ply help me that whatever Po condition like "PB00","FRC1" and others condition get stored in which table.
Ply tell me that where will i get Po No and condition details

Hi,
You can't get the PO No. from condition table, because condition table only records the relationship between material number and purchasing price. The correct seeking procedure is:
1. PO No.
2. Vendor and material number;
3. Find the condition record from table KONH and KONP
That's it

i do not remember exactly...but it starts with KO...
please go to SE11 in the TABLES give KO* and press F4 u will get a list a tables which r starting with that name u can find in that list

Will SO cancellation reverse condition update S071 table ?

Hi All,
1st is how do i cancel a SO, i rejected by giving a reason and saved the SO, but i am still able to change and also could further create delivery and billing doc ?
In case i cancel my SO, will it reverse the condition update which has already been done while it creation ?
Ex.
So1 - Mat1 - ZCDS -100$
So2 - Mat1 - ZCDS -200$
Now both the SO updated the S071 table as -300$, now in case i change, cancel, reject or delete the SO2 will it reverse the update and bring it down back to -100$

If i do this way always it satisfies the first record of the multiple records that are satisfied when we put where condition with some of the key fields.
then always it might update the same record.
I stead i can loop through the itab having the DB table and read the file.
Anyways thanks for the help.
and i am waiting for the correct file, once i get it, then i will try this and update points.

Which table will get updated for batch characterstics for the MIGO trans?

As i am trying to post a goods receipt for 101/102 movement type in MIGO transaction.
But it is giving error as 'Batch characterstics values are not classified'.
If i give Batch Type- as PRODUCTION(P) in batch classification.
It will get posted.

KOMV: Pricing Communications-Condition Record
KONV: Conditions (Transaction Data)
From the above tables you can refer the fields below.
KAWRT
KBETR
for excise check table J_1IEXCHDR for header
J_1IEXCDTL for item excise
Fetch the corresponding records based on the field
KNTYP

And when the payment is made to the vendor .Which table is updated, as i need to create a functional spec for triggering a message automatically to initate vendor payment if it is due for a month. I want the table name?

The payment document posted is again a accounting document, the table is BKPF - Header and BSEG - Item.
In order to know if a LIV accounting document is cleared i.e payment made could be checked in the field
BSEG-REBZG. this field would carry the payment document number, which is again a accounting document ( table bkpf-bseg).

Please let me know the table that stores the condition values of purchase order line items(when we click on conditions tab after selecting an item then we can see the condition types and there is a corresponding condition value for that condition type.
My requirement is to get the actual price for a purchase order line item(it can be seen in the last line and it is calculated after considering all the condition types) and display this value in a custom report.

You can find the conditions data for PO in TAble KONV.
KONV-KSCH is the condition type
KONV-KWERT is the cond value
KONV-KNUMH is the condition doc no. which is there in EKKO field KNUMH.
So u have to make a link between KONV-KNUMH and EKKO-KNUMH.

Pass VBAK-KNUMV to KONV-KNUMV and you will get the item pricing conditions.
the condition pricing date is stored in field KONV-KDATU

In order to see the tables behind this or that SAP action, you can do the following. Open in a separate session transaction ST05 and activate the trace. Then, run the program in question. When finished, go to ST05 session, deactivate the trace and display it. You will see all the queries processed by SAP.

Freight,discount,Taxes condition types are maintaining in pricing procedure. whenever we run the transaction above condtions will trigger and calulate the based on the order quantity.After that this amount will be stored in particular table.
In which table that amount will be stored

Condition records are stored in KONH and KONP.
You need to extract the values using teh joint
KONH-KNUMH = KONP-KNUMH.
There are also other tables for scales like KONM, KONW. But KONH and KONP are the basic ones.
