Configuring TP-Link TL-WR2543ND

Can anyone help with configuring a TP-Link TL-WR2543ND Wifi Cable Router? My BT hub has to go because it does not support Apple AirPlay.
Issues I have are:
According to BT, the connection type should be PPPoA with VCI set to 38. But the router connection type only offers PPPoE and I can find no reference to VIC and am unable to set it to 38, so how can I configure this on the TP-Link Router?
According to BT, the user name is either [email protected] or it might be [email protected] or it might be [email protected] Which is right?
Is there anything else I need to know?
Neither BT nor TP-Link customer services have been very helpful in getting to the bottom of any of these simple issues. It seems BT have not come across a TP-Link cable router - and TP-Link have not configured one of their products on BT Infinity. So any pointers in the right direction would be most welcome.

It seems a real nonsense to suggest it is made of your name without checking it...what if there were two users with the same name? One hacks the other?
Are you sure it is PPPoE? BT said it was PPPoA

I assume that you are using adf rich faces. In this case you use an af:goLink and give the whole URL as you would type it in the browser as the 'destination' property select '_blank' as 'TargetFrame' to open a new window...

Wiki file attachments - can the wiki be configured to link to a file already on the server rather than uploading it into the page?

Can the wiki be configured to link to a file already on the server rather than uploading it into the page? This would enable users to open (and edit) the original server hosted document rather than downloading a static copy that can't be edited and synced back into the wiki page.
As a workaround I've tried attaching an alias to a file but it doesn't work - the wiki instead uploads the aliased file.
From what I can work out, the default wiki behaviour is to upload a document to a wiki page, which creates a copy of the uploaded document in the wiki database. This copy has no connection to the original document. It can be downloaded and edited, but the edits are not saved back into the wiki hosted version of the document.
I'd like to be able to upload a link or alias to a document (with preview please!) already on the server. A user could then preview the document or click to open and edit it.
The only way I can do this at the moment is to create a link "afp://123.../doc.rtf" to the original. This is timeconsuming and confusing for non-technical users and doesn't offer the benefits of the attach function (ie document preview).
Is there any way the wiki can be configured to link to documents already on the server using the attach functionality?

An update for anyone in a similar situation.
Patch 3944727 for 9.0.4.1 that solves this issue: "USER LOV IASM11SHIP EDIT USER LOV SHOULD SHOW THE NICKNAME ATTRIBUTE." However, the patch is mutually exclusive with the latest CPU's and there's no plan to merge the pacthes given the dwindling support for 9.0.4.1. So that patch is pretty much worthless.
I've been told that this patch is included in newer portal versions, so the real solution is an upgrade.

Cannot Configure PO Link in C1

So I got into work this morning to find my 7.0.3 Post Office was not receiving messages from it's Domain.
I went in to the HTTP view of the domain, and it showed for link that the PO had an address of 127.0.0.1 :(
Went into ConsoleOne link configuration tool and attempted to look at the link configuration there. When I switched from the Domain links to the Post Office link, I received two errors windows:
"General directory access error
The attribute value is null. 63063"
Then the next:
"General directory access error
LOGIN CANCELED"
Any thoughts?

You should be able to temporarily modify the link from the HTTP console. It will change it but it won't be permanent (e.g., restarting the agent will revert it to what is in eDir).
I cannot remember where in the HTTP console to configure the links... I do it all the time in ConsoleOne. Can you remind me?

RWB - Configuration hyper link

In RWB,
I clicked on Configuration hyper link and it asks me for user name and PW.
For the PW, it takes only first 8 characters.
Then I tried with a user with 8 character PW and failed to login.
I am not sure what r the roles req to do that.

So I changed the PW on the ABAP stack.
Now I am able to log in to the RWB - Configuration hyper link

can`t we configure peer-link on M1 cards? its showing an error while i am configuring the vpc peer link on M1 card.

The PC peer link can be configured on M1 series I/O modules, but only on the 10GE modules. From the Configuring vPC section of the Nexus 7000 configuration guide:
vPC Peer Links
A vPC peer link is the link that is used to synchronize the states between the vPC peer devices. Both ends of the link must be on 10-Gigabit Ethernet interfaces.
What type are your M1 I/O modules? I can't see from what you attached.

Help needed with configuring D-Link DSL-320T

My home network consists of 2 Aiport Express using WDS, 2 PowerBooks and a WiFi HP printer.
I recently had to replace my trusty Aztech DSL modem/router when it died, and bought a D-Link DSL-320T.
This is a DSL modem but NOT ROUTER with a built in DHCP server, but connection behaviour is different from my old device. The IP address for the modem is the default 192.168.1.1
When I connect the modem with an Ethernet cable to the Airport Express, run AirPort Admin Utility and set TCP/IP to configure using DHCP, the IP address of the AE becomes the fixed IP that my ISP has assigned to me, which starts 212.xxx.xxx.xxx. The router address is the same (212.xx.xxx.xxx), and the subnet is 255.255.255.255
With my old modem/router, the AE's IP address would be 192.168.1.2, and then I would use the AE as a wireless bridge, so that the modem would be the DHCP server. All connected Macs and printer would have a 192.168.1.xxx IP address.
With the new modem, I am unable to share the connection unless I use the AE to distribute IP addresses using NAT and DHCP. The AE uses the 10.0.1.xxx range of IP addresses. So my PowerBook has an IP of 10.0.1.xxx
I keep on having to restart the modem as the connection seems to drop on me, to the extent that I cannot even open the modem configuration page by entering 192.168.1.1 into Safari.
My suspicion is that having 2 DHCP servers on the go is not helpful, trying to be on a 192.168.1.x range of addresses as well 10.0.1.x.
I'm not really sure what purpose the modem's DHCP server has, because it does not seem to distribute 192.168.1.x IP addresses, if I configure the AE to be a wireless bridge. As I have said, it is not a modem/router but a modem only. I cannot set up any port forwarding (NAT) instructions. The D-Link manual and website are not very helpful, but it does appear that the correct behavior is for the connected device to display the public (i.e. 212.xxx.xxx.xxx) address. The website does also state that I would need to have separate router to do NAT. I thought that is where the AE comes in...
However if I disable the modem's DHCP server I am not sure what manual settings to configure the AE with.

The D-Link uses the IP address 192.168.1.1
Whatever device is plugged into the D-Link, whether PowerBook directly or the AirPort Express, configured using DHCP you get the following in TCP/IP:
IP address: 212.xxx.xxx.xxx
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.255
Router: 212.xxx.xxx.xxx (identical numbers to IP address)
DNS servers: as per ISP
My
suspicion is that having 2 DHCP servers on the go is
not helpful, trying to be on a 192.168.1.x range of
addresses as well 10.0.1.x.
There is no inherent problem using 2 DHCP servers.
If I can have both devices acting as DHCP servers, then maybe there is a different explanation for why I lose connection all the time which is only cured by turning the modem on and off again?

How do you configure the storage link on a wrt350n? I have been trying to no success. Currently I have a flash 1gb drive attached. Once I figure out how to config it I will attach a 500gb hard drive. If anyone knows of a link to this process or would like to tell me how please do. Thanks

Once you connect your Storage Drive to your router, you need to login to the Router setup page and click on "Storage" tab,The Disk screen describes the disk currently attached to the Router. Once you are able to see your Storage disk, Size, Then you need to click on Create Share,Under create share you need to give a Shared Name and Select the Partition and click on Create Share. Next step you need to click on "Share" tab and click on "Modify" and you can set the Permissiong for your Users.Once you are done with all this settings.
Go to your computer on which you need to Add that Storage device... Click on Start - Run - and type \\192.168.1.1 and hit enter, and it will prompt you for the Username & Password, Type "admin" as Username and "admin" as Password and once you click Ok, it will display you your storage Partition, Right click on it and select "MAP Network Drive" and check Box "Reconnect at Logon" and click on Finish.
Open your My Computer icon and in that you will be able to see your Storage Drive. Try this i think it might solve the problem.

Configure backup link

My customer needs to have backup lines for their branch offices. They have installed on each branch office a router (RV042 or TL ER6120 or ASA5505), on each branch office are installed 2 fiber optic transceiver from diferent ISPs. At headquarter they have installed a cisco 892FSP. 892 WAN1 interface is connected to a layer 3 switch (on that switch are connected many Patch cords connected to many ONTs), WAN2 is connected to a catalyst 2960 switch with a SFP connected. Customer needs to have backup link between headquarter and branch offices. Can anyone help on cisco 892 configuration please?

Identity Management configuration - Data link shows 2 IBM OLE DB Provider DB2

I'm configure a new Identity Manager configuration; working through the steps from MMC: SAP NW Identity Manager (right click) > New > Identity Center configuration. At the popup .. Connection String (...) the popup shows 2 IBM OLE DB Provider. I selected one and successfully with "Test Connection'; then followed the rest of the prompted screens. At the end, MMC was created but with error message " The Identity Center was unable to determine the type of database you are using. It will not possible to use Identity Center"
In the "Version Info" tab it shows "Detected DB - Unknown"
This on Windows 2008 server, IdM 7.2 and DB2 database v 10.5
Any help is gratefully appreciated.

Thank you for your advise. Correction my environment, NW 7.31 AS Java and DB2 database is on Linux server. The Windows server runs other IdM components (Designtime, Runtime, VDS ..).
We have IDM 7.2 SP7.
The DB2 config look okay. Another thing that after IDM database was created; we overlay-ed the IC_DB on Linux (target system) with a working IC_DB database from another (source) system and adapted the table IC_OPER.MC_GLOBAL_VARIABLES to fit with our target system.

Update:
After verified the DB2 Server/Client configuration settings are correct according to Matt provided doc-link. we're still experiencing the same error.
Un-install IDM and Re-install IDM that did not help either.
Final Update:
After exhaustive checked and verification; I uninstalled IDM on Windows, cleanup all IDM directories and started from scratch. I also made sure that my id on Windows server has full administrator rights, JVM and Paths correctly set.
The re-installed completed clean and MMC configuration for IDM was successful.

Hi Angel,
I think what you are trying to do is called a LAG on the SG300. This option is located under the "Port Management" tab and you can manage which ports you want to be in the LAG under "Link Aggregation" and there you will see "LAG Management" where you can edit your LAG 1 with the 2 ports that needs to act as one 2 Gigabit port.
