Conexion between Oracle database tables/Conexion entre base de datos

hi,
i need to connect 3 schemas in oracle(each one with 2 tablespace), i need to read from tablespace A schema A, and put the information in tablespace B schema B, and in the nights this information need to be moved from tablespace B schema B to tablespace C schema C, I guess i need to put this information in a Procedure to do it every night, I tried whit DBLinks, but it doesn't work, How can i do this???
I made the link like I show below:
CREATE PUBLIC DATABASE LINK PRUEBA_LINK.XXX.COM
CONNECT TO USER
IDENTIFIED BY PASSWORD
USING 'BATABASE_1'
The select sentence;
select *
from DATABASE1.tabla@PRUEBA_LINK.XXX.COM
or
select * from PRUEBA_LINK.tabla
it's some what i'm tried but displays:
ORA-02019: connection description for remote database not found
somebody now how can i do this???
I hope to explain my problem, actually I don't understand very well what it's a schemas and tablespace

You don't need to use dblinks, because all your schemas are located on the same database.
Each Schema is associated with a user in Oracle, in schema users stores their objects. Each user has one schema (it is logical object) with the same name as his username in which he/she stores his/her objects.
Tablespace is a level of storage in Oracle, in tablespaces you group objects there is no association schema - tablespace. One user's objects can be stored in multiple tablespaces. So for this question forget about tablespaces (and read some manual - Application Developer Guide)
here is simple example, maybe it would be helpful
user A:
tableA
userB:
tableB:
userC:
tableC
log in as user B
conn b/password@db
insert into tableB select * from A.tableA --- coping rows from user's A tableA
insert into C.tableC select * from tableB -- inserting rows to user's C tableC
truncate table tableB -- clearing users B tableB
Before you try to do it assign approperiate privilleges
as user A
conn a/password@db
grant select on tableA to B
as user C
conn c/password@db
grant insert on tableC to B
