Configuring SRM SUS Application

Hi Experts,
I need your help and suggestions. please help me on that.
Current Deployment & Problem:
We have deployed “Supplier Collaboration 4.0” Business packages in portal. We could see there are Webdynpro Java and BSP iviews.
To load the BSP iviews in the portal, it requires SRM 7.01 system need to be given as “System Alias” in the portal iview configuration. Currently we don’t have SRM 7.01 system in our Landscape. So iviews are not visible in the portal.
Expected Version of Business package only for ECC:
Is it possible to get similar kind of Busineess package only for ECC with functionality of view purchase order, confirm purchase order, Attach Invoice against confirmed PO etc. Also is it possible to get webdynpro Java iviews or webdynpro ABAP iviews or UI5 iviews with Business package component.
Please clarify my doubt and provide any suggestions to proceed without SRM or SUS configuration.

After installing and configuring SRM-SUS, we try to access the system. However, we always get the following error:

The following error text was processed in the system:
BSP exception: Access to page default.htm requires HTTPS. HTTPS has not been configured on this server
How can we access SUS by HTTP, since this is an internal development environment?
We are using SRM 5.0 SPL 9

You can try the following and see the system behaviour.
1)start transaction se80
2) select BSP application and SRMSUS.
3) and find the page default.htm.
4)Go in to the properties tab of the page , there will be option to maintiain flag wether
it is http (or) https.
see wether you can change to http here and then start the system.

SRM-SUS Scenerio Replicating company code and suppliers to SUS via XI

We have configured SRM-SUS scenario. We have SRM and SUS on the same system but different clients. We have configured extended classic scenario. We are on SRM 2007 with SP5
Issue:
When I execute transaction BBP_SP_COMP_INI I get no errors. I check SXMB_MONI in my SUS client and it has processed correctly. However it does not update table BBP_SUS_BPCMPMAP. I check SLG1 in SRM and SUS and get messages that data replicated.
When I execute transaction BBP_SP_SUPP_INI to move the SRM suppliers to SUS I check SXMB_MONI and everything processed correctly. However, when I check table VENMAP there are no entries.
I then create a PO and send to SUS. I get the following error:
Error in an XI interface: No partner found for partner number VNDR_ACCT_ Program: SAPLBBP_BD_VALUE_MAPPING; Include: LBBP_BD_VALUE_MAPPINGF11; Line: 436
When we debug the proxy it is trying to validate our SRM company code (VNDR_ACCT) in table BBP_SUS_BPCMPMAP which is empty.
It appears that SUS is not allowing the creation of external partners. Does SRM to SUS transfers utilize the BP number range table which distinguishes external and internal BPs which is used when replicating suppliers between ECC and SRM.
Has anyone ever encountered this issue before?

I think my issue is that the XI proxys' are not being updated in SUS. It appears to me that it is similar to when you are executing BBPGETVD between ECC and SUS (MM-SUS) and the BP number range in SUS is not set to accept external BPs.
So, When I execute BBP_SP_SUPP_INI and send SRM suppliers to SUS how does it know the VG5XXXXXXX. When I replicate BBPGETVD I tell the VG5XXXXXXXX. I did configure the "Managing Business Partners" SUS configuration but we are not using supplier registration so I do not have URL for UM or Notification. I did update the "Central Vendor Group" , "Default Purchase Org", and "Currency". Does XI use this setting to know where to assign the vendors or is there another piece of configuration I missed?
What I did to create the entry in table BBP_SUS_BPCMPMAP is I executed transaction BBP_SUS_BP_ADM and entered in the "Company Code" field the BP from my SRM system assigned to my ECC backend company code . In the log sys field I entered the log sys of my SRM cleint. I then completed the other required fields. In the end it created the following entry:
101 4CF3AE33A6036B71E10000000AF8EF08 ERACLNT100 0001 0000000018
Client 100 is SRM and 101 is SUS.
I am able to configure SUS for MM_SUS and replicate suppliers and company code from ECC to SUS. However, this does not use XI. For thois reason I think my issue is a missing piece of config to tell XI where to create external business partners?
When I check the payload of my SRM PO it does not show the company code but uses BP 18 which is the SRM BP for my backend company code. When I check BBP_PD for this PO in SRM it has my company code as "BE CO_ CODE"
Do you have any more suggestions?

SRM alert configurations for SUS ASN not created in SRM SUS system

Hi All,
We are trying to configure the SRM ASN alerts with the alert category SRM_SUS_AVIS ( Alerts for ASN-SUS) by the same way we did for the SRM_BID_INV for bidinvitation in different client and scenario.
Is the configuration for SUS anyway different than EBP? ( I have posted another thread for bid alert doubt and later it was configured and working fine sometime ago)
If the config for SUS ASN alert is different then what is that?
With our configurations in SLAERT and ALRTCATDEF, and thru RSALERTTEST job we are getting alerts for PO not viewed and Order confirmation not created.
But we are not able to get alerts for ASN not created.
Can anyone throw some light on this please?

Vendor data is maintained in table CRMD_PARTNER only when transactional documents exist for the vendor.

The reused receiver determination is already assigned to the configuration scenario

Check the conditions for all receivers of the receiver determination. The default result value for the generated condition is: TRUE
I am message for test and I can see the message into PI the estatus is Recorded and flag is color Green.
but no show an error or problems only stay in Recorded Status , othe observation into the SXMB_MONI the fiel Receiver component and Receiver Interface are empty,

PO replication from SRM to SRM -SUS

Hello Guys
How to replicate a PO from SRM to SRM SUS Client in case of PO created in SRM SUS scenario.
Any configuration and back ground job needs to be scheduled. Also for the corresponding documents from SRM to SUS and Vice versa.
Second, why middle ware PI is used for replication of vendors from SRM to SRM SUS as they both deploy on same system with different client.

Hi Santosh,
As you are using extended classic scenario for transferring PO from SRM EBP to SRM SUS.
You can schedule a report RSPPFPROCESS for every minute with following varient
Application - BBP_PD
Action Profile - BBP_PD_PO
Action Defination - STANDARD_PO
Promotion Status - (0) Not Processed
and also select Processing withhout dialog checkbox.

The Po Changed XML Message is in Error in SRM SUS

Dear Experts,
We are integrating ECC to SRM SUS system, and PO was successfully processed from PI and in SRM SUS we are getting below error.

And the message is in Inbound Q with status u201CXI Error Application Error .ABAP:Queue Stoppedu201D
Observed that messege was sucessfully processed from PI, and in error it is showing as XI Error.
Please help us to resolve the issue.

What you can do is:
1.) Look for the name of the queue in SXI_MONITOR of SUS System
2.) Go to tcode SMQ2
3.) Input the name of your queue there
4.) Unlock your queue

Iam working on SRM 5.0 and Bi 7.0,
We implemented SUS in SRM and Getting Po's from R/3 to SRMm, so the thing is we Dint implememt EBP in SRM.
Now i want to Implement the same in BI system, Sap has few dats ources given for SRM,But unable to load them to BI as because EBP is required and Without EBP the data sources defined By SAP are not Compatable to Just SUS scenario..
i just want to Know is there anyone who had implemented SRM-SUS(Only Sus without EBP as we did ) and BW.
Can anyone guide me are let me know how the configuration took place..

SUS is an add on software component for SRM.
e.g. For SRM server 5.5 SUS 3.0 is installed.
When SUS is required you need XI to be also installed.
Because for EBP , SUS becomes external system and you need to send messages in XML format only which is job of XI.
SUS is basically meant for external business partners i.e.suppliers
with SUS in picture ,the same can be used for supplier users creation , PO/SA confirmation, sending ASN shipping notification, Send invoices.
So basically used for supplier collabration.

Do we have an option to edit a specific page form SUS application without the need to create a Z copy of the same. Say I want to provide a new field on SUS PO screen in standard SUS application.
Does system requires an access key for editing this object at Page level or BSP application level ?
I cannot check the same in my system as it asks for normal workbenc request to edit the object.
If you are aware of this access key, please provide some details.

SRM SUS to ECC throgh PI

Hi Experts,
I need to develop a scenarion from SRM SUS to ECC through PI.My Requirement is From SUS the invoice is encrypted in a PDF format, PI will decrypt that and pass the data to ECC.(This is the reqirment).
MY concerns are: 1. Which scenario i need to develop in pi.
2. Is there any configuration settings are required in pi to convert encrypt to decry pt.
3. PDF to PDF scenario?

As of now without Ehp1, vendors are replicated to backend MM systems using a PI scenario "Supply_base_management".
And you are right, from Ehp1 vendor replication will be handled as you mentioned and ECC Ehp4 will support that.

Dear Experts,
We are in the process of setting up system for SUS with SRM 5.0. Need the following clariffications
1 We are in the process of using Classic scenario in SRM 5.0. Please suggest which method of SUS is preferred (MM-SUS or SRM-SUS) for classic Scenario.
2. Do we need to have separate Server for SUS. If we can configure in same server, then do we need to go for separate client? Please suggest us with useful links on start up documentation for SUS

in the case of classic scenarion --> following applies
1) when shopping cart is approved in classic scenario, local purchase order is not created --> so purchase order flow is not possible from SRM to SUS,
purchase order in such case has to be send from backend system where classic scenario has created.
so flow happens from backend MM system to SUS system..
Hope it is clear... the scenario here....
2) following are the possibilities for SUS client
      a) client on different server
      b) different client on the same server...
3) there is no seperate documentation available specific for SUS , you have to use the following
      1) service procurement scenario guide --> if you want to connect SRM to SUS.
      2) plan driven procurement scenario guide --> if you want to connect MM to SUS.
4) apart from the SRM , SUS --> you also need to have XI system ( also known as process integration) , this is for the transfer of documents to happen correctly from one system to another

Please describe your expectation of "insert". A web dynpro application can be accessed via URL, so it should be possible to navigate from BSP to Web Dynpro either using Portal Navigation or normal URL links.

Supplier Self-Services (SUS) is a solution that reduces the costs of procurement cycles by improving the exchange of business documents and shortening the time it takes to process the content of these documents. While purchasers use familiar methods to order goods and services, SUS integrates suppliers into the procurement process to a much larger extent.
Using SUS, suppliers do not need their own systems to supply goods and services, but have direct Internet access to the purchaser's procurement system via a Web browser. By this means, they are able to rapidly react to order functions received from the host.
Integration
You can use SUS with the following business scenarios:
Service Procurement
SUS is installed separately, and configured to work together with SAP SRM as procurement system. From a technical aspect, this represents a standalone scenario with a Financial Accounting (FI) back-end system.
Plan-Driven Procurement with Supplier Integration
SUS is installed separately, and configured to work together with Materials Management (MM) as procurement system. This enables the procurement of direct materials. From a technical aspect, this represents a classic scenario with one or more MM back-end systems.

SRM SUS Change Logo

Using SRM SUS the portal BSP pages show both an SAP logo in the right upper corner and the text "SAP SRM" in the left upper corner. I have been able to replace the SAP logo with my company's logo, but how can I get rid of the SAP SRM text?
Any hints and also any other hints as to how the control the size (height/width) of the BSP pages would be great.

Looking in SE80 > Package BBP_SUS_UI > BSP Library > BSP Applications > SRMSUS > Controller > main.do
I do not see any label with the 'SAP SRM' text anywhere, and also not where to change that?
