Configure the chat option in Fusion Applications

Hi All,
I am new to the Fusion Applications .When I Login to the Fusion I am able to see the chat screen.But it shows as Offline.
I also add a person by managing connection requests from the chat screen,but when we both login to the application the chat option is not get connecting.
So I have the following questions:
Is there any configuration needed for the chat additionally?
If necessary how to configure the chat option?
Can anyone please help me?

The first thing that has to be done with a new iPad is to activate it via iTunes. What version of iTunes, and what spec computer, have you got ? The iPad's minimum requirements are (from http://www.apple.com/ipad/specs/) :

Why is the chat option under support gone?

Hey guys,
I can't find the chat option under service anymore. When I go through the process describing my problem I get choices of either
Send in for service,
Or take in for service,
Or contact carrier,
Or contact Apple Support (call when you are ready)
Do anyone know how I can use the chat option again? I think that's a very convinient way for me to communicate since my english isn't that great.

I think it only applies to certain countries. Have you moved to a different country since you last used it. Or do you know for sure it has been available where you live?

Can't see the Chat Option?

For some reason now when i want to use the chat option, theres only the call number, I've checked the US site too, theres no Chat function for me either, What's going on?

I see from looking at your profile that you have an iMac. If your question is about that machine, you need to clarify what chat you're talking about. If you are trying to find a chat option for getting in touch with Apple Support, there is none, nor is there e-mail support. You can call them on the phone or make an appointment at the Genius Bar at an Apple Store.
If your problem is actually with the Windows 7 PC you are talking about in your responses to Klaus, note that Apple does not (of course!) support that machine, and neither do these forums.

How can I configure the Databse Options to save an array of strings to a table?

I have a list of devices associated with a particular test and I have an array with the serial numbers of all the devices. In order to log this information to a database, I created a table with two fields: UUT_RESULT_ID, and DEVICE_SERIAL_NUMBER. Both of this make-up the Primary Key. I need to store each element in my array to a different row in the table and use the ID from the UUT_RESULT table as a foreign key in my new table.
I could write some code to log this data in the database afterwards but I need to know what was the ID generated in the UUT_RESULT table, and I would not like to assume that the last record in that UUT_RESULTS table is what I'm looking for.
Any ideas?

Well, well, well! Looks like I'm answering my own question here! After trying many many things, I finally figured this out and I wanted to share the information in case anyone else needs it.
I needed to save multiple rows of data in a table of my database for every UUT. The configuration screen for the database options allows you to insert statements into your schema. By inserting multiple statements that save data in the same table, you insert multiple rows in that table. The problem with this solution, is that you must know how many elements or how many rows you will be saving and you should create a statement for every element in your array.
In my case the array could have any number of elements.
The solution is to modify the DatabaseOptions parameter in
the process model dynamically. There is a callback in the process model called LogToDatabse. It calls a sequence in Database.seq. To dynamically modify the DatabaseOptions insert steps before this call that insert the elements you need into Parameters.DatabaseOptions.DatabaseSchema.Statements.
This worked great for me!

We have installed HCM and CRM modules on Fusion Application 11.1.7 version.
This is 2 node architecture ie IDM components installed in one node and Fusion components installed in another node.
We are able to start the IDM components and Fusion components successfully, but when users are trying to access any task from Fusion application home page, they are getting the below error

Review the consumer and producer logs for more details on this error.

This may be related to the other issue regarding "FUSION_APPS_WSM_APPID-KEY" as the logs contains exceptions like:
oracle.wsm.policymanager.PolicyManagerException: WSM-02081 : Failed to login to perform requested action.
Please refer to document Fusion Application Service Account Password Expiration Causes Portlet Producer Errors (1486388.1) for steps on how to verify and set the password. There is also exception:
javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: [Security:090302]Authentication Failed: User FUSION_APPS_PROV_PATCH_APPID denied
This is also likely caused by an expired password, please see Fusion Apps Servers Are Not Starting Up - Password Policy Error :9000: GSL_PWDEXPIRED_EXCP :Your Password has expired (1629927.1).

Don't expect any wonders. If you use it heavily with multiple applications running at the same time, nobody can help you. It's physics: more usage => higher energy consumption.
Here you can find some tips to reduce the battery consumption. My tip: close applications if you don't need them right now and reduce screen brightness.

The GRAB option in all application

Out of curiosity I went to Safari tried the option of Safari > Services >Grab but the options -screen-selection-timed screen are grayed out...I couldn't use those options if I wanted. Why are they grayed out in all the aplications?

Refer to Grab Service Commands Dimmed in Finder where the key part about Grab via the Services menu is Grab services are available in applications that support services and can accept the result of the service
So the receiving application has to have services support encoded into the progran and has to know what to do with the PNG picture created by Grab. Safari is a HTML viewer, not a dedicated graphics viewer (on the other hand, open a new window in Graphic Converter and the Services> Grab options are active).
You can always launch Grab manually through Applications> Utilities. Most people memorize (or write down on a Post-It™ note!) the keyboard shortcuts as noted in Mac Help:To take a picture of the whole screen, press Command-Shift-3.
To take a picture of part of the screen, press Command-Shift-4, then drag to select the area you want in the picture.
To take a picture of a window, the menu bar, the Dock, or other area, press Command-Shift-4, then press the Space bar. Move the pointer over the area you want so that it's highlighted, then click. If you decide you want to drag to select the area, press the Space bar again.

I have been chatting online with one of the expert, but the line has been cutting off because I pressed Ctrl plus R instead of Press window plus R during the process. So the conversation is over. As you have not specifically mentioned so I assume you're having the most recent version of FaceBook for BlackBerry application .
Are are able to browse web pages when this error appear ?
Also are you using those application over a wifi network or over your Mobile network .

The chat contacts search functionality is missing

I have configured the chat in thunderbird. It looks well and better but when I searched for a specific contact in my list of contacts(more than 300) by name or Username, I am unable to search the contact and I found it manually.
If there is any addon/extension for chat contact search, Please let me know.

You must configure the encryption key on each application server that hosts a Business Transaction Management component. To configure the encryption key, create a Java system property named com.amberpoint.security.encryption.aes.defaultKey in the server and set its value to your encryption key, for example:

where MyEncryptionKey is a base 64-encoded, AES, 128-bit key.
