Condition Tables and Condition Types

Hello,
I need to Define the condition tables, Access Sequence,Condition types.I need steps to do this in COPA under master data/valution/Define Condition and costing sheets. Please let me know how i do it or any info regarding this.

Hi Sekhar
Check the config in M/06 for condition types.
Condition types are pricing elements (Price, discount, freight, insurance etc).
Some condition types have access sequence assigned to them (check in M/06). Access sequence facilitates users to maintain condition masters (check Txn MEK1) from which condition types&rates can be defaulted in 'conditions' screen in PO.
Condition tables (Txn M/05) are used in Acces Sequence (check the settings in M/07). They contain the key fields for which condition master(Txn MEK1) can be maintained.

  • Pricing condition table and condition type question

    hi guys,
We can use same condition table in pricing for multiple condition types.I am wondering how system knows which condition records should be applicable for which condition type in the same table.
I know the structure KOMV has those details, but thats used during the run time.
Do we have database table which preserve this relation /link ? Please help.
I also would like to know the  tables / fields /structures  which can be used at run time for defining requirements in pricing procedures.
    Thanks
    Dona

    Hi,
Condition types are assigned with access sequences.
These are the determining sequences in order to select which condition table is to be selected for that particular scenario.
Generally the access sequences are tested to the condition records on their priority basis.
    pricing procedure
    condition type
    access sequence
    condition table
    selection records.
hope this would help you understand the concept.

  • Wrong condition table for condition type

    Hi,
I have a big problem during pricing. while creating the sales order the system takes the wrong condition table for the specified condition type (I have created a new condition table and changed the access seq, did the initial load and in customizing everything looks fine). To picture the customing i have created ZXXX access seq with a 901 cindition table (sales org, dist ch. and product hierarchy 2 with a standard field PRODH2) unfortunately I had to change the field to ZPRODH2 I decided to create a new table 902 with the Z field. The new access seq has now 902 table in customizing. In CRM the two condition tables and view exists for 901 and 902. Acording to customizing the system should take the 902 condition table but insteed he takes the old 901 which shouldn't be used.
Do anybody has some ideas why the system responds like that ? I have tried to delete the old table with the standard report and it didn't worked.
    What can I do ?
    Thanks for some ideas !!

    Hi Tomasz
Please check assignment of that new access seq to c.type in v/06
That table might hv used somewhere in another acc.seq so unable to delelte

  • Unable to Download Condition Tables and Access Sequences from R/3

    Hi Experts,
We have a new set of condition tables and access sequences created in R/3. Now we need to download them to CRM, which we are unable to perform. We tried downloading DNL_CUST_CNDALL, but there is no use. The new condition tables are not getting pupulated. Moreover when I download this object, the corresponding CNCCRMPRCUS* table for the new condition type is not getting generated in CRM.
The strange thing is the above mentioned tables when created in "development and quality" boxes are getting into respective CRM systems. We are using CRM 4.0.
    Your help will be appreciated.
    Regards,
    Ajay

    Hi Ajay
Please check the transaction SLG1 which gives you very good inputs on the errors which would have happened during customizing or condition download
Check the customizing download by giving the following parameters
    Object : cond_exchange
    Subobject :customizing
Give the date on which the recent customizing download of DNL_CUST_CNDALL was performed.Check whether there are any errors!!if there are errors on then those needs to be corrected so that the new condition tables and access sequences get downloaded correctly to CRM.
    Thanks,
    Abishek

  • Condition class and calculation type missing for conditions downloaded from

    Hi All,
I have downloaded all the condition types from R/3 using dnl custcndall
I have even downloaded the following using r3as
    dnl_cust_cnd
    dnl_cust_prc
    dnl_cust_price
But I have noticed that for the downloaded condition types, condition class and calculation types are missing. Please suggest.

I have faced the same issue recently.
The solution is in adapter object DNL_CUST_CNDALL for table T685 and other tables for T685 in that objet put the filters for condition type
    for ex: KSCHL eq PR00
    This sure will work.
But you have to set this filter for all tables T685*

  • Dynamic tables and conditional page break

I have inserted a table in my form and have included an Add New Row button to insert additonal rows.   I want a maximum of 16 rows added with a subtotal field.  I want the table, then to automatically go to a new page with a subtotal field.  At the end of all pages I want to include a total field.   The table goes to the next page after a number of rows are entered, but there is not a break;  the original form continues.  How do conditionally break the page and have a (new) table display in the second page?
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Paul,
Thanks for working with me on this.   I have sent a copy to the gmail.com address.  I'm new to LiveCycle, so please forgive me.

You can accomplish that with a single table and some creative script. I suggest that you get the table worked out and working correctly then we can add in the page totals and final total afterwards. Once the table is ready email the form to mailto:[email protected] and I will put together a sample for you that shows what to do. Please include a description of what you want to do with the email as the mail message and this forum are not tied together. Also if you have a data file  that fills out the table that would be useful as well.

  • What is the diff bet condition class and condition type.

    Hello Gurus
What is the diff bet condition class and condition type.
I have seen so many threads on this but not getting the exact usefullness.
Difference between Condition class and Condition Category
What is the difference between condition class and condition category?
Condition class and condition category etc.
As per the knowledge i gained condition class tells the type of the condition ie either price , discount ,taxes etc.
Then please tell me why we require cond category. Please give a business scenario where we can justify it use.

    Hi shiva
Difference between Condition Category and Condition Class
    Condition Category -
It is the Classification of conditions as per the categories ,Say  for example Freight condition types  you have the same conditon category
    Condition class  -
It classifies the condition types as price , discounts , taxes , discount etc

  • Tables and conditional tags

I am having trouble displaying a table after I apply
conditional tags. The error does not occur until after I apply tags
to hide rows. It does not occur if I'm hiding just text within a
cell. I am not applying the tags to the table, just content and
then just a row of cells.
I have tested this and if I'm tagging only the content within
the cell the table maintains the width of the cell and table.
However, when I apply tags to hide a whole row, the table and cells
shrink to 1/4 of the size.
I am using RH7. I have used tags in previous versions and
have not run across this problem before.
Does anyone have any idea why applying tags to hide a row is
    creating this issue?
    Cindy

It seems like the conditional tags in tables does not work
for me via WYSIWYG. When I selected the row, regardless of whether
it was highlighting the cell from top left to lower right or from
selecting the whole row from hovering on the left til the arrow
appeared, the row tag (<TR>) was not not being picked up,
only the cells (<TD>) therefore, only each individual cell
was getting the conditional tag versus the whole row.
So when the output was selected, the table didn't know what
to do because it looked like it was condensing the row to
0...meaning it saw a row with no columns. It got confused because
it looked like I wanted the columns to be hidden in one view, but
    not the row.
To solve this problem (at least in RH7) so that the table
would not shrink to 1/4 of the stated width, I removed all the
conditional tags, then in HTML applied the x-condition: Tag; to the
row (<TR>), not to the cells (<TD>). The row is the
only part of the code that has the conditional tag, the cells do
    not have the tag.
Although tedious because my tables are long, it has worked
perfectly on 3 of the tables I have done this to so far.
Not sure why the WYISWYG view is not grabbing the rows, but
at least I have a work around that I can live with.

  • Difference between Condition: Good and Condition: Normal?

I just got my Macbook in June, and it has already changed in my Power options from Condition: Good to Condition: Normal. The stats are:
    Charge Information:
    Charge remaining (mAh): 4230
    Fully charged: Yes
    Charging: No
    Full charge capacity (mAh): 4262
    Health Information:
    Cycle count: 59
    Condition: Normal
I am trying to calibrate my battery for the first time thinking it may help, but is this something I should be worried about at the number of cycles I have?

Hi cedowner: I beleive there has been a change in the wording from Leopard (10.5) to Snow Leopard (10.6) My MacBook Pro has the same wording, and it did change with the upgrade to Snow Leopard.
    Hope this helps

  • Relation between MSEG table and movement types in 2lis_03_bf

    Hi all,
May i know the relation between MSEG table and 2lis_03 _bf xtractor stock type/stockcategory where we see the informarion in r/3 side for this, you answers gets rewarded.
    regards,
    Dan.

    Hi,
Most of the data for IM comes from the tables MSEG andd MKPF. You can go to MSEG contents and see the data there. You will find all the movement types, stock types and stock categories there. You can also use the transactions MB5B, MB51 etc.. to see the related info in R/3. As I said most of the data comes from these tables but not all the data. It uses some internal programming to get the data.
    Hope it helps...

  • Varray, Nested Table and Object types in OWB r2

    Requirement:
Flat file with repeating groups of nested content need to move into Object Relational ORACLE table (using varray or nested tables - no preference). The data will be loaded, then mapped/transformed into a richer O-R output to directly produce XML outputs.
    Problem:
Generated PL/SQL "seems" to do the correct thing, but deployment errors show failures on mapping of collections (varrays, NTs or OTs) and in sqlplus recompiling the PKB still gives the errors. Is this a PL/SQL generator error, or is there a more meaningful example of using CONSTRUCT OBJECT operator than the embedded odcumentation - it is a simple type (single instance) and not a variable repeating group of nested data.
Anyone had any success with these, or know of any collateral to assist in the process. Thanks.

The process we are following is very simple. We are talking 10 columns from a source flat file table and wish to map this into a Varray/Nested table, with one column of Varchar2(10).
When you create your map in OWB, select the construct object, you have to choose an object type - it does not allow you to select a VARAAY or NESTED table.
I have then created an object defined in the same structure as the VARRAY/NESTED table - I have then made the VARRAY/NESTED table of this TYPE.
    Example:
CREATE OR REPLACE TYPE "O_REL_PUB_INDEX" AS OBJECT (
    X_REL_PUB_INDEX_1 VARCHAR2(10))
CREATE OR REPLACE TYPE "V_REL_PUB_INDEX" AS VARRAY(15) OF O_REL_PUB_INDEX
In OWB you can then select O_REL_PUB_INDEX when creating the 'Contruct Object'.
The problem I have is that when I map to my target column of type V_REL_PUB_INDEX and DEPLOY my map I get the following errors taken from OWB control centre
    Name
    Action
    Status
    Log
    TEST

    PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
    TEST

    Warning
    ORA-06550: line 643, column 13:
    PL/SQL: ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected OWB_USER.O_REL_PUB_INDEX got OWB_USER.V_REL_PUB_INDEX

    PL/SQL: ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected OWB_USER.O_REL_PUB_INDEX got OWB_USER.V_REL_PUB_INDEX
Any ideas? anyone succesfully mapped to either a VARRAY or an NESTED TABLE target column?

  • Conditionally apply AND condition

CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE SP_TFS_REPORT (LoginId IN STRING,
    status IN STRING,
    fromAmount IN STRING DEFAULT NULL,
    toAmount IN STRING DEFAULT NULL,
    accNumber IN STRING,
    result_cursor OUT SYS_REFCURSOR)
    IS
    BEGIN
    OPEN result_cursor FOR SELECT * FROM TEST_TABLE T1
    WHERE T1.LOGIN_ID = LoginId AND
    T1.STATUS = status AND
T1.FROM_AMOUNT >= to_number(fromAmount) AND --This needs to be applied only if fromAmount paramter is not null*
T1.TO_AMOUNT <= to_number(toAmount) AND --This needs to be applied only if fromAmount paramter is not null*
    T1.ACCOUNTNUMBER = accNumber;
    COMMIT;
As you can see 'fromAmount' and 'toAmount' are optional paramters to the stored procedure. So the AND conditions corresponding to them need to be conditionally applied. In other words they need to be applied only when I get a NOT NULL value.
I know we can do this using IF ELSE condition but is there any efficient way to do this?
    My DB details are:
Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.1.0.7.0 - 64bit Production

TNS for Linux: Version 11.1.0.7.0 - Production
    NLSRTL Version 11.1.0.7.0 - Production
Thanks in advance for any help!!

    Hi,
Sure, you can use CASE in a WHERE clause, but there's usually no benefit in doing so.
    Why not
    WHERE   T1.LOGIN_ID     = LoginId
    AND     T1.STATUS      = status
    AND     T1.FROMAMOUNT      >= nvl ( to_number (l_fromAmount1)
                               , T1.FROMAMOUNT
    AND     T1.FROMAMOUNT   <= nvl ( to_number (l_fromAmount2)
                                , T1.FROMAMOUNT
    AND     T1.ACCOUNTNUMBER = accNumber; ?
This assumes t1.fromamount is not NULL.
It looks like you've changed your requirements: earlier, you were interested in t1.from_amount and t1.to_amount, and now only t1.fromamount.

  • Changing  Condition values and Condition currency of PO to local currency.

    Dear Friends,
    I have a weird request.
I have  a PO which has been created in USD. My local currency is INR.
Normally, when i display the PO, under conditions tab, the condition values and currency will be displayed in USD.
My requirement is like, i want to change and simulate the condition values in USD to local currency (INR) based on current exchange rate.
Is there any way i can simulate the same. Kindly help.
    Thanks and Regards
    Sandeep Sivan

I am not sure that it can be done through the config. You can change the values with the correct user exit and change the values accordingly before the values are displayed.

  • Regarding condition table and access sequence

    Dear SAP Gurus
I have requirement as detailed below
    My taxation procedure is    TAXINN
I have a new requirement is as detailed below
for the Access Sequence JTAX --I wanted new  key combination as detailed below
    Plant /Vendor/Tax code
How to do this can any body will explain step by step procedure pls
    Points will be awareded ..
    Kindly clarify to me
    rgds
    Surya

    Hi  Suryaprakash,
The Standard access sequence  " JTAX " , has only the key combination of tax classification with country code and tax code only. It is recommended for TAXXINN procedure.
If you choose to go for the key combination of  " plant/vendor/taxcode " then there will be huge number of the resulting  total number of such combinations. Still if you want to create for the plant/vendor /taxcode combination , it is possible with combination.
    1.plant/vendor /material/taxcode
    2. plant/material group

  • Condition class and condition category

    Dear Experts
    Please explain the difference between
    CONDITION CLASS & CONDITION CATEGORY
    with regards to SD Pricing
    Regds
    SDC

    Dear SD,
1.condition class is grouping the condition types and it allows you control each condition type differently.
For example, the condition type "taxes" defines that the taxes in a document must be recalculated if the country of the ship-to party changes.
    2.Condition category
A classification of conditions according to predefined criteria.
These categories include packaging costs, delivery costs, output taxes and discounts.
The classification of conditions by condition categories can be used for analysis.
I hope it will make you clear.

    Murali.
