Confirmation Error in SRM 7.1 Standalone

Hi Experts,
We are implementing SRM 7 Ehp1 in our landscape. All basic configurations are completed and we are now testing the scenarios. We have an issue in standalone scenario, where the SC creator is unable to post a confirmation. Both SC and PO are in ordered status with no error in workflow. Further GR and IR indicators are checked in PO and the vendor. I also checked the PO document in BBP_PD and found the following indicators in header table BBP_PDHGP
DOC_CLOSED u2013 Inactive
DOC_INCOMPLETE u2013 Inactive
DOC_FLOW_CTR u2013 u20185u2019 (GR/IR)
Our SRM support pack is SRM 7.01 - SAPK-70105INSRMSRV
Has anyone come across this scenario? Any help is highly appreciated.

Confirmation Link in SRM to Goods Recipt Link in R/3

Hi All-
We are on SRM 5.0, Classic scenario. Currently, we have problems with the Confirmation extract from SRM, so we want to implement a change, where we only use the GR Extract from R/3, but we still want to include the SRM Confirmation Number. In order to do this, we have two approaches we can take:
1) Do a call from R/3 to SRM to get it (but we need to know how they are linked, and I am told that the link is from SRM to R/3)
2) Change the Conf to R/3 process to pass the Conf number from SRM to R/3
<b>Question:
1.) How are the confirmation number in SRM and Goods Receipt number in R/3 linked?
2.) How does the information of a Goods receipt in R/3 brought back to SRM? (I know the BBP_GET_STATUS_2 Job does it, but i am trying to understand what tables this complete link of S/C->PR->PO->Conf->GR->INv are stored in?</b>

Also Check SRM tables BBP_PDBEH (header) and BBP_PD_BEI (item). Also go through the golden transaction in SRM - BBP_PD.
You can find these values using transaction BBP_PD for object type BUS2203 (confirmations).

Purchase order Confirmation data from SRM to MM

Hi,
I am trying to send Purchase order Confirmation data from SRM to MM via PI. In SRM portal i am able to see that the data has been send successfully. But i am not able to receive any data in PI nor iam able to any messages going from SRM in SXMB_MONI.

Hi,
In SRM check in sxmb_moni is there any queue is blocked.
If not then,
Check your proxy settings.Select Go To and check connection Test.
Go to sm59 and check H type RFC destination is maintained.
Go to sxmb_adm check the Global setting value,
Application system,dest://RFC destination is maintained.
In XI,
Go to SLD.
Check Technical system (client with logical system) maintained.
Check Business System maintained with role of application system,Related integration engine
maintained.

error import / export in console standalone
iam logged in 9i console standalone pc not connected any other pc.
unable to import or export or load any database
because the error shows that
only on OMS mode is possible
how can import or export or load?

I have no idea what you are asking or in what environment you are work.
Lets start with the need for a version number ... 9i is not a version ... it is a marketing label. Do you mean 9.0.? or 9.2.0.1 or 9.2.0.8 no one knows.
Second I have no idea what a you intend to convey with the statement "console standalone pc."
Third "unable" means what? That the pc crashed and burned and is a smoldering cinder or you received some error message you thought too unimportant to post? Again ... you've given us no useful information.
Finally what do you mean by OMS? Is this OMS as in the Java application running as part of the Grid Control or something else?
Finally what are you trying to import? How? A clear explanation is required.
If someone reading what you post can not understand or duplicate what you did because of lack of information you will not receive any help.

Confirmation process in SRM does not work whenever there is a discrepancy

we are on SRM 5.0 version with classic scenario(follow on documents in backed system - ECC 5.0). to procure maintainence service user cretes a shopping cart by selecting describe requirements method and UOM at times in incorrectly asssigned as EA so upon shopping cart approval a follow on ducument (purchase requistion) is created in ECC as per config set up(in SRM). Buyer while coverting this purchase requisition to PO rectifies this erroe and chages the UOM of meausre to Hr and send a PO to vendor.
we are not bale to use confirmation feature in SRM to perform receipt of this service. is this how system works? any configration or a BADI needs to be usd to allow to perform confirmation in SRM even tough there is discrepancy in shopping cart UOM and Purcahse requsition UOM.
when thre is change in UOM in ECC that Purchase

we donot use serive option in SRM and donnot MM service module in ECC.

FTP error: Unable to start a standalone server

I've installed PureFTP Manager, but the following error messages appear when I use different ftp clients:
[Error] Unable to start a standalone server: [Address already in use]
Error: the server dropped the connection (it may be too busy).
I've found a similar problem posted to a number of forums (using different ftp server software) and the explanation seems to be that another program is tying up the port. The solution is to find out which program and disable it. However, this involves using the Terminal and commands, which puts me in deep water.
Could someone please offer a solution?
I have the Mac and a PC connected to the modem/router.
I have a static IP address. LAN IP on the Mac: 10.1.1.2 which I'm entering to test.
I have FTP access disabled in the Mac OS firewall settings.
FTP access is not blocked by service filtering in the modem/router's firewall settings.
I've set up port-forwading:
Private IP: 10.1.1.2
Protocal: TCP
Port Start: 21
Port End: 21
Port Map: 21
However, these saved settings disappear the next time I log in to the router's set up window.

What I was intending to convey is that the message you see on your display is a printer software related error. By removing and reinstalling the drivers you may be able to correct the .dll error.
In regards to the beginning of the error message "Unable to Start a DCOM Server", I recommend this document on how to Enable or Disable DCOM. This should help if the DCOM is disabled on your desktop. For further assistance, I will need to ask you a few questions:
What is the Product and Model Number of your desktop computer?
What version of Windows do you have installed on your computer?
Has your computer completed all of its important Windows Updates?
Have you updated your HP drivers using the HP Support Assistant?
Are you trying to install a printer on your network or specifically on your computer?

This error mainly occur when you gone upgradation to new version as you open previous objects in new version..To avoid this problem in BI7.0,in the datasource maintenance window check the flag PSA not typed..It might be also reason that while ur replicating ur datasources,you might had replicated as ISTS datasources..you have to do it as RSDS datasources..other you will get error types RSAR 196,RSAR 245,...Be careful while ur replicating datasources..if you did it as ISTS datasources you can migrate to RSDS datasources by right click on that DS and migrate..

Enter Net Price Error in SRM System

Dear Gurus,
The user has created Purchase order in SRM Portal without flagging 'Confirmation-Related Invoice Verification' and 'Invoice Expected'. The PO is transferred to R/3 system with '0' price and free goods indicator. Then the user modified the PO in the portal, flagging the Confirmation-Related Invoice Verification & Invoice Expected indicator.
Now the changes is not getting transferred to R/3 and getting error message as 'Enter Net Price' in RZ20.
Is there any note on this issue.
Please throw some light to resolve this issue.

Since you have flagged Invoice Expected indicator, make sure you enter a non zero price when you change the PO.
Alternatively you could implement note 1532505 and check

Currency conversion error in SRM

Hi,
When we are trying post the confirmation in SRM it is giving the error message that "Error in currency conversion between EUR and USD".
We have checked the exchange rate settings in SRM and Backend (R/3) there is no issue at all. Everything is maintained properly but still the sytem is giving error.
PO currency and vendor currency is USD and company code currency is EUR.
Is there any other settings missing which is causing the error.

Unable to create confirmation/invoice in SRM,Classic Scenario

I am unable to create Confirmation/Invoice in the Portal, attached the screen shot of the error
its is the problem with the ADRC table, there is no entry in the table for the BP.
I tried to access the table via SM30 to add the entry in ADRC manually, I get a message table maintenance not defined

Here are the steps.
1> Customization needs to be completed in SPRO. Logistics Execution -> Mobile Data entry section. Also compare entries with LM01 for understanding.
2> In the 'Define menu management', you can create dynamic menus. For Menu or transaction type, if you enter "1", a menu appears; if you enter "2", a transaction appears. Custom transactions can be created and assigned here.
Once that is done, when you execute LM01 you will see your custom transactions come up. Make sure that these are created keeping in mind the RF device screen size and limitations.

Error in SRM iView calling https screen from R/3 backend.

I have deployed on SRM Bussiness Package on EP and connected R/3 SRM Server with Ep vis system.
When i check connection test for system it shows connectioin successfull, But when i navigated to one of the Role present in BP and tried to a preview on iView which in turn calling screen from R/3.
That screen is working fine in R/3 that use https:// connection in Bckend and working fine there.
But when i click on iView in Ep it is throwing error .

Thanks for ur fast reply.
i have navigated to the path you told in SICf but i cant find any node under srmsum .
srmsum is the only node, no subnode in it.
I have deactivated and activated srmsum node i can test it success fully in SICF but it does not have default.htm page in SICf but it does in SE80.
And other thing is regarding SAp_BW system that i am useing is the aliase that i have used for system connecting SRm server SA_BW is just the aliase name and nothing have to do with Bi functionality.
Pls suggest.
