Configure Database Security Store - OIM 11g R2 upgrade
Hi,
We have OIM 11g R1 environment and now upgrading it to 11g R2(11.1.2.0),
As part of upgrading we have to create a security store
While creating security store. We are seeing, java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException
Caused by: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException:ORA-00001: unique constraint (DEV_OPSS.IDX_JPS_RDN_PDN) violated
Your inputs are highly appreciated
Regards,
Anand
Thanks Nishith.
I have tried droping and recreating the schema but it doesn't work.
"For R2 must use weblogic 10.3.6 and SOA 11.1.1.6 and RCU 11l.1.2.0"
We have SOA-11.1.1.7.0, Weblogic 10.3.6, RCU 11.1.2.0 , 11g R2 DB.
I think our issue is exactly same as that in Doc ID 1547423.1 and also tried reinstalling everything and configured the domain again still two rdn for credentialstore (cn=credentialstore) is created everytime (which results in sqlIntegrityException).
I have already tried disabling the constraints, deleting the entry for credentialstore in MY_OPSS.JPS_DN still cannot create security store.
Is there anyother workaround? Your inputs will really guide us.
Regards,
Anandan

ORA-00001: unique constraint during "Configure Database Security Store for OIM Domain"
Hi Guru's,
I am following the below steps for OIM 11.1.2.1 with SOA 11.1.1.7 Installation and facing below error during step "Configure Database Security Store for OIM Domain".
Installed Database 11.2.0.3
Installed RCU (Here I used two versions.
RCU 11.1.2 - Used IDAM prefix for (Metadata Services, OPSS, OIM)
RCU 11.1.1.7 - Used SOA prefix for(Metadata Services,SOA Infrastructure, User Messaging service)
Installed JDK 7 (Java 1.7)
Installed WL 10.3.6 (MW_HOME-/u01/Middleware/fmw, WL_HOME=/u01/Middleware/fmw/wlserver_10.3)
Installed FMW 11.1.2.1 for OIM. (ORACLE_HOME=Oracle_IDM1)
Installed FMW 11.1.1.7 for SOA (ORACLE_HOME=Oracle_SOA1)
WL Domain creation. (Domain Name – idam_domain1)
Configure Database Security Store for OIM Domain.
Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (IDAM_OPSS.IDX_JPS_RDN_PDN) violated
Also followed the below bug solution, but issue still occurs.
Bug 16690836 : CONFIGURE DATABASE SECURITY STORE (CONFIGURESECURITYSTORE.PY) SCRIPT IS FAILING
@ 1. Delete the Schemas using RCU.
@ 2. Recreate the OAM schemas.
@ 3. Reinstall the WLS and OAM software.
@ 4. Run config.sh to create a new domain.
@ 5. Run setDomainEnv.sh from user_projects/domains/<Domain_name>/bin
@ 6. Run the configureSecurityStore.py from same window.
Not sure if anyone tried with different steps that fixed the issue? Could you please help.
Thanks
VGHi Gurus, I got the solution from Oracle. SOA 11.1.1.7.0 shouldn't be used with Identity Management 11.1.2.1.0(11GR1-PS1) version. Identity Management 11.1.2.1.0(11GR1-PS1) is bundled with SOA 11.1.1.6.0. When used this SOA version, Installation went smooth. Thanks VG

Configuring Database Security Store is failing
Guys,
I am trying to configure Database Security Store while installing 11gR2 (OIM, OAM, SOA) and wlst.sh script is failing. Here is the format I am giving.
$MW_HOME/oracle_common/common/bin/wlst.sh $ORACLE_HOME/common/tools/configureSecurityStore.py -d $IAM_DOMAIN_LOCATION -m create -c IAM -p $ORA_PASS
Here is the error message i am getting.
Problem invoking WLST - Traceback (innermost last):
File "/apps/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_IDM1/common/tools/configureSecurityStore.py ", line 15, in ?
ImportError: no module named security
Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
PS: I created a new domain with 7002 for OIM, OAM & SOA as 7001 is being used by OID domain. And trying to run the above command with 7002 domain name and getting this error. This is a bug.
Run a search for wlst.sh in your environment and call the wlst.sh from oracle_common/common/bin not from wl_server/common/bin.
You can look for this (Doc ID 1493576.1) in Oracle support.
Thanks,

Errors starting Portal Admin Server after configuring RDBMS Security Store.
Hi,
I'm using WLST to build and configure the portal domain. I've already had our DBA run all the necessary scripts on the Database.
We are using WLP 10.3 on RHEL 4 and Oracle 10G RAC. I read on some thread that RDBMS is only compatble with verion 10.3.2 but why is the feature in 10.3?
The error below seems to point to the URL; does this mean that the RDBMS config does not support RAC databases?
Hope someone can shed light on this as it's pretty urgent.
Many thanks
A

Secondly, both managed server are starting in ADMIN mode because some of the libraries aren't getting deployed. Think this is due to clashes in the Implementation-Version. I get the errors below (loads of the libraries - approx a third but I just pasted this for brevity) although after starting them with nodemanager and they go into ADMIN mode, I can always click on resume which then starts them up. Any idea why this is the case?
Many, many, thanks!

Are you created the domain first time? if yes then dont start Admin server and Managed Server till configuresecurity.py task get completed because if you do that it will give you error when you start OAMCONSOLE.

OIM 11g R2 PS2 : High Level Step Installation of 2 servers
Hi everybody,
I have installed with success a single server of OIM 11gR2 Ps2 on Windows Server 2008 in this way :
Installation of Database
Schema Creation Through RCU
Installation of Weblogic
Installation of SOA Suite
Mandatory Patches for SOA Suite
Installation of OIM Suite
Weblogic Domain Creation
Upgrading OPSS Schema using Patch Set Assistant
Configure Database Security Store for OIM Domain
Start Servers
Configuration of OIM Servers, Design Console
Now I need to know the High level step Installation of 2 OIM 11gR2 PS2 server on 2 different servers with same Database and schemas.
Can you help me?
RegardsHi,
Install weblogic, SOA and OIM binaries in the second host. Stop OIM and SOA servers in the first host.
Since you are done with installing OIM and configuring domain on one host, you login to the weblogic console and from server create two managed servers one for SOA and another for OIM with listen address and port of the second host.
From Clusters create two clusters, one for SOA and another for OIM. Add the oim servers to the OIM cluster and SOA servers to the SOA cluster.
Create Two machines with host addresses of two hosts and node manager listen ports.
Add weblogic admin server, oim server and soa server of first host to first machine and oim server and soa server of the second host to second machine.(Second machine wont have weblogic admin server)
Run the pack.sh utility to pack the domain from first host, this will create a jar out of your domain in first machine.
In the second machine run unpack.sh which will unpack the jar in the second machine.
Additionally you can follow this link for fresh setting up of OIM in high availability mode.

OIM 11g Server Configuration Wizard Error - Cannot Connect to Oracle DB
I appreciate any and all suggestions or thoughts on how to best continue troubleshooting this error that I am describing below.
I am attempting to install Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite 11g on a Windows 7 machine…in following the installation guides I have successfully installed the following Oracle Components
- Oracle Database 11.2.0.1.0
- Created Schemas using RCU 11.1.1.3.3
- Oracle WebLogic Server 10.3.3.0
- Oracle SOA 11.1.1.2.0
- Oracle SOA 11.1.1.3.0 (Patch Set)
- Oracle IAM SUITE 11.1.1.3.0
Following the above installations, I created a new WebLogic Domain and as the next step am running the OIM Configuration Wizard to configure the OIM Server, however I am unable to setup a connection to the Oracle DB via the OIM Configuration Wizard. I am getting an error message when attempting to setup the connection to the Oracle Database using the OIM 11g Server Configuration Wizard:
ERROR:*
INST:6102 Unable to connect to the database with the given credentials.
*+[DETAILS] Check the values. Make sure the Database is up and running and connect string, user name, and password are correct.+*
INST:6102 Unable to connect to the database with the given credentials.
*+[DETAILS] Check the values. Make sure the Database is up and running and connect string, user name, and password are correct.+*
When installing the Oracle Database 11gR2 I used the following install configuration:
Oracle base: C:\MyApps\Oracle
Software location: C:\MyApps\Oracle\DB_HOME\11.2.0\dbhome_1
Database file location: C:\MyApps\Oracle\DB_HOME\oradata
Database Edition: Personal Edition (3.27 GB)
Character Set: Unicode (AL32UTF8)
Global database name: orcl.dev.com
Administrative Password: Password1
Confirm Password: Password1
When creating my Schemas using RCU 11.1.1.3.3 I used the following Database Connection Details
DB TYPE: Oracle Database
HOST NAME: localhost
PORT: 1521
SERVICE NAME: orcl.dev.com
USERNAME: sys
PASSWORD: Password1
ROLE: SYSDBA
I used a Prefix of “DEV” when creating the schemas so Schema Owners DEV_OIM and DEV_MDS where created. Also, I configured to use the same password for all Schemas: “Password1″. So the password for DEV_OIM and DEV_MDS should be the same, “Password1″.
REPRODUCING THE ERROR
To reproduce the error, when I launch the Oracle Identity Management 11g Configuration Wizard I am first brought to the “Welcome” Screen. I click the [Next>] button.
Next, I am on the “Components to Configure” screen where I select OIM Server and OIM Design Console and click the [Next>] button. (NOTE I have also tested by simply selecting only the OIM Server)
Next, I am on the “Database” screen where I enter the connection information
Connection String: localhost:1521:orcl.dev.com
(NOTE I have also tested using localhost:1521:orcl)
OIM Schema User Name: DEV_OIM
OIM Schema Password: Password1
MDS Schema User Name: DEV_MDS
MDS Schema Password: Password1
When I click the [Next>] button after entering the Database Connection details I encounter the following two errors (1 error for each logon DEV_OIM and DEV_MDS)
INST:6102 Unable to connect to the database with the given credentials.
INST:6102 Unable to connect to the database with the given credentials.
TROUBLESHOOTING
NOTE: I can successfully start the Oracle DB Services and connect via the Enterprise Console, SQL Plus, and JDBCTest Java Client…I just cannot get past this connection error in the OIM Server Configuration Wizard.

The command completed successfullyWhenever installing oracle databases, i install the software only first. Then i setup the listener. Then i create a database instance using the dbca tool. This way all the information is added to the pre-existing listener configurations rather than trying to create the listener afterwards. Also, during the dbca database creation, i supply a full service name such as orcl.hostname and use the service name in future configurations where it asked. This usually solves any issues of the listener or database not being found correctly.

OIM 11g R2: Insufficent Privileges after Enable Database Vault
Hi,
i am trying to implement database vault on oim 11g r2 database for a customer proof of concept, but after enable database vault i am got the following error
oracle.iam.ui.platform.exception.OIMRuntimeException: IAM-7130125 : Search token caused Oracle text DRG issue, DB exception is :ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:

ORA-06512: at "CTXSYS.DRVUTL", line 14
ORA-06512: at "CTXSYS.DRVXMD", line 140
ORA-06512: at line 1
this error occurs when i run Catalog Synchronization Job and i when try to search items in catalog
i guess that database vault blocked the ctxapp role granted to oim database owner, but i am not sure how to fix it. Do i have to create a database realm for oim database user?As I continue to forage around looking for an answer, I came across the following statement in a document on Metalink: "The home where you plan to install ODV must already have OLS installed at the same patch level as the database.". Is this correct? I have never seen this in any Database Vault documentation.

The Secure Store Service application Secure Store Service Proxy is not accessible
I am working on setting up a new SharePoint 2013 Farm for our external web site which is currently running on 2010 SharePoint. Because this is an External Website for our organization we have an internally available Publishing Site and there is an Web App
Extension to provide Anon Access to users using the www address. Currently I am doing everything on a single server for testing with HOSTS entries to loop back so I can test with real host headers and not impact the 2010 prod environment. We will be setting
up 2 more WFEs with a NLB before moving this into prod but it isn't there yet. We brought the Site Collection Databases over but are still running in 2010 mode for now.
I migrated a copy of the Secure Store Database over from 2010 and had it put on the 2013 Farm's Database Server. Set up Secure Store and the Secure Store Proxy. I went into the Secure Store Proxy in CA and refreshed the Key with the proper Pass Phrase. After
doing that I could see the Target Application IDs listed. Everything was looking good so I went off to test. If I am on the publishing site I can go to a page that has the solution on it and it operates as expected. It does a query to a non SharePoint database
and returns information filtered based on the search parameters. The only odd thing I see is if I click on the "Site Actions" I get a message "An error has occurred with the data fetch. Please refresh page and retry." Need to look into
that more but it only happens on pages that have these solutions. Maybe a clue. If I go to the Anonymous Access page (www......) and try and use the solution, it immediately (way too quick to appear like it is doing anything) comes back with "The security
token request cannot be completed."
If I dig through the usage logs I am finding the following.
The Secure Store Service application Secure Store Service Proxy is not accessible. The full exception text is: The security token request cannot be completed.
Unexpected exception from endpoint address : https://[Servername]:32844/4e87fd3aabb640fb8cc3ed52188cf5c0/SecureStoreService.svc/https
Logging unknown/unexpected client side exception: InvalidOperationException. This will cause this application server to be removed from the load balancer queue. Exception: System.InvalidOperationException: The security token request cannot be completed.

Boolean validateCanary, ExecuteDelegate`1 operation).
Initially I was fighting a firewall issue because it wasn't working (different errors) on both sides. Had Network Engineers open firewall ports needed and now it works on the publishing side. Still the same error on the Anon side. I suspect I have missed
something when it comes to configuring the Secure Store to allow access to anonymous connections.
Let me know if you need any more information but that should paint a pretty good picture as to how things are set up.
Thanks for any help on this one. Searches haven't found much that has helped so far.Hi Sennister,
I recommend to verify the things below:
Did this issue occur with all the pages in the anonymous side?
Check if the Claims to Windows Token Service is started.
Change the <identity impersonate="true" /> in the web.config to see if the issue still occurs.
Thanks,
Victoria

HI All,
I am trying to install OIM 11g but I am getting following error when I am trying to run "OUI configuration wizard" while configuring database
INST-6177: OIM Schema version is lower than the expected value
Create OIM 11g schema using Repository Creation Utility and proceed with configuration.
Environment:
OS:Windows Server 2003
Database:Oracle 11g R2
Application Server:wls1033_win32
RCU utiltity:ofm_rcu_win_11.1.1.3.2_disk1_1of1
Thanks in advance.Hi,
How did you install OIM Schema.
I' m running RCU tool and selected Identity Management. All i see is OID and OIF. I don' t see OIM Schema.
The documentation says that The SOA Infrastructure schema, the User Messaging Service schema, and the Metadata Services schema are also selected, by default upon selecting Identity Management. Thats not happening either.
Thanks.

Error with Secure Store Service
Hi - I sure could use some help with an issue I'm having trying to configure the Secure Store Service in SharePoint 2010.
I'm using SharePoint Server 2010 and this is the first time that I've installed and trying to configure. When I try to generate a key for the Secure Store Service App, I get this error: "Cannot complete this action as the Secure Store Shared Service is not
responding. Please contact your Administrator."
I also see an error in the Event Viewer: "The Secure Store Service application Secure Store Service App is not accessible. The full exception text is: Access is denied"
I have verified that the App Pool is using the correct domain acount and the database security allows this same acount as well. The account is DBO in the Secure Store databse. What else should I check that would cause access denied?
Thank you!
KerryI found when the error message dialog box has a phrase like "Additional information has been logged for your administrator" it means to check the Windows Event-Application log (not the SP correlation ID log). In my case, the specific domain\uid being
denied was mentioned in the error message details. I found that the domain\uid in that message was not in the SQL Server log in collection with permissions to the appropriate DBs. The Event-Application log also told me which DB object was being
denied. I set the account for dbo access to simplify my work (dbo is needed to run stored procedures and functions). Other attributes (other than dbo) may be sufficient and "more secure".

I'm brand new to Keynote. Currently upgrading from 2.0.2 to 3. Is it possible to create a whole website in Keynote and upload it as your Website? iMac G5 Mac OS X (10.4.6)
