Conform clip: where can I find a clip?

Hello, All.
I am a new user of FCP. I have a question about conform clip/reverse telecine.
My dailies were xfered from 24P 35mm film in 29,97 NDF with 2:3 pull down, and I have a ale file.
I imported ALE into Cinema Tools and imported in the FCP project ( 23.98 fps project). Then I realized that the mster clips in FCP are in 29,97TC.
I believe that the clips have to be " conform" or " Reverse Telecine" to 24P ( or 23.98P?). I went to Cinema Tools and Choose File-> Open Clip.
I could not see " clips" to select in anywhere? Where am I supposed to see the " clips" to conform??
Also after the clips are conformed, do clips still contain the information in the
cinema tools database such as camera roll and Lab roll?
Would anybody help me?

You want to reverse telecine the clips to 23.98, which is different from Conform. (Conform just changes the fps header of the clip, it doesn't combine fields to create frames.)
Select the clips in the FCP bin and choose the menu "Tools / Cinema Tools Reverse Telecine".
If you want to locate the clips in Finder, ctrl-click a clip in the bin and select Reveal in Finder.

They are inside the Project that was made when you first created and named it.
Right-click (Control click) and choose Show Package Contents. Navigate through these folders.
Do not add or remove items as you may ruin the Project.

Wow! Really, you just can't? How about all the button art from the previous versions? Can those be found somewhere and imported. The iDVD button art from the latest version (came on the iLife 11 disc) is really sparse! Can you "make" your own button art? Thanks for your help.

This makes no sense to me. But I could live with it - except perhaps something I did has made my PrE11 impossible to work with. When I put new clips via the memory card into the program, they do not go into the Timeline. All I get is an error message.
I like the Adobe programs and don't want to give up on them, especially since my problems probably have been self-imposed.

Do you know where can I find an alpha chanel clip of just the helikopter propeller spinning? I hate constructing it in a 3D software. I want it ready.

This took about 5 minutes. In Photoshop I quickly separated the helicopter from the background, separated the horizontal stabilizer from the helicopter, removed the original main rotor and tail rotor.
Imported into AE as a composition. Added a square solid with a mask shaped like a rotor and another smaller solid with a mask shaped like a tail rotor, made both rotor layers 3D and positioned them and rotated them to match the perspective. Added a camera with a moderately long lens and an expression for each rotor blade to generate the rotation and I'm done.
Lot's could be done to make this composite more realistic, but you'd have to do the same kind of manipulation to some stock footage also to make that composite completely believable. You'd also be hard pressed to find stock footage that matched the perspective of your helicopter shot.
You'll find a CS3 project here.
Pay particular attention to where the anchor point is in relationship to the masks. Take a look at the photoshop file to see how I generated a procedural matte from the red and blue channels to quickly cut out the helicopter. There's nothing complicated about this procedure.

For example, I posted an article on a news site, but found that only a small part of my article was posted.

I'm not sure whether Firefox saved that information. There is a chance that it is in the session history file, especially if you haven't closed that tab yet. To check that:
Open your currently active Firefox settings folder (AKA your Firefox profile folder) using
Help > Troubleshooting Information > "Show Folder" button
Find all files starting with the name sessionstore and copy them to a safe working location (e.g., your documents folder). In order to read a .js file, it is useful to rename it to a .txt file. Or you could drag it to Wordpad or your favorite word processing software.
The script will look somewhat like gibberish, but if you search for a word in your article that doesn't normally appear in web pages, you may be able to find your data.

You tried what ? If the app is no longer available in the store (can you find it in the main part of the store ?) for re-downloading then you would need to have a copy of it somewhere e.g. on your computer's iTunes, on a backup of your downloads.
