Configurator for Photoshop CS4???? Where is 1.0?

Hi, I have Photoshop CS4, and recently lost my custom panels because I restored my OS and lost a few applications. I would like to re-build a new panel for CS4, but I'm not sure how to do it anymore. I can't find a Configurator that is compatible to CS4. Apparently 1.0 isn't downloadable anymore?? I paid ALOT of money for my Creative Suite years ago and hope that they haven't made this plug-in option obsolete. Can anyone help??

As Les52 stated, this might be default. Partition ID is started with 1, we could find the information from the article below:
PartitionID specifies the identification number of the partition to modify. The first partition on a disk has the value of 1, the second, 2, and so on.

Disk_ID:　Specifies the disk ID of the disk to which the image is to be installed. This sequence starts with 0. If you are installing to a computer with a single disk, you must specify 0.

    Adobe doesn't sell CS4 anymore.  It hasn't done it for years.
    The only way to obtain a legitimate s/n would be to buy an unused old-stock copy of CS4 that some reseller may have in their stock room, or to buy it from a private party that has never used that particular copy of CS4 to upgrade the application.
    Both methods bring with them a very high likelihood of your getting ripped off.

    I downloaded the PatchPanel SDK from Adobe Labs. The panels themselves are apparently supported in InDesign and Illustrator as well as in Photoshop, and there's even a version of the libraries for CS3 as well as CS4. The Configurator tool seems only to be for Photoshop as far as I can tell, but if you know your way around in Flex as well as InDesign JavaScript you should be able to do some interesting things.
    (I say that, but I took one look and decided it was too hard for me.)

    Windows
    1. Right click on the downloaded Camera_Raw_5_7_updater.zip
        Click on Extract All
    2. In the Extract All dialog check Show extracted files when complete, then click on Extract
    3. When the next window opens showing the extracted files, right click on the Setup.exe and click on Run as Administrator.
       In the User Account Control dialog click Yes
      Just follow the directions in the install dialog when it opens
    Mac
    1. Double click on the downloaded Camera_Raw_5_updater.dmg to mount the dmg image
    2. When the next window opens, double click on the Setup.app
        In the next window enter your password
    Just follow the instructions in the install dialog that appears
    I didn't take screenshots of the installer dialogs, because i already have the 5.7 camera raw plugin installed

    You would need Camera Raw 7.3 or later to open those files. Adobe is not going to update CS4. You can either get a newer version of Photoshop that comes with a current version of Camera Raw, or you can use the DNG converter to save your files down to the ACR version that works with CS4.

    I think pattern maker was removed in CS3 from my memory. In CS4 Extract and Contact Sheet were also removed. These are still accessible by installing the plug ins from previous versions
    Exactly WHY they are removing these things from the standard install? because there are certain portions of the development staff that are becoming obsessed with what they are calling "bloat'. There was a brief period (Photoshop 6 to 7) when certain "New Features" like Extract and Pattern maker were introduced, looked like some kind of sideline - they honestly were not put together, or thought through very well. So now they are removing them.

    Another reason why you should update to 64 bit. The 4 gigs of ram is not being used as it should. Plus not to mention that 512 megs or 1 gig card will take the first 512 or 1 gig of address space. With your 32 bit system I would just stay with a recent high quality 512 meg video card.

    Do you own Illustrator CS3?  An older version should not only not be asking you to utilize a newer version in any way, it couldn't even know about the existence of it.

    If you had any smart objects involved, you might be able to get to them. But no, not your main file.
