Configuration of processes on R/3 side

Presently using version 4.7 of R/3 which was linked to CRM system through ALE. CRM server is down since long time. But business processes like sale order / Customer creation which were scheduled with R/3 transactions are getting triggered as soon as a transaction takes place on R/3 side.
These transactions are not getting cleared and outbound queques is getting accumulated day by day which is affecting the performance of Live system also.
Not able to identify where these automated processes are defined/configured on R/3 side. Can anybody pls help in identifying the root cause so that I can stop  these automated processes.

Hi You can stop data flow to CRM to continue u r business on r3 side
this you can achieve in 2 types one physical method by disconnecting the Adapter
Plug in connected to CRM server and deactivation of Bridge, when yiou want to
Message flow > Display generic Synchronization Bridge configuration
you can choose either of the methods and continue with u r R3 side business Process.

    In Batch management config in Logistic general, Check for the movement type 101 & 321 whether batch creation has been activated to Manual, Automatic, or no creation. In your case it looks like for mvt 321 batch creation is set to manual & for 101 no creation.
    if batch creation is set to manual, enter a manual batch no & proceed.
    But to cross verify wheter 101 has generated batch or not please check the stocks in MMBE.

  • Oracle db 11g r2 Configuration of processes and session

    I recently installed Oracle DB 11g R2 and 50,000 users connect to this database suggest me what would be basic configurations .
    Processes and sessions parameters for database are 5000 and 5505 but it is little lagging now so if its possible i want to make it maximum of processes and sessions or automatic .

    50,000 users getting connected concurrently? How many users/sessions remain active at any given point of time?
    For such high userbase/sessions better to go with share server configuration, since I cannot assume that even 10% of the users will be active at any given point of time so better to use shared servers and dispatchers.

  • Configure server process

    Dear All,
    We are in the process of upgrading oracle applciation r11.5.10.2 to  r 12.1.3 , 12.1 upgrade is about to complete,
    a) can I upgrade to R12.1.3 with all latest RPC and patch fixes, and then configure "Configure and start server processes using rapidwiz"?. or I have to do this after upgrading to R12.1.1
    b) in the above scenario, if I configure server process after upgrade to r12.1.3, then can I upgrade OAS to 10.1.3.5 later ?
    c) Do I have to run rapid wiz (configure server process) as root user or app tier user?
    Please advise

    You have to apply those patches after you configure and start the server processes.

    As root user if you are using (applmgr and oracle) users to maintain the application and database tier node files. If only one user maintains all application/database tier nodes files then run Rapid Install as that user -- Just run Rapid Install as you did when you had to lay down R12 software.

  • Can I configure capture process of streams on physical standby

    we have high oltp system that has dataguard setup with physical and logical. We are planning to build a datawarehouse and have streams setup for data feeding into the datawarehouse. Instead of taxing the primary, i was wondering if i could set up the physical standby as the source for my streams (basically configure the capture process on physical standby).

    This means then On the primary, I will have another destination that I send the archives to (In addition to Physical) that will be my source database for streams where I can configure capture process. if this understanding is right, then i have the following questions
    1) Can i use cascaded standby to relieve my primary from having another log destination and use that database for the source
    2) Do you know if PSB can be used as source in 11g? because we are planning to move to 11g soon.

    Consignment Process
    Scenario -
    1. Client creates a consignment order for their distributor.
    2. The consignment stock sits at the distributor location. The distributor sells some of this stock to end customer.
    3. Client creates an issue order for this quantity, this order has end customer as the ship to as well as bill to parties.
    4. When the goods are delivered against this order, the consignment stock is reduced.
    5. Client then creates an invoice for the end customer.
    SAP Solution -
    1. Create Cosignment fill up order of type KB with distributor as sold-to, ship-to and bill-to and payer.
    2. Create delivery for this order and do PGI, which shifts this stock to u2018customer consignment stocku201D (special stock w).
    3. Assumption - the master data for the end customer exists in the system and has all mandatory partner functions defined.
    4. Create a consignment issue order of type KE, which has sold-to as the distributor and ship-to, bill-to as the end customer.
    5. Create delivery and do the PGI, which reduces the consignment stock.
    6. Create invoice, which has the end customer as bill-to and the distributor as u2018payeru2019.

         In Process order transaction ,in output options declare the form name and output type. In TNAPR table in SE11 create on row with the above o/p type and form name. I think  both forms will be possible.
    Actually where ever script form possible means there you can create smartform also.

  • Process Orchestration - Configuration Wizard "Process Integration and Orchestration Package" shows running

    Hi SAP Gurus,
    I have installed an SAP PO system and am running the Config Wizard from NWA. The functional unit I have selected from NWA is - "Process Integration and Orchestration Package". This functional unit has in turn selected few more functional units like AEX, SLD. The issue that I am facing is that the wizard does not appear for my inputs and it shows that the selected wizards are running. Please see attachment "config_wizard_running.jpeg"
    I read some forums and found a thread where in it was mentioned how to stop the config wizard and restart it. http://scn.sap.com/thread/1422958
    Even after restarting my server, the functional units are still showing as running in NWA --> Configuration --> Scenarios --> Configuration Wizard --> Functional Unit Configuration UI. Please see attachment "Config_wizard_stuck.jpeg"
    I restarted the application as suggested in the post so that I could run Config Wizard again. But its now allowing me to start it as the status is Running.
    Please suggest.

    Can someone please explain ( step by step) the configuration needed in order to:
    1) first set up vendors as a "1099 vendor:
    2) Configuration needed in order to create the electronic file to the IRS
    3) Any transactions, programs, and tables involved
    I don't need to know about the smart form or printing, as we have a company which does all that for us, but we have to provide the electrionic files.
    We are currently moving our system to a 6.0 platform, and the 1099 process is very customized in the old system, so i would like to understand all of the standard functionality 6.0 offers to generate this file...

    Hi Guys
    I am trying to configure the approval process. After the final appraisal by the manager, the appraisal forms hould go to the manager of the manager (next level manager) for approval.
    My queries:
    1. Is the next level manager defined as further participant or part appraiser?
    2. Where do we assign the next level manager? In PHAP_PREPARE? I don't see anyplace where I can do that.
    I have done the following configuration:
    1. At category level, selected Role 'Higher Manager'
    2. At category level, in Status flow--> Person Authorized, selected Higher-Level Manager.
    3. In the template, selected Higher Manager in Roles.
    What am I missing here?
