Confirmation of iMessage delivery

Is it neccesary for an iPad receiving iMessage to be logged onto (WiFi or 3G) network in order for the sending iPad to get confirmation of iMessage delivery?

Try to run program SDRQCR21 in SA38 and check in MD04.

No confirmation on partial delivery during ATP from ECC

Dear All,
In CRM Sales Order im using ATP from ECC, when the quantity is available on the site the availability works fine, but when I order a quantity more than stock quantity the ATP confirms on Zero stock. It should confirm on the available stock no zero. any help why it didnt confirm the available stock?
Please note that I allowed partial delivery on shipping data of the customer master and on the order with no help. I also set the maximum partial delivery to 9.

Dear DJ,
when I pefrom this action on ECC, the ECC pops up the screen of the availabilty confirmation, so in ECC I can choose on this screen the partial available stock.
I mean by site = plant, because we use SAP IS Retail, sorry for this.
This behavior is on Web UI or SAP CRM GUI transaction CRMD_Order
note: when I set parameter APO_ATP_PARA to 5, the ECC screen appears on CRM GUI and I'm able to confirm on partial delivery only on this case

IMessage Delivery Issues?

Hello. I didn't see this come up with a few basic searches, but wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone has been experiencing any recent iMessage Delivery Failure problems. I did see a brief topic on it on another forum from within the past week, but it didn't really go anywhere. So this issue is probably isolated to me, but wanted to ask anyway.
Since it's introduction, typically iMessage has worked very well for me, but for the past 2-3 days I have been getting a lot of Delivery Failures. I use it primarily to interact with my wife during the day, so that's where the lions share of the failures have happened. I'm at work on AT&T 3G and she's at home on WiFi.
What's really annoying about it is that the message will state "Delivered", but then I move away from the app, or come back in later, and see the red exclamation point w/the Delivery Failure message, which leads me to believe there's some sort of back end failure going on. I don't know that she's seeing this problem as well, although she also sent some iMessages to someone else this morning that showed as Delivered, and came to find out later they didn't get them at all. And my wife didn't even end up with any sort of error.
So I guess I just wanted to see if anyone else has been having issues recently that might indicate some sort of an application outage/issue, or if it's just an isolated deal that I have to hope will go away soon.
I have an iPhone 4 and upgraded to iOS 5.1 the day it came out, so I don't think there's anything that would've changed on my phone to cause this issue.

Seems it's a apple-servers issue. At least most of the people I text with got issues with it. Mostly they get sent and delivered, but on the other end they arrived even days later. Doesn't happen with every message but happens from time to time.

There are always programs on http://www.tuaw.com that do things like this. I don't know if any of them specifically do this. They always want to suck you in and live in their little iGTD world. I don't really conform to that. I am trying to write software that I would want to use. This seems like one that would fall into that category. Simple, easy-to-use, does one thing well, and doesn't get in your way.

Message box to confirm choice in Delivery document

Hi Everyone,
I have a User Defined Field on my documents with three choices, "A", "B" or "C". Based on the type of Delivery, the user selects the appropriate choice.
However, this User Defined Field needs to be set to default to "A" for all the other documents.
The behavior I would like to set is to have this User Defined Field set to default to "A" for absolutely all documents, but pops up a message box with the message "Please confirm your choice" with Ok and Cancel buttons. If Ok then carry on else modify choice in Delivery document and pop up the message until Ok is clicked.
I can do this as an error message from the Transaction Notification, but the error message is totally user UNfriendly.
Could someone advise on how I can setup this message box from the Transaction Notification? I just need the message box syntax if such a thing exists.

HI Phil,
You may try an easy work around:
Add another UDF (Y/N) next to this UDF that user must be select Y value but default value is N.
Train user that always check the Default A for the first UDF is acceptable or not.
A Transaction Notification can be created to block any document that user had not changed the other UDF value.

Confirmation's field - delivery date/Performance date

Hi All,
When I approve the confirmation in SRM, service entry sheet will be created in R3.
In SRM, there is a field called "delivery date/ performance date."
It's currently mapped to R3 Document date (ESSR-BLDAT) in Service entry.
1) May I know what are the function module involve in mapping this field? Please kindly advise. Thanks.

We did a small testing.
It works well to get the date on friday of each week. But the delivery date category is still on day.
Is there a way to create it with the indicator on week?

The Price Date category field was visible in contract but not in our PO. Due to this, MEMASSPO was not updating the field value and we were changing the value to '2' manually by debugger. Hence some table updates were missing and causing the whole issue.
The solution is to change the screen layout for PO. If Price date cat field is hidden, then you need to make it optional entry in SPRO- Purchase Order - Define screen layout at document level--> Quantity and Price for ME21N , ME22, ME22N and for field selection key assigned to PO document type.
This field will be available in ME22N- Condition Control TAB.

TS5185 imessage delivery fails ands needs to be resent as text to person that no longer has an iphone

I recently upgraded to the 5s. My brother used to have an iphone but switched to another phone. When i try to text him, my phone tries to send an imessage and i get a delivery failed message and have to resend as a text. i have removed his contact info a couple of times and reseyt imessage several times but still keep having this issue. Any ideas?

That's because your brother failed to turn off iMessage before switching to a different phone. He will need to fix that. The only thing that you can do to avoid the problem is turn off iMessage.

Stock confirmed inspite of "Delivery block"

Hi,
User has manually set the delivery block at schedule line in the sale order.
But still the stock gets confirmed to that sales order.
Desired result is - for SO's with delivery block, no stock should be confirmed so that that stock can be used for the other customers.
Tried using the "conf. block" in config in Sales -> Basic functions -> Availability chk -> Transfer of reqt -> Qty block -> Scope.
Any clue ?

You are correct. SAP documentation also says the same thing. Below is the note from SAP Help.
Dependencies:
'If you enter the delivery block at header level, the system transfers the desired delivery quantity for all schedule lines in the requirement. The confirmed quantity is deleted. This function is not available when you enter the delivery block at schedule line level.'.
So the delivery block at Schedule line level will not work the way we want it to work.
So to achieve the functionality of blocking quantity confirmation at item level/schedule line level, we will have to depend on something else.
If user is allowed to change schedule line category manually, that is a good option. Configure two different schedule line categories, one with transfer of requirements and ATP check, another one without these.
Another option is using 'reason for rejection' code at item level. But not sure it may conflict with some other business requirements.

Confirmations table / Last Delivery field?

BBPCRM release 400 Level 10
I am trying to find the table that holds the Confirmations information, specifically the Last Delivery CheckBox field.
Background: I have a PO which is still showing up as needing receipting for the user, and I think the reason this is happening is there are 2 confirmation lines on the PO.
The first confirmation was cancelled and the Last Delivery was not ticked.
The second Confirmation was completed and it was flagged as Last Delivery.
But I think the Last Delivery un-ticked on the cancelled line is causing it to stay on the users screen.
I am trying to remove the PO from the users screen when looking at POs that need receipting.

Thanks for your answer! You where spot on, I managed to change the Last Delivery Flag.
My assumption was wrong about the Last Delivery flag. So I will have to look into the status in the Jest table.

Imessage delivery record

Is the timestamp (shown next to an imessage while the screen is dragged left) the time at which the message was delivered successfully to the recipient?
If so, how can you tell when the recipient did not receive your message or did receive it, but as a text message (due to a limited data coverage and lack of wifi)?

Delivery confirmation after real delivery

Hi SAP gurus,
Can you please tell me is there any simple and standard way to trace if the shippment is delivered or not? After the delivery we would like to write back to the SAP the date and time of the shippment.
Is it posible to enter somewere in the delivery note, the real date and time of shippment... Do you know any BAPI or FM for this

IMessage delivery errors on every message

In the UK since 330pm on the 22nd of March 2012 every single iMessage I send comes back with an error. This happens on:
iPad 2
iPad 3rd gen
iPhone 4
iPhone 4S
iPhone 3GS
iMac
Marcook Pro
The recipient receives the message but on my devices it shows as not delivered.
I have tested this on BT, Virginmedia, O2 and Orange.
Since this same time the Apple UK support page has been very slow to load if T all and this is the first time I have been able to get on the discussions site. Just wondered if any other uk users were experiencing this issue. I have 8 friends around the UK who have also been having this since yesterday afternoon too.

CC not yet charged, Confirm Email says Delivery 9/19, but Order Status page says Ship date 9/19
