Confirm/verify email addresses for CC subscriptions

We have four CC accounts, all using the same billing address and credit card and initially all using the same password. I do not want to change, cancel/reissue the accounts if at all possible. I just want to correct the emails for their log-ins. I used the wrong name conventions and entered emails that do not exist. My email should be the alternate for all of them but that isn't helping me. Can you please help me correct these as the 'verify this address' doesn't work since those addresses are not valid.

Sandee has been able to get her Adobe ID and password straightened out but she still can't login to Creative Cloud... it says she is not eligible under the Terms which I suspect is because her birth date is not entered as being old enough.
Are you able to help get it corrected - we cannot. We get no options to correct or restate that info. All she gets is the 'you are not eligible' message.

    Have you tried opening the email on a different browser, and clicking the 'verify now' link on that - it's possible that the settings that you have for that browser are blocking the site.

  • Can't verify email address for receiving messages in Messages and FaceTime

    In the Preferences for Messages you can set additional email addresses that others can use when sending Messages and FaceTime messages. Apple sends a verification email to the email addresses you add. I have been able to complete this process for three out of four email addresses. Two of those I added today.
    The address I use the most, my long-time email address with my ISP Verizon, repeadedly fails in the process. First, the Preferences panel says 'Email sent'. Then it says 'Waiting to verify' with a link to Details. Apple's verification message never arrives in my Verizon mailbox.
    At one time (pre-Mavericks?) this email worked with Messages and FaceTime, it is the address I use for iTunes purchases. I have checked the Verizon email site for Spam or blocked email addresses. Nothing there.
    Any magic you can suggest?

    It does seem strange that the email works in one place and not another.
    Having said that I have had an email as an Apple ID in the past then the security requirements have changed and whilst it works in some places it often needs you to verify for use in a new place.
    Whilst any login to any Apple Service does check the ID and password with a central database each service is run on it's own servers.
    this leads to some almost two step issues where an ID already in use is not asked to up it's security but a new app can be almost blocked.
    If you go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and use the Manage option to login to that ID is it showing Verified there ?
    AS an Apple ID was there a a recovery email that was linked to it ?
    Do you still have access to that ?  It might be where the email was sent.

    I am unable to get verification emails for sync. I check security and Mozilla Firefox is allowed. I have the latest version and I need help. I want sync to migrate my Firefox bookmarks to a new computer. Help will be appreciated. Just to let you know, I did get an email from Firefox for a survey.     The email would be from <[email protected]> could this be in the spam filter or a blocked address?
    If not, please delete the newly created account and sign up one more time after clearing the cache.

    First I would like you to try the instructions below to sign out of your iCloud account, and then sign in with your new Apple ID.
    iOS 6 and later: Go to Settings > iCloud.
    If you signed out before changing your Apple ID, enter your current Apple ID to sign in. The data from your iCloud account will download to your device.
    If you're still signed in with your previous Apple ID:
    Scroll down and tap Delete Account. Depending on what iCloud options are turned on, you'll be asked to confirm that you want to delete data from your device. To confirm, tap Delete. (If you're using iOS 7 and have Find My iPhone turned on, you'll be asked to enter the password for your previous Apple ID. Enter the password, then tap Turn Off.) The data will be deleted from your device, but not from iCloud.

    I am trying to change the email address associated with my existing account to free up my university email address for use in obtaining Creative Cloud.  Every time I go to the account settings of my existing account (which currently uses my university email, as I set it up years ago and had no idea it'd eventually cause problems), I enter a different email to use for that account but I continuously receive an error message saying "account changes cannot be saved."  It makes me think that it's because the email isn't verified (funny, it actually is verified since it has been the alternate email on the old account for years), but when I click the "send verification email" nothing happens (that is, no email is sent to that other email address).
    Anyway, my university is now requiring that faculty create new accounts using our university email addresses in order to register/use Creative Cloud.  Am I able to delete my old account, or can anyone help me actually change the email address associated with my old account without getting a "changes can't be saved" error?

    Yes I could set up a new email address but WHY THE **** should I? I've been using this email account for years for personal stuff, it's not mu fault if someone can sign it up as an AppleID without me being able to confirm their sign up process!
