Condition type needed as both internal price and shown as cost in KE24

Dear friend,
I like to set up a condition type with attribute of internal price but like to it to be show as cost in profitability .
Please see details.
condition type needed as a internal price under condition part in SO line item , but will not be shown in customer invoice,
At the same time, condition type needed to be shown in KE24 Please advise.

Hi
You can transfer any kind of condition from SD to COPA although it will be an statistical condition (see for instance tcode KE4I).
Talk with a CO consultant, because you will have to do a serie of steps.

HI Team,
For some of order items user enters manually condition type through VA02 for availing discount for the order item,
I am having a custom program for updation of sales orders, Through which we can change the order materials.
Order 123 having item material ABC. For which he entered manual condition type ZXYX.
now using custome program he wants to change the mateial ABC to XYZ. Thorugh custom progam material is updated. Price has been recalculted.
But customer wants condition type ZXYX also need to apply for the XYZ material.
Please guide me how to proced.

Ask your ABAP consultant to check program MV45AFZZ.
Here in item pricing update i.e
FORM USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP *
write PERFORM preisfindung_gesamt(sapmv45a) USING charc.
where charc is 'C' (copy manual pricing elements & redetermine others) or you may also use 'G'(Copy pricing elements unchanged and redetermine taxes.)
This surely works.

Condition type should be ignored if price is 0.

I have a price condition type wherein the scale value is maintained such that if qty is less than 100pcs., price is 0 and for quantity above 100, the price is 10EUR. My requirement is that when the quantity is less than 100pcs., then the other price conditions should get determined. As scale is mainatined here, the conditon record is found and price picked is 0. Also, further price conditions are not checked as condition record has been found. How can I ignore this condition when price is 0. Please advise

Try Condition Exculsion Tcode VB02
Here you take the two condition types depending upon your scale and make It exclusive .
If you have some specific requirement then you will need the help of the ABAPER where you can assign a specific formulate or requirement to the condition types.

I create new condition types for MRP price and other taxes which is working fine but I have to be entered each time when I create CR and Billing, I want those conditions which is mentioned in the procedure-.control data should come automatically during the the CR and Billing. Please advice me. Previously I got a reply that should create condition record for each condition in VK11,HOW it is possible ?
I didnot assign any access sequence to my conditions which is newly created, so that the above problem could be arrived?

Hi,
If there is access sequence then it is possible to bring condition in sales document automatically.
for this Just create on dummy access sequence and assign to condition type
Generate table with combination of only sales organization by V/03
Create access sequence by V/07 and assign this table
Assign this access sequence to condition type
in V/06 under change can be made tab for Manual entries put blank (No limitations)
Maintain condition record for condition type (with price or without price)
Then condition will come automatically

Condition Type needs to be printed on Invoice

Hello to all,
I need to create a new Condition Type to insert in a Pricing. This new condition type has to be:
- at Header Level, Quantity and Manual.
- It must be printed on Invoice.
Would you help me with a doubt(easy one):
1) What should I do to have this new Header Condition Type to be printed on the Invoice?
I think I need to flag (at tcode = v/08) some option at column Print.
Which one should I choose?

As you need it at header level, Try either 'S' or 'B' to print at total level.

Help needed XML to Internal table and vice versa

Hello frnds, I need to convert Internal table to XML and Vice versa.
Now I am able to most of the part except for this...
the xml which I have to generate looks something like this...

</trade_dt>
its a range I think
And then the reponse which I get back the XML is like
- <lockinfo>
- <![CDATA[

Is there any provision in class cl_ixml or class if_ixml_element to handle this part.....

Hello Amit,
I would suggest you, to use the XSL-Transformations, which can be inbound used in ABAP.
For example:
DATA:
l_xml       TYPE string,
lt_flights TYPE TABLE OF SFLIGHT.
SELECT * FROM SFLIGHT INTO TABLE LT_FLIGHT.
CALL TRANSFORMATION id
SOURCE DATA = lt_flights
RESULT XML l_xml.
Now, you have a XML-String which is in the ABAP-XML Notation, which means, that ABAP can move this XML-Data back into an internal table/structure.
For the backward, you have to use the following statement:
CALL TRANSFORMATION id
SOURCE XML l_xml
RESULT DATA = lt_flights.
As you will see, it is very easy. The Transformation "id" is just one example and build in. When you have to transform the data, or do not want to have the ASX-Notation in it, you should at least define your own transformations with the transaction XSLT_TOOL and use it similar to the transformation "id".

Condition type need to be deactivated due to free good

Dear Gurus,
Is it possible in standard sap to deactivate a certain condition type if its a free good(item category :TANN) but work normally for other items of the order.As the pricing procedure must remain same.

Hi Sam Ahmed,
We can control this by maintaining the validity periods of the condition type,if the validity period of the condition type was over
it will be deactivated automatically,until you extended the validity.Everything will function normally no pricing procedure changes
is required.
Ex: PR00
valid from 29.10.2011 valid to 29.11.2011
after 29.11.2011 the condition record automatically deactivated.

Tax Conditions types not appearing in CRM orders and quotations

Hello All,
I have created a new tax condition type in ECC and through initial load replicate the same to CRM. pricing procedure repliction with new tax condition is also successful.
But, the new tax condition is not appearing in condition tab at item level when i create quotation in CRM. other condition types are coming. data for this condition type is there in custom condition table. mapping of tax classifiction to tax group is also done in SPRO.
Please advise.

Hello Sudhir,
You should check the trace log for pricing at first. Set the user parameter:PRC_TRACE as 'X' on T-cd:SU01 for your user and check the Access analysis on the condition tab.

Can you have sound coming out from both internal speaker and speakers connected to the iMac?

I have a pair of KRK Rokit 5 speakers connected to the headphones jack at the back of the iMac.
I use these for playing good quality sound when I need to record on Garageband.
However they are mains powered and have a switch at the back which is difficult to always turn due to the position of the speakers. At the same time I don't want to have the speakers turned on all the time.
Is there a way to enable the Mac to play sound through its onboard speaker without disconnecting the speakers' cable?
Thsi should be possible, becasue whenever I restart the Mac I can hear it s start up jingle clearly coming out from its onboard speaker, even when the external speakers are plugged in.

Unfortunately the iMac is not designed to offer that setup capability. If you go into your Applications folder>System Preferences>"Sound">here you will find that you can select the device that the iMac's sound output is sent thru (see below)>you will find that you can only select "one" device at a time to receive the audio signal, not multiple devices at once. The "startup chimes" are separate from the normal audio output and Always come from the internal speakers.

Selecting the best Price for a condition type but only for some customers

Hi All,
I have this situation where we have condition type ZPPR (COPY OF PR00) with 5-6 Condtion tables.
in Access sequence for ZPPR, we have Exclusion Indicator set for all the conditiona tables so if first price is found, it doesn't search for others.
Now I have a requirement that we should search for all the condition records and choose the lowest price. But this should happen for only a certain type of customers and not for everybody.
Spefically we have:
1. Contract Price
2. Plant/Material price
Normally, if contract price is found, it doesn't look for Plant/Mat price but we want to offer our customers(some of them) an option where they could choose the lower of the two price. We set both the prices every day based on some inputs.

We have multiple option for this implementation:
Option 1: If possible based on access sequence. Not sure if this is suitable considering you mentioned that ZPPR has 5-6 access sequence.
1) Store Contract price in condition type ZPPR and store Plant / Material Price in new condition type say, ZPPX.
2) Have separate pricing procedure and determine them based on customer type. In first pricing process XXXX01, configure Condition exclusion with the setting that ZPPX should be deactivated if ZPPR is present, condition exclusion procedure D (exclusive) . In second pricing procedure XXXX02, configure condition exclusion with the setting that compare ZPPX and ZPPR and activate best condition type for the customer by using condition exclusion procedure C (Best condition between two exclusion groups ).
Option 2:
1) Copy ZPPR and its access sequence to a new condition type and access sequence say ZPPX without checking exclusion indicator in the access sequence. In the condition type control for condition type ZPPX >> Master data section >> Reference Condition type = ZPPR so that master data records need not be duplicated.
2a) Assign the current procedure to the set of customers which should get the first price. Create a new procedure with condition type ZPPX instead of ZPPR keeping other parameters similar and assign the new procedure to other set of customers who should get the best price.
OR
2b) if 2a is difficult in terms of future maintenance, add condition type ZPPX in the same procedure and create 2 new pricing requirement validating the customer segments and assign them to respective condition type in procedure ZPPR and ZPPX.
3) Maintain condition exclusion for condition type ZPPX with B ( Best condition within Condition type).

CONDITION TYPE AND MATERIAL

Is there any relation between material and condition type(at item detail level) in PO?
I am making one PO, when i use material 40 (stock) condition type PB00 gets populated automaticaly and in case of material 29708 (account assignment PO), condition type PBXX gets populated. How and where this is controlled?

PB00 is having the access sequence as gross price hence
when u have created inforecord,contract or scheduling aggrement the values will be copied from there only.
for PBXX u need to maitain the value manualy because it is not having the access sequence.

Z condition type for surcharge need to be displayed in billing doc only.

I am having going to create condition type for surcharge, this condition type need to be diplayed only in billing doc.condition value should be calculated based weight of the material in delivery doc and scales in condition record.
scales values are as below:
Access key:
sales org/dis channel/ route /sales unit(KG)
DE10/02/DETX1/   1 Kilo   =   30 u20AC
skales:
DE10/02/DETX1 / 31 Kilo = 35 u20AC
DE10/02/DETX1/ 41 Kilo =   40u20AC
DE10/02/DETX1/ 51 Kilo =   45u20AC
then for 52 Kilo we have price for these item with 52 Kilo = 45 u20AC
where exactly need to do the config and development changes for displaying in condition type in billing doc only.

In the Pricing Procedure , maintain requirement as 24 against the Z Condition type.Now it will reflect the value only in Billing Document.

Function Module for getting the Sales Price for a condition type

Hi,
I am looking for a standard function module to which I can pass my condition type(new customizing) and it will return the sales price. The customer is going to create some new condition type to manitain the sales price. I'll have the necessary information like material/sales org/distribution channel, customer and need the standard function module to read the condition records for that condition type(as configured) and give me the price. PLease help if you know of a standard function module performing this.

for material sales area u can look for the validations is table MVKE.
the classification of the conditions is in tables like A901, a902 etc which in my opinion holds the condition types per classification .
put a A* in se11 and this will give the list of tables per classification .
u need to get the conditions as per kschl and dmbtr and
etc..
