Configuration Download Issue

Hi,
We had to RMA our WLC 4402.  The replacement shipped with 3.5, so we had to go through a series of upgrades to get it to 5.2.193.0.  Now that we're on that release, we're trying to restore the backup of the configuration, which was uploaded from the controller to a TFTP server (unencrypted).  Unfortunately, the WLC is hinting that it is encrypted and unable to apply the config.  We get the error "

Error while downloading the configuration file. Hint: Please specify the encryption key if the file was encrypted", but we can open the file in notepad.  We also tried another copy of a different backup (same results).  Anyone?

Hi,
I tried port 1. Same error message. I'm going to try a restore from another WLC to see if I get the same error message. I'm also going to try encrypting a backup to see if that works.
