condition origin:A Automatic pricing
In second condition type:

Condition origin:A HEADER CONDITION.
Even though only one conditon type is maintained.

  • IPC: Condition Types attached to material group

    Hello all,
       I am working in a ECC - IPC scenario and needed your help.
      I implemented a IPC userexit(scale base formula) which corresponds to a condition type ZDCV which implements a discount for the products.
      When this condition type is attached to a material (in tcode vk11), the corresponding discount rates are displayed in the webshop via IPC.
      But the problem arises when we attach this condition type to a material group.
      In the product catalog of the webshop, the IPC is able to determine discounts for individual materials but not for those materials contained in material group.
      Your inputs will be very helpful.
    Thanks and Regards
    Deepika

    I think you have to do some logic in that userexit... you have to get the whole quantity of material group and have to pass that value in the scale base formula..
    Thanks and Regards

  • Condition type for landing and clearing charges for imports

    All SAP Gurus,
    Which standard condition type to be for Condition type for landing and clearing charges for imports?
    Regards,

    If both Condition types are Quantity basis then you can Create New Condition types by Referring FRA1 & FRC1 Condition types.
    Else Create New Condition types called ZCCH for Clearing Charges by giving the Following inputs:
    Condition class A
    Calculation Type A
    Condition Category B
    Plus/Minus A
    Also in Control data Check Accruals option and in Scales tab give Scale Value as 2 if want.
    Create New Condition types called ZLNC for Landing Charges by giving the Following inputs:
    Condition class A
    Calculation Type A
    Plus/Minus A
    Uncheck Accruals options and save.

  • Reference condition type wrt IV01 and PI01..

    Hi PPL,
    Can u plz explain Referrence Pricing condition wrt to the condition types :
    IV01  and PI01,
    Both are condition tyres pertaining Inter company ,IV01 has a Reference condition Type PI01 assigned to it.
    What does it mean in the inter company scenario.Points for sure..:-)
    Best Regards,
    Subbz..

    Hi,
    PI01 condition type represents costs to Ordering company code (in other words revenue to supplying company code).
    It is statistical condition type & meant for information purpose only.
    Condition records for PI01 are created with the following key combination:
    Ordering sales Org + Supplying Plant + Material
    PI01 represented under pricing procedure RVAA01 is reference condition type for IV01 and the same is defined in the condition type IV01. Due to this these two condition types represent same value.
    The condition type IV01 in intercompany billing document represents revenue to the Supplying Company. But its corresponding condition type PI01 in the billing document to the end customer is shown as a statistical item meant for information purposes.
    The use of two different condition types in Intercompany billing is necessary to ensure that data is transmitted correctly to the financial statement (Component CO-PA).
    Hope this provides you with your answer,

  • Defaulting Condition types in a Sales Order Condition Tab

    Hi Experts,
    How to default the condition types PR00 , KF00 and MWST in Sales Order condition tab?
    (manual conditions and with out access sequences) so that we can map the prices from other system to the corresponding fields of KONV in Condition Tab.
    I searched in the forums and then I am posting this request.
    Thank you
    Ravi

    Hi Ravi
    If you want to default the condition types PR00 , KF00 and MWST in Sales Order condition tab without maintaining access sequence then in V/06 for PR00 , KF00 and MWST condition types maintain the option Manual entry is possible , but in your pricing procedure check the boxes Required. So that when you create sales order and when you dont maintain the PR00 , KF00 and MWST condition types system will give an error

  • Pricing Condition type triggering based on other condition type

    Hello sir,
    There are some pricing condition types in our system.
    Based on condition records you can trigger one condition type based on other    condition type.
    For eg: PR00 condition type is there and amount is  suppose 1000rs and other condition type is JBED and we made a condition record and put it some percentage so as soon as we some value in PR00 ,JBED condition type is automatically manipulating the value on the base condition record.
    Now i want other than condition record can we trigger one condition type based on other condition type through defining user routine under requirement.
    Suppose we have condition type ABC and some amount i have given and other condition type DEF , i want that amount of DEF condition type should automatically come from the Condition type and it should manipulate according to my routine .
    eg  Condition type    Amount
           ABC                  1000
           DEF                    40
      The value 40 should come as 4% of 1000.
    I am not maintaing any condition record and i want that this should trigger through some requirement created by me.
    i created my routine no 905 and i putted the code inside it.
      if komtl-kschl = 'DEF'.
      komv-kbetr  =   ( komv-kbetr * 4) / 100.
    endif.
    Now problem is that this code is getting trigger when i m giving value in DEF condition type then it is showing 4 % of it.
    But i want as soon as i give value for the condition type ABC and some value 1000
    then after pressing enter , one condition type DEF should automatically come with value 40 that too in display mode ,not in change mode.
    Please suggestions and solutions regarding this matter , I will be grateful to you.

    hi
    In V/06 in the calculation type you can see the entries for "D-gross weight" & "E-net weight"
    For the required condition type select the calculation type as gross weight or net weight. Save it.
    In MM01 - create material master, here in BASIC DATA 1 SCREEN you have fields for gross weight & net weight.
    Maintain the condition record in VK11 for the required condition type.
    You can also maintain the scales as required like u said
    1 to 10 kgs -  100 rupees,
    11 to 25 kgs - 1000 rupees.
    Another way could be
    The BEST practice to do it is, use of VOFM routine for price calculation (VOFM-->Formulae).
    Take help from ABAPer and write a routine such that
    if weight = 1 - 10
    price = 100.
    else if weight > 8.
    price = 1000.
    else
    price = 100.
    end if
    but the maintainnance of routine is big problem as u might be having many records
    Hope this will help you

  • Condition Types for Packing and forwarding

    Hi ,
    We wanted to add packing and forwarding charges to the material cost, please tell me what condition type / confuguration   i need to use .
    Regards
    Swapna

    HI,
    You need to create Z condition type by copy condition class Discount or surcharge and Calculation type Fixed Amount.
    i.e. Condition type FRB1- Frieght value will work.
    Step 1) Create by coping FRB1 Condition type, Change name i.e. Pack For Val.
    Step 2) Change control Data 1)
    Condition Class - A (Discount or surcharge)
    Calculat. Type-B(Fixed amount)
    Further changes will depend upon your required ie. You want to create Header condition or item condition.

  • Exclusive and Group Condition

    Dear Gurus,
    In MM what is meaning of Exculsive in Aceess sequence and How is the use of Group Condition in condition type please explain me in simple .
    Regards,
    Pooja Panday

    Hi,
    In MM what is meaning of Exculsive in Aceess sequence and How is the use of Group Condition in condition type please explain me in simple.
    Exclusive in Access sequence means system will stop searching for condition record for the condition type.
    Access sequence means system will search in sequence for a particular conditon type for condition record.
    Group condition.
    Indicates whether the system calculates the basis for the scale value from more than one item in the document.
    Here system takes into consideration for a group condition to be effective, the items must belong to a group. You can freely define the group to meet the needs of your own organization. The items can, for example, all belong to the same material group.
    check in condition type details tab there is tab called group condition press F1 help on that.
    Ex;
      A sales order contains two items. Both items belong to the material group 01.
    Material Quantity Material group
    A 150 01
    B 100 01
    The group condition indicator is set in the definition of the condition type for material group discounts. The condition record for material group 01 includes the following pricing scale:
    Scale quantity Discount
    from 1 pc -1%
    from 200 pc -2%
    Neither item alone qualifies for the 2% discount. However, when the items are combined as part of a group condition, the combined quantity creates a basis of 250 pieces. This basis then exceeds the scale value of 200 pieces, which is necessary to qualify for the higher discount

  • Condition types for Insurance and Duties - Export sales

    Hi Friends,
    Please let me know the condition types i can make use of for capturing the Insurance and duties paid during export salesand also the condition type for capturing the commission.
    Thanks
    Ivy

    Dear ivy
    You can create zee condition types on your own and maintain the required datas.  I am just give you one example for insurance.
    Go to V/06, copy some standard discount condition type and rename it as ZEIN and maintain the following:-
    Cond. class:::::::::::::::: A
    Calculat.type::::::::::::::: A
    Cond.category::::::::::::::C
    Rounding rule::::::::::::::::Commercial
    Plus/minus::::::::::::::::::::blank
    Manual entries:::::::::::::::D
    Amount/percent::::::::::::::X
    Value::::::::::::::::::::::::::::X
    In V/07, you can maintain the following tables
    033:::::::::Incoterms
    307::::::::Customer with Release Status
    So in VK11, either you can maintain the insurance percentage for Incoterm or Customer, so that whenever you generate sales order with multiple line items, this condition will automatically bifurcate the insurance percentage.  Also the most important is that in your pricing procedure, against this condition type, you have to assign EIN as Account Key.
    thanks

  • Pricing Condition type controls- Formula and condition records

    Hello experts
    I have one question in pricing.
    Is it possible to determine the value of a single condition type by means of the maintained condition records vs a formula depending on the scenario?
    Eg- In my case for the requirement is:-
    If in my sales order the item category is X or Y then i need to use the condition records to determine the value of the condition type  say ZCON but if the item category is Z then i need to use a custom formula?
    Can this scenario be achieved using only one condition type with the appropriate formula or do i have to maintain separate condition types to achieve it?
    Thanks for your inputs.

    I believe it can be achieved with the single condition type. Since the routine assigned in the Requirement in pricing procedure controls the system's access to condition records...create a new VOFM routine which should check the item category and if satisfied, the condition records will be accessed.
    If the requirement fails and a value is not determined, the routine in the alternate calculation type should handle the calculation (based on PR00 value etc.,) and determining the value for this condition type. If not possible this way, should be able to handle this requirement through a userexit.
    Your condition type should be configured allowing both automatic and manual entries.
    This is just a wild guess.

    Hi Experts,
    I wanted to only ALLOW sales order for RK type (invoice correction) condition ENABLED to change (qty + net values). However i wanted to DISABLED condition changes (qty+net values) in any others type of  sales order.
    i have maintained SD->Basic function->Pricing->Pricing control->define condition type->maintain condition type-(changes which can be made) in my current setting is
    1) manual entry = C (manual entry is priority)
    2)hdr condition = no check
    3) item condition = check
    4) delete = check
    5) amount/percent = check
    6) value = check
    7) qty relation = check
    8) Calc type = check
    Thank you.

    2) How can i change the net value? Because the actual value suppose is 17.00
    Thanks & Regards,

    yes , that is standard functionality only.
    One is for Credit and second is for Debit note.
    If you want to change the price you can change it manually.
