Configuration of Flexible Real Estate Management IN SAP BW. 0REFX_C11,....

Hi
Can someone please help me in configuring Flexible Real Estate Management in SAP BW.
I have loaded BUSINESS CONTENT and there are no datasources avaialble to me for for cubes 0REFX_C11, 0REFX_C12 and 0REFX_C14, as well as DSO'S 0REFXDS03, 0REFXDS02.
For DSO = 0REFXDS03, my understanding is that this DSO is used for deleted items, so i have the Transformations but im unable to create the DTP on the InfoObjects.
this is what i found on web..
To be able to use this DataStore object, you have to create the necessary data transfer processes. For this data transfer process from the DataStore object to the individual InfoObjects, make the following filter settings:

    Need your help..
    I am trying to configure SAP Flexible Real Estate Management in R/3 4.7. I had done all the following steps to configure:
           1.      Activate the Financials Extension (Application Indicator EA-FIN) in the SAP R/3 Enterprise Extension Set.
           2.      Activate the Real Estate Extension.
           3.      Activate the RE-FX component in the correct controlling area.
           4.      Make the basic settings for the company code and activate Financial Assets Management.
           5.      Make the basic settings for measurements.
    However, in SAP Easy Access, the following information msg appeared: "Transaction RE80 does not exist"
    Anyone encountered the same problem before?

    yes u may did all config settings required for activate RE-FX but still u unable to run re80 t.code.
    i think if u do in ecc6 it will happen.
    in 4.7 u dont have RE-FX, its only RE-classic.
    see sap note 443311 and 517673.

  • Wayleave Management using SAP Flexible Real Estate

    Hi All
    I would like to find out if anyone has ever worked with Wayleave management for utilities using SAP. Essentially Wayleave is a term used for the access or permission given by a landowner or property owner to a service provider for the use of land or property. An example would be allowing a contractor to lay sewage pipes through property owned by another for a payment.
    Now I have been reading documentation on Flexible Real Estate as a possible solution to most of the wayleave requirements. However I am not absolutely sure just how much FxRE could be customised to meet the exact requirements of wayleave management.
    I am therefore looking for an opinion from those who may have had experiences or have knowledge of wayleave management using SAP or  any suggestions would be most welcome.

    Eg. of Sub-Leasing. But Lease Accounting and Contract Acct . is part of REFX>

  • Flexible real estate: contract between 2 companies

    Hi,
    We have not yet flexible real estate and we are studying this module for deciding to use it or not. We have a lot of contracts where the landlord is one company of our group and the tenant is another company of our group. Both companies are in the same SAP, so we want to register each contract only one time and get bookings in both companies, at one side for lease-out and at other side for lease-in. It seems not possible. We should have to enter one contract in each company, with redundant information for the conditions, texts, dates, etc... Is it right ? Have you experience with such cases ? What is the best solution ? We are in 4.7, but information about other releases is welcome (please specify the release in your answer).

    As far as I know this could'nt be achieved without programming and doesn't seem to be easy. But I can tell you a workaround.
    In Transaction Manager Module (used for financial instruments) there is a jocker called Cashflow instrument. You can create an instrument of this type in a company and the operation can be mirrored in the other.
    I used this for loans than were lend and borrowed by group companies (shareholders loans) that were in the same SAP installation (in 4.7).
    The problem is that it will work Ok for simple cashflow but you have to renounce to all real estate functionality. I mean, if you only need the financial flows and postings it's OK.

    I am handling classic real estate management can someone tell that is there is integration of hr-payroll with classic real estate management.
    The scenario is that the company is having large number of quartes which he gave there employee on rent but this rent is deducted from their salary.
    So can anybody knows that how to handle this scenario.

  • Flexible Real Estate - Additional condition.

    Flexible Real Estate:  How do I add a new condition on contract?  I already configured the followitng steps:
    1.                                         1.  Defined a Condition type
                                                2. Defined a flaw type
                                                3. Assign Reference flow type
                                                4. Account Symbol( specify acc symbol)
                                                5. Assign account symbols to flow types
                                                6. Define Condition Groups and assign Condition types
    The condition is added but when I test, the system post to a different condition. Did i skip a step maybe?

  • Plant Maintenance followed by Flexible Real Estate

    We are looking to implement both Plant Maintenance and Flexible Real Estate. We are hoping to first implement Plant Maintenance, and then follow it with Flexible Real Estate.
    Is there any reason we should not follow this logic? Should we implement them both at the same time, or should flexible real estate get implemented before plant maintenance? Will we be creating a lot more work by implementing them separately?
    Reasons why or why not would be very helpful.

  • Extractors of flexible real estate in controllig

    Hello there.
    We implement 2 subjects in our project: Flexible Real Estate and Controlling.
    There is an InoCube of CO data in the REFX modoule (costs and revenues), but it seperated from all other controlling data of cost centers, internal orders and projects.
    We would like to see all costs and revenues of real estate object in the "costs and allocations" infoCube.
    Does anyone has a clue how to extract, with standard extractors of CO, the costs of real estate objects?

    Real Estate Management module is more robust in managing Real Estate properties for activities and processes like leasing, property maintenance like manging repairs etc (when attached to Plant Maintenance module). You can also use it for Lease in's. (caution: please associate 'renting' wherever lease is mentioned, not to get confused with lease of machinery or financia lease etc.)
    The <b>main</b> master data in RE are like  Business Entity,Property,  Buildings, Rental Units and Leaseout. These are called RE-Objects and they are also <b>Controlling objects.</b> For example let's take Spenzer Plaza in Chennai and you are the owner. The whole Spencer Plaza will be a <b>Business Entity</b>. The land in there will be created as a <b>Property</b> and the building structure as <b>Building</b>. The several floors or the individual rentable portions will be created as <b>Rental Units</b>. When 'Planet M' approaches you to rent one of the floors, you create a <b>Lease out</b> with reference to one of the Rental Unit.
    The system automatically creates a schecule of periodic rentals called cash flow and it has the capabilities to debit the customer Planet M account with the rent due. etc.
    You can also maintain information to land through Land Register.

    These are not used for Homebuilding.

    You need to have FI and CO before you can use REM.
    <b>4) From which version they are available. can we still use classic RE.</b>
    4.5B onwards RE was introduced as a Inudstry specific module under FI. It became as a part of FI  from 4.6B December 1999. The RE-FX cameinto effect from Enterprise version.
    You can continue to use RE Classic even in later releases. But once you activate the RE-FX you can no longer user Classic. There is a switch to start using RE-FX.
    <b>1) The difference between Classic RE and RE-FX.</b>
    There were some restriction in classic RE that you must have an RE Objects before you can create a contract. In RE-FX these have been removed. For more information on RE-FX you can read the release notes available on SAP's help portal.

    I suppose you have accress to the sap online marketplace. Please take a look at note 681951. This gives some information about the differences between classic Re and RE-Fx (on ERP 2004 or higher). It would be easier to give you more specific info, if you could tell me the release that you are working on.
