be generated in CRM from ECC.
i am getting the following error for 2 tables : " Generation for application CRM, Usage PR and table CUS601 failed".
But other tables data has been corectly downloaded from ECC to CRM.
I m checking the status in SLG1. and i use tcode : CND_MAS_GEN_OBJECTS.
Kindly help me this,

Basically the issue is like this now.
Im trying to download the confition tables data from R3 to CRM. so in CRM...
when i manually try to start initial download the object for a table by R3AS, tcode..
the bdocs are been in intermeditate state in CRM. with yellow.
when i try to reprocess it is throughing a short dump( reason telling : already a record is been availble in table : CNLCRMPRSCALEDIM, trying to insert again.
So m not understanding what the issue would be..
Could you please help me with this. im really in dead situation.

i need fast solve to the following error:
when i replicate table from ERP to CRM the standard table 140 replicate to SAP140
but the condition type don't replicate in the standard table
with error
At least one field name for the condition table is initial
Appl. CRM usage PR and table SAP140: Inactive version is inconsistent

Please map the field AUART_SD using the note 514952. Once done please do the customizing download again.
This should solve the inactive table issue.
You might also check note 441083.

check the access seq JST1 from the following route
SPRO > Financial Accounting >Financial Accounting Global Settings > Tax on Sales/Purchases > Basic Settings > Check Calculation Procedure > Access sequece
There might b the condition table missing, either enter valid conditon table or remove the ACNO(acess no) from the JST1 access sequene.

Unit of measure in condition table

Hi,
I'm creating a new condition type and it should be maintained in MEK1/2/3.
The new condition type is copied from RUC1.
According to the business requirement, I have set REST as the access sequence to the new condition type.
Requirement;
1. The condition record should be determined by vendor
2. The validity period will not in use (i.e. 1900/01/01-9999/12/31)
3. The unit of measure of the material to be purchased can be either PCE or PR
Issue;
It seems I can create a condition record per one vendor per only one UoM.
I have create a condition record for PCE, and set a scale 1PR = 1PCE for that condition record.
However, when I've tried to create a PO, I've got a quantity conversion error.
Does any one know how I can configure the 2 UoM for one vendor?
Restriction;
The material master is shared with other companies.
Therefore, we cannot maintain material master for this local requirement.
It has to be managed only by configuration.
Your help would be much appreciated.

Test once by using your own custom condition table.
Create a condition table for the fieldCatlg Vendor, Material, Oder Unit etc (as per your requirement)
Then rest of all as per your settings. Then you can maintain the condition record as per order unit.

Adding custom fields to the condition table in CRM

Hi all,
Our requirement is to download the sales conditions type from R3 to the CRM system. In one of the condition table we are trying to add shipping point( VSART ) and Special processing indicator (SDABW).
For that we have added the fields in the structure CND_MAPT_ACS_REM_CUST (Comm. Structure Condition Exchange Customer Exit R/3 Fields) and we have added the fields in the field catelog in transaction ( /SAPCND/CTCT - Maintain Condition Tables). Then we have mapped these fields in the view V_CND_MAP_CNVFLD.
Finally we run the adapter object of that particular table to download the details from R3, but the condition table in CRM is not getting activated, so the adapter object is giving the error.
Please help in this.

Creation of Customized field for Pricing Condition tables

Hi Friends
I have a requirement to create a Pricing condition table with Customized field starts with 'Z' and
Field length should be more than 80.
After creating New Customized Field, system is not allowing to create Pricing Condition table and giving error 'Too Many fields selected (larger than 100 bytes)'.
Could you please advice how to over come this error and Maximum field to create Pricing condition table .

Hi there,
Table & table attributes are defined by the ABAPers. Not by finctional consultants.
You need to have an access key to define new tables & access sequence.
Check with your ABAPer. He will be able to help you with that.

When i try to create a condition table with 2 fields Movement type/plant combination
i am getting this warning message

i pressed enter to pass the warning message

How to Increase the Length of Condition table in OV20

While creating a condition table in T.code OV20 if fields length is more that 50 bytes table is not getting generated.it gives error as Too Many Fields Selected(More than 50 Bytes).
Actually i need to create a tabel with Basic Material(WRKST) which has length of 48 bytes.
Is there a solution on how to increase the length so that error is avoided.
