How do I set-up the automatic printing of the confirmation slips?
Is setting this in the Control Key enough?

Alongwith Appropriate control key you need to maintain following settings in Customization in OPK8 :
List : LV02
List Name : Confirmation Slip
In Print Programms :
For List LV02 : Report Name PSFCCONF
In Forms :
For List LV02 : SAPScript Form is ZPPGL_STD_LAYOUT
Pls. maintain / if exists just check and verify above settings in OPK8 to carry out Confirmation Slip Printing.

Hi Experts,
Requirement is to have a print out at every confirmation (CO15 - For Order). How do you print a confirmation slip?
I did some research in the forum but they all seem too technical for me, im sorry. Can you please lead me right through it? I just need to be able to print a simple print out of the confirmation with the Goods Movement information.

In OPK8 you need to do the setting for confirmation print LV02 Confirmation slip , print program - PSFCCONF, LK02 then you need to active control key for printing in OP00 then assign the control key and printer to work center that is assign to last operation in routing or in production order operation screen.
Then you can take print in background through COHVOMPRINT, CO04N or OPKV.
Just check those above and try

Confirmation slip from CO11N

Hello Gurus,
We are working on a solution to print confirmation slips (LV02) automatically after saving the confirmations in CO11N.
Below settings were done/available:
1. Operation control key has indicator 'Print Confirmation' = 'X' & Print ='X'
2. No. of Time Tickets & No. Completion Slips > 0 in the operation.
3. Necessary settings in OPK8 for the plant and order type (Program = PSFCCONF and PSFC_STD_LAYOUT).
Issue:
Program PSFCCONF is getting triggered only during order release or manual printing from CO02 or CO04. This program is not getting triggered at the time of confirmation save in CO11N.
Question:
In standard SAP, will the confirmation slip gets printed automatically at the time of confirmation save in CO11N? If yes, am I missing any setting/customization?
Is there any need to trigger printing from CO11N using user exits or through any other means?
Please provide your suggestions..

Please let me know during confirmation you trigger auto GR for header material and you want to print the confirmation GR label? if Yes then follow below steps.
1.Maintain required parameters in NACE for application ME Inventory management
2.Your output type should be WEE1 or WEE2
3.In condition records your Transaction event type should be WR.

Pack slip printing more than one delivery

I have registered a tar, but have not received a successful response from Oracle. We are ship confirming deliveries, but sometimes the pack slip print has more than one delivery on the print output. This also sometimes happens when we reprint the pack slip (also done with the delivery number). Has anyone else experienced this?

Can't print to Epson TM-U590 Slip Printer from Report Generation Toolkit with LabVIEW 8.6.1

Hi all,
I have an application that uses the Report Generation Toolkit to print tickets to a docket printer. Usually this works fine - I have 8 existing installations where there are no problems
I'm currently installing the software at a new site that uses an Epson TM-U590 slip printer and I can't for the life of me get printing to work
Using a Standard Report, the Print Report.vi returns error -41002 which indicates it can't find the printer. I've opened up the VI using remote debugging and it does find the printer name correctly with the Query Available Printers.vi. It gets an error code -2147352567 from the Printout node, which then gets replaced with the -41002 error which is reported.
For historical reasons I'm still using LabVIEW 8.6.1 for this project. I'm considering moving to 2011 or 2012 but I've had reliability issues with other parts of the application after attempting to update to a newer LabVIEW version so I'd like to avoid that at this stage.
The application is running on a standard desktop PC with Windows 7. The slip printer works fine if I print to it from Notepad, and my application is happy to print to any other printer, just not the slip printer.
The slip printer is using the LPT port. Previously the docket printers I've used have been USB but I would expect the printer driver to hide this detail from the application...
Any ideas would be much appreciated

I'm now having the same issue with a Star docket printer (a TUP592), this time with another program developed in LabVIEW 2011.
As mentioned in the article, the problem is actually to do with the margin settings rather than the printer name, despite what the error message says
After some experimentation, I've gotten the Star printer to work by setting a large (>14cm) right margin. No idea why this is required as it seems to print right up to the right edge of the paper quite happily, but there you go.
So I haven't defintely fixed the original problem yet as I haven't gotten back to the site, but hopefully this will be of some help to someone else.

How to setup the movement slip printing

Hi
Does anyone know how to setup the movement or migo slip printing? Does it need setup condition to auto trigger the output type or omj4 could setup the auto slip printing by output type +plant locaiton ?
I have setup NDR in my parameter as X, but when I test to move matieral or receipt, there is no slip be printed ..why?

Go to NACE Transaction in that select ME - Inventory managment and also maintain condition record, Procedure, output type, Acess sequence for output type (WE01) and u get automatically in GR..Moreover also select the printer determination by Plant/Storage location combination.....
Apart from Maintaining condition record as suggested in previous thread one more important activity is
In Migo screen on Header data section inside generaltab
just below Posting date feild you will find Printer Icon right hand side to that there is one check box, this must be checked either manually at the time of GR/GI creation or is preselected if the parameter NDR has been set to X (capital letter!) in your user master recordset. This is preselected if the parameter NDR has been set to X (capital letter!) in your user master record...
Moreover use MB90 for print outs for goods movement...

Do you have the same problem with printing from other apps, such as TextEdit? Have you looked at your printer's control panel to see if an error condition is displayed there, and if so, what is it?

R42520 Pick Slip Print

I am having difficultly using the XML output from the P42520 Pick Slip Print UBE to generate a BIP form. The XML output doesn't have multiple indentations for internal for each processing. Has any one used the raw XML without modifying it for multiple levels?

The only way I could get this to work was to modify the R42520 to add the pick slip to the header.
I played around with it for a while, but gave up. I'd just go for modifying the R42520.....
But if anyone has successfuly done it without modify the R42520 I'd like to hear how they did it!

GR slip printing for Byproducts during Prodn order confirmation

Hi,
We are in 3.1I version and my problem is to a print a GR slip similar to the one I print for finished product. I could not print the GR slip for Byproduct and I do not see how the standard program works in this case or any customization is needed specifically for this.
Any suggestions not limiting to the version mentioned is welcome.

GR Slip Print with Inbound Delivery

Hello There,
We have implemented below process in our purchasing goods receipt area.
1. Create a PO
2. Create an Inbound Delivery
3. Create a Transfer Order
4. Confirm the above transfer order
5. The transfer order confirmation automatically generates the goods receipt, this is achieved via config:
Logistics Execution -> Warehouse Management -> Interfaces -> Shipping -> Define Shipping Control -> Define Shipping Control at the Movement Type Level -> For movement type 101 we have put the Copy WM quantity as 'Copy WM quantity as delivery quantity and post GR/GI'.
This config in 5th step ensures that we have automatic the goods receipt, however, we are not getting automatic goods receipt print in this step 5.
We would like that the moment we confirm the transfer order, the GR slip is automatically printed. We see that yes the GR is done, but the slip is not printed automatically.
Can somebody help me? Thanks in advance for your help.

I have followed the steps as outlined below for the solution and unfortunately the GRN document do not print as anticipated. I was wondering if the non-assignment of the MM or FI Program might be the cause? Please advice if I had missed something to allow this to print immediately.
1. Maintain the Printer Name in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Printer Setting
2. Ensure that in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Item Print Indicator, 1 stands for Matl Doc print out
3. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Print Version, maintain Print Version 2
4. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Maintain Print Indicator for GI/Transfer Posting Documents
5. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Maintain Output Types, for the Output types WE01, WE02 and WE03, (for returns use WE03) ensure the foll:
a. Default Values: Dispatch Time is 3 or 4 as per reqmt. and Tr medium is 1
b. Print Parameter is 7
6. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Printer Det->Pr Det by Pl/StoLoc, maintain the Output device for all your Plants
7. Go to MN21, for Tr Type WE, Print Version 3, maintain Print Item as 1.
Now the settings are ready for Printing Material doc
8. While doing MIGO, ensure that in General Tab, you get "3 Collective Slip" beside the Print Indicator and you tick mark the field.
9. Now depending on the setting in 5a, the Matl doc is printed. If it is 3, you have to print it using MB90. If it is 4, it is printed immediately.

Please advice which of the above is appropriate?
-Should there be a program reflected on change output field for General data screen?
Please advice since I'm currently experiencing shotdumps(runtime errors) when processing the GR.

GR slip print out

Hi All
We have a requirement to print collective GR slip for PO with multiple line items. I have setup the output type WE03 for the plant and storage location and it does print out a collective GR silp , but for this I have to change the version of the print manually in MIGO to collective from individual which is actually defaulted.
Is there way I can have the collective version defaulted depending on the number of line items I have on the PO.

The only way to default this is to add a PID to the user via SU3
NDR with value X is the parameter ID that represents the automatic population of the collective slip

Vendor/Customer balance confirmation lists print

Hi,
when we want to print vendor/customer balance confirmations, transactions f.18/f.17 always print:
- form set
- reconciliation list
- results table
- if there is some error - error list
We want to restrict the printing only to FORM SET and we DO NOT want to print reconciliation list and results table.
Is there some way to configure F.18/F.17 to print only FORM SET?

Hi,
Try this method and see.
Ask your Basis to set the LOCAL Printer in SAP.
Then go to that users computer and set the Default Printer of that Machine to the printer: #$%$#%#%.
Then once Invoice is saved, SAP will send it to LOCAL Printer in SAP, Then from there it'll automatically direct to the Default Printer of the machine.
So, for each user you can set the default printer as required.
We do same when we need to get a PDF output of Invoice. What we have asked was to set the user computer default printer as PDF Writer as & when they want PDF format of the Invoice.
Same way as mentioned above, it sends to LOCAL, & then to machine default printer (PDF Writer), where you can save the PDF.
Try and see !
