Configuring Calendar Connectivity

Hi all,
I am configuring Calendar Connectivity for microsoft exchange.
When i preview the "My Appointments" iview , i get the following error:
An exception occurred while reading or writing from/to the IIS server
can somebody suggest steps for the calendar connectivity so that i can cross check.

Hi,
I am trying to setup a Calendar RM to point to our Exchange 2003 environment using WebDAV.
I have followed the steps as mentioned in

On the step "Creating a WebDAV Transport" it requires a system to be created. If I try to create this system I only have the following options to pick from the com.sap.netweaver.coll.appl.gw PAR file Java_Mail,Lotus_Server,Microsoft_Exchange_Server NO DAVxch.
What am I missing here ?
I can complete all other steps , creating the transport etc. I'm just not sure what to do with the system ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting reading, I'm currently trying to figure out which method to use to retrieve calendar scheduling functionality from Exchange 2003. There doesn't seem to be any pointers in help as to which method to follow. Are you aware of any official selection documentation?

More information on configuring node connections.

In the Netscape Calendar Server Admin Guide chapter on Managing a Node
Network, there is not sufficient information on configuring SNC connections.
The example provided shows "all:2" with no information on why 2 is a good number
for the example case. Other examples demonstrate increasing the number of connections
for specific nodes with no information on when this is appropriate.

We have configured our network with all:2, but we need documentation that details
how this number should be determined.

Two connections is the minimum in cases where there is one
node configured on each server. The unicwsd requires one connection for processing
of remote node requests and there should be at least one additional connection available
to be used by the clients.

Depending on how much traffic there is between nodes, two connections
might not be sufficient. The 'uninode -snc all' output should give you an
idea if there are not enough connections configured. An example of the output
follows:

In the example above, there are not enough connections available from
server1 to server4. "US" indicates that there were two connections
used at the time the uninode -snc all was run. "QUEUE" indicates that
there is one unieng process currently waiting for a free connection. "CANCEL"
means that there were x number of processes that did not get a connection, and
"CHECK" indicates the number of times a process had to retry before the request
for an snc connection was either granted or canceled. LOST, QUEUE,
CANCEL, CHECK and GRANTED are values that are reset when the unisncd
is shut down, or when 'uninode -reset' is run.

Note: In cases where there is more than
one node configured on one server, the node connections on that server going to the
other nodes are pooled. That means that any process on that server could use any snc
connection going to a node. In these cases the number of connections
configured could even be as low as all:1. Again, this depends on usage,
and might be subject to fine-tuning.

Hi Everyone,
i have configured a connection pool on JBoss as per JCo3 Documentation and is working great.
Now I need help to configure this connection pool with single sign on so that RFc on SAP ECC systems are executed using end users credential rather than using single user name password used to configure JCo connection pool.
On SAP Java stack I am sure its possible within Java WebDynpro and i assume using JCA resource adapter. But what if we don't want to use SAP Java App server.
Any help will be appreciated.

I want to Configure, FTPS connection (Secured Connection) for File Sender Adapter. Could anyone please guide me, what Information I require to configure. I just want to know what Information should I request the team inorder the configure FTPS so that it can be deployed properly.
I have checked with [SAP Help Link|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/EN/e3/94007075cae04f930cc4c034e411e1/content.htm] and while configuring the communication channel found that I need Keystore and the X.509 Certificate and Private Key. which needs to be deployed on the J2EE server by using the Visual Administrator.
Is there anything else, I need to configure.
Any help would be appreciated in this regard.

The basic things are Certificate/Keys which you already know. Usually it is enough for running a sceanrio.
However, if you have additional requirements, like FTPS for "Connection Security" for encryption, then you may need additional details like commands. Rest all settings are same as FTP.

I am new to BPEL and going through Order Booking Tutorial (using 10.1.3.4 version of opmn ) .
I have a problem in 'Designing the Database Adapter to Insert Data' Chapter.
I have installed Oracle 10g Express Edition and BPEL Process Manager on my local system.
In the Example it has been asked to create a daabase connection with Third Party JDBC Driver. Instead I have created a database connection with Oracle(JDBC) Driver.So i didnt have to register any third party driver.
I cud access the Order/OrderItems table as well .
I Deployed the same on the server.But while running the process I get following error--

I have checked several post on this error but every post talks about third party database.I have used Oracle Database only so why/What shud I change anything in oc4j-ra.xml?? This is my doubt .

Actually,it couldn't get some advice in here.But now,I known how to configure it,I expended 2 days to search and test it.Follow :

You won't be able to access the DB connections used by iAS from the JSP. As these connections are managed by mod_plsql component in iAS.

Configuring calendar in ESS

hi,
i want to configure "calendar" in the ESS implementation , but i dont see any services for the same in the back end MySAP ERP .
do i need to create a subservice regarding the same?
Can anyone tell me where would the calendar be placed ( i mean which workset in ESS ) once its configured?

if yes u can found it under MSS.
if u dont' want whole MSS buisness package. than just deploy MSS webdynpro BP on j2ee server. and create a service link under default homepage framework for calender.
if any query revert back.

I need help configuring a connection with asdm 5.2 for asa

I am very much a novice with asdm 5.2 for asa and I urgently need to configure a connection but don’t know how to. I have 2 domains at work and someone is trying to connect their sql client from their pc in one domain to the sql server in the other domain (DMZ).
When he tries to connect he gets the error
Cant connect to MySql Server at "IP Address" (10060)
He is trying to connect on port 3306. Could anyone please give me any tips on how i can resolve this quickly? I know i am

I'm not a security specialist but here is how I had it set up at home:
Essentially a NAT and a rule forwarding the port are needed. In this particular case I had an Oracle server running and a person requested remote access. So, for example, the source address was his external IP and the destination was the Oracle's external IP. For the NAT the source was the internal IP of the Oracle server and the interface was Outside.

Need to configure Airport connection to access corporate wireless network.
Have imported my certificate from Windows XP machine into keychain and made Leopard always trust in order to authenticate automatically into my corporate wireless network. Also attempted to establish a new 802.1x connection via network preferences without any success. It keeps asking me for username and password even though we used self-generated certificates to log into corporate wireless network. Does anybody have any instructions on how to successfully configure certificates in Leopard?

You'll need to "hard reset" the Time Capsule and then reconfigure it again. To do this, you will hold in the reset button until you see the amber light begin to blink more quickly, keep holding another second or two and then release.
The "hard reset" will not affect the data on your Time Capsule
Now you can open AirPort Utility and configure the Time Capsule using wireless (be sure to log on to the default network which will have a name like Apple Network xxxxxx), or you can connect an ethernet cable from your computer to one of the LAN <-> ports on the Time Capsule to have AirPort Utility communicate with it that way.
When you open AirPort Utility, click Continue to follow the guided setup to re-configure your Time Capsule. You would choose the option to "Create a wireless network" when you are given the configuration options.

I have set up a dial up connection between to PC's at remote site and center. It using ISDN 30B+D which is configured on Router 3845. Currently I have configured authentic connection with username and password using Cisco ACS. To enhance the security configuration I want to authenticate both the phone number which dialup with Cisco ACS. And currently I have not done this. Please help me solve this problem.

2) I edited /etc/hostapd/hostapd.conf:

and edited /etc/rc.local:

3) I added in autostart these daemons: hostapd, dnsmasq and iptables.
